They did a 4 wheel alignment on my 1977 Corvette. Highly recommended to me by other classic car owners.

Reasonable price, great owner, and nice location…read more Came in for an oil change and to track down the cause of a recurring stall issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan. The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. That said, I am a big fan of this establishment and will be using them for repairs in the future (apparently sooner than I want :) Bonus: he pointed me to a wonderful Indian place across the street, Biryani, which I'd highly recommend if you have time to kill while your car is being worked on.

I ended up needing more work done and while it was expensive as cars are it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Gia the manager was also just pleasant to talk to and very communicative overall. She even offered to let me come around the desk to type in my credit card number for privacy which I felt was a thoughtful gesture. Overall my experience was great and my car feels better! It was great because somebody had put the brakes on, but created an air leak in brake fluid pump/ the valve so there's no way I would've been able to find that they diagnosed it found it got repaired. Her brakes are fine now and they do a great job. They fixed my son's car. It had a coolant leak. One of the hoses came back off. They came towed his car back to the repair shop for free and fixed it and did not charge me anything else to get it done most places wouldn't have done that Cox repair service and Towing. These guys are very good. They do good work and they're good people. You can't expect something for nothing and you also need to be patient and let somebody work on your car. If you can't do it yourself these guys do a great job. They have a lot of experience. They know what they're doing.

They told me exactly what I told them was wrong and then charged me $150 to hook up the exact same sensor that Advanced did. These cheap repair men then quoted me a price FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS above standard cost for the job to REPLACE A SPARK PLUG. $800 dollars. Please tell me what world we live in to where that cost $800. To add, these careless employees then left my interior light on, effectively killing the battery when I went to go pick it up. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES. They get by doing good work seldomly, and often ripping off regular joes.
