We learned of New Life from a place we purchased a used car from a couple years ago that sends all the cars they sell there first. That car, 10 yrs old at the time, looked brand new inside and out. We wanted to get it there last year, but didn't make it, but finally last week took it in and it was a fantastic job again! I had purchased a second used car a couple months ago and while it looked pretty good then, I knew Logan could make it look just about brand new and boy did he ever! All the things I pointed out that needed special attention were taken care of, particularly cleaning the seatbelts, which he said he'd steam. It really made a difference. I would highly recommend this business if you need your vehicle detailed. My daughter (who is a college student) left her windows cracked in a car wash and ended up with badly stained cloth seats. We weren't sure the water stains would come out. (Not to mention the car is a 2015 so did already have staining that we couldn't get off by scrubbing). I contacted the owner and he promptly got back to me and set up an appointment. He gave me the price up front for a full detail including cleaning the seats that I thought was very reasonable. We dropped off the car on a Friday morning and picked it up this morning (Sat) by 9am. The overnight was to allow the seats to fully dry. All I can say is, "WOW!" Honestly the car looks brand new. Not only were the seats cleaned but he got out years of grime and even scratches that we figured would be there forever. He did a fantastic job!! Car looks and smells like new. I was able to easily pay via Venmo (but they accept other forms of payment too). The owner is a great guy and his work speaks for itself. The team at New Life Auto Spa did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my Subaru! I wish I took before photos. We have a tan long fur dog so imagine dog fur caked into the seats and all throughout the interior, dirt/sand (as my husband and I are big hikers, campers & beachgoers) and just general life messes in this car. My car has mesh seats so it's hard to remove dog fur and any other stains when I would clean it myself. I decided it was time to get my car professionally cleaned in the interior so I brought my car in. The owner and team were very polite and hospitable! When I went to pick up my car the next morning I opened the door to see a spotless interior, I mean I could not find dog fur anywhere. This detailing company really did a wonderful job at making my silverado look new. My truck had gone through 2 years of being a farm truck with horse and dog hair, muddy boots, lots of dust, many meals eaten inside of it and a lot of spilled coffee. This father/son duo made it look cleaner than when I bought it 2 years ago. I'm trading it in soon and wanted it looking as nice as possible before I shop around for trade-in/sale values at dealers. There were many surface scratches on the sides that they buffed out, touched up knicks with touch-up paint, and got the chrome wheels and step rails looking amazing. I don't think I found one stray animal (or human... I shed a lot too) hair in the whole vehicle. The doors/dash were cleaned so nicely. Even the bed of my truck was clean like it had never been used. The 2 were nice enough to bring my truck to me at my work about 10 minutes away from their shop when they had finished, and they were still buffing and making sure the vehicle looked perfect as I walked out to it. As a younger woman, I always get nervous about services like this because of the stereotypes. These gentleman were so respectful and trustworthy and I will definitely be using them for whatever new vehicle I get. I wanted to surprise my wife a special gift for her birthday and decided that it should be something that she was not expecting. My time on weekends is already limited and, as of late even more so. I was looking to have my wife's CRV dropped off as out time between kids and work etc etc is very limited. Most all companies are an all remote set up meaning they will come to you. Logan at New Life Spa was no different. When we made contact I explained I was looking to have it dropped off, gave him a little info and asked for a price range. He and his son are too in fact a mostly remote auto detailed and I believe he said they were booked weeks in advance already. Let me tell you, Logan was so extremely accommodating with my schedule and got it scheduled to be cleaned that Saturday and that I could drop it off to him and pick it up that day within my thigh schedule. He worked with me in almost real time as things in my day were happening. At one point he wasn't sure if they could have it done in the time frame I had asked to have it back by. Which was fine with me, he worked with me on getting it back to me when I was available and the form of payment for the work. Right before my cut off time to pick the vehicle up that afternoon he gave me a ring and let me know it was going to be finished and that I could make my way over to get it. It's was so unexpected and great timing to say the least. I had thought the price he gave was sort of a ball park and it was more than fair. It turned out to be the exact price we were billed for. Plus!! they even washed the exterior which wasn't even discussed. Let me tell you that car was filthy....Aside from some staining in the front driver and passenger seat, the car had quite a bit of dog hair embedded throughout. The center console and dashboard area was honestly a little embarrassing with how nasty it had gotten. I feel kind of bad I hadn't taken any before and after photos. I know next time I'll be snapping a few but let me tell you, when we picked it up the interior of the car looked literally like it did when we purchased it brand new from the Honda dealer. Oddly enough it even had that new from the dealer smell too, floor mats and did I mention he gave the exterior a good once over as well without ever having discussed the exterior being washed. My wife and I were both so unbelievably blown away by the quality of work. My wife said for days after the didn't even want to drive it because it felt and looked so clean. When we picked it up to he explained how he could resolve an issue Ive had with the vehicle retaining water spots on the exterior after washing it and hand drying it. The off the cuff price he gave for me was more than fair considering the scope of what he said was likely needed. I can't say enough about Logan and his son. The job they did, how unbelievable they were working around my schedule and my requests, the more than fair price...everything. Not only will I recommend them to anyone that asks about our CRV but I will always check with him now before anyone else if I'm looking to have our cars detailed. I'm honestly excited to have my truck over to him when the time is right for it to have a good bath. Thank you guys again for the amazing job you did. All the best and we'll see you next time around.
