I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. The service was slow, and I felt like communication was poor throughout the process. I was not given clear updates about my car, and the final cost ended up being higher than what I was originally told. On top of that, the issue with my vehicle was not fully resolved, which made the whole visit feel like a waste of time and money. I expected more professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this shop and suggest others look elsewhere for reliable service. If you want, tell me what specifically happened (price, attitude, bad repair, etc.), and I can make it sound even more personal and stronger. read more

I had a nightmare situation, truck broke down hundreds of miles from home. Initially had a battery installed at Auto Zone and it failed. Was able to make it to BrightLeaf just a few minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The guys quickly assessed the problem and made the repair in 20 minutes. First of all, I am not one to take time to write many reviews. This certainly deserves time and attention. On 6/22/16, we were on our way driving from PA to Orlando for our family vacation. Unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the highway. It was early morning and already hot. We have already been driving about 8 or more hours. After the van broke down, our kids have been sitting in the hot van for about an hour before we made contact with a towing company. Where we waited the traditional hour or so before they arrived. In the meantime, between the 6 or 7 good Samaritans stopped to try to help us. Each of them, along with the referral by our roadside assistance and affirmation by the tow company, they all suggested Brightleaf Tire and Auto as their first choice. Once we got to the shop, we were promptly greeted and told us that they would look at it right away. Talk about understanding! They knew we were not from the area and tried to help get us back on the road as soon as possible. I went outside to pace around and sure enough, I saw the technician already looking over our van! They kept me updated every step of the way and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They found issue, got the part they needed and got it running again. Quick, friendly and honest at fair price! Unfortunately we are not from the area, otherwise we would definitely choose them for all our automotive needs!
