Steve and Vernon Graham III came and were very polite and professional. The compressor was loud as expected but it was in the front of the house and didn't bother my Mom. Vernon and Steve were very quiet and efficient which I genuinely appreciated. I had a conversation with Mike on the phone about whether my deck needed to be washed or if I needed to call a deck specialist. There is some wood that needs to be replaced but Vernon determined it was worth washing for now and it was only an additional $60. There was a fair amount of mold on the deck and back of the house and they even got the mold off the side of the deck steps. I was really worried that when the house was washed I'd see that it needed to be painted. Lots of home repair anxiety right now for me. Instead, it just needed to be cleaned and looks great. It was just a huge relief to see the house clean and realize that it doesn't need as much work as I thougt. As a bonus, they washed a little concrete bench we have in the front yard. It has bunnies on it and a little boy who visits his grandmother down the street likes to stop and pet the bunnies when he's here. Now, he can pet clean bunnies. My next door neighbors highly recommended Window Genie and I'm glad I called them because now I can get on a regular maintenance schedule and stay on top of things.
