We stood there waiting -- and waiting -- while we could literally see employees working inside the garage, yet we were completely ignored. After many minutes of being treated like we didn't exist, I knocked on the garage door. Still nothing. Eventually I opened the door myself and a man working on a car finally looked at us. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. I will never give my business to a place that treats customers like an inconvenience.

He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. He had told me before I dropped it off to write down all the symptoms of the knocking, jerking when driving, and difficult steering problems and what has been done so far. I did. Apparently literacy is not one of his skill sets because he took my writing of what has already been done as things I wanted him to do....um NO! Too bad that his employees didn't understand the concept of a dash cam when they were in my car burping, farting, name calling other patrons, and going out for lunch! He said that all components were carefully checked but my car was on the lift for all of 4 minutes which would not have been enough time to remove and replace the belly plate,inspect all parts of the suspension and steering, and actually check anything.
