The appointment was set for 9:00 AM and I didn't receive any communication until around 9:20. I understand things happen, but repeated last minute cancellations and poor communication make it hard to trust the service. When customers take time out of their day and plan around an appointment, professionalism and reliability matter. Unfortunately that was not my experience.

We had a unique car situation with a lot of modifications we wanted to have done. We shopped around…read morea lot, talked to a lot of people and high output audio was the absolute best in service, expertise, availability and value. I was treated with respect and they were very responsive. They listened to what we wanted to have done (oddly enough, most of the other places didn't!). And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. We walked away feeling very confident that we were dealing with professionals and experts in their field. Customer service was excellent! We really enjoyed working with them and will be back if we have any other needs! We are very pleased with the work they did!
