I do not normally like to blast a business nor say anything negative. However, this needs to be said and I hope the manager reads this. My husband, son and I were hungry and really craving some wings and nachos so we decided to go to BWW at the Warwick Mall location. First we waited about 12 minutes to sit, no big deal...but the 20 minute wait and NO WAITRESS to get our drink order (Friday night), I had to get up and grab another waitress as ours "never realized" we were sitting there, yet she walked by us never allowing us to catch her attention about 10 times!!! Our waitress finally came over and took our drink AND food order since we were totally ready after 20 minutes. THEN, 20 more minutes go by and still NO drinks. We again got the OTHER waitress who kindly went and grabbed our drinks. Now 45 minutes into to us sitting, our waitress finally brought our drinks and was like oh...how did you get drinks? We told her the other waitress brought them 10 minutes ago!! Because you didn't! Then 1 1/2 hrs into us SITTING (plus the 12 to wait to sit), we still DID NOT have our food! we asked our waitress where the heck the food is, so she went back to look and said it would be out very shortly. We didn't understand so we asked the other waitress again, we printed our receipt and went back to ask for a rush on the order. OUR waitress finally brought out the food....pickle chips/COLD, queso-chips/COLD QUESO, garlic wings/Luke warm, Nachos/COLD and extremely light toppings/cheese... almost just chips!!! AND my 6 flats needed to be re-made because they had an "issue" in the kitchen! What??? So, I had to wait another 10 minutes for those...the ONLY thing that came out HOT and delicious! We expressed our disappointment to the waitress. I never want to ask for anything free but they should have taken care of this meal other than my 6 wings and drinks. She said she spoke to the manager and they reduced the bill by $16. WOW...$16 really!! Never again will we be back and all our friends that shop at the mall and go there and live nearby will most likely not go either! Sorry so say. I have gotten take out from this Buffalo Wild Wings twice, and that was two times too many. Neither time was a good experience, but I believe in giving restaurants a second chance. I have visited other Buffao Wild Wing locations and have had far superior experiences. The first time I ordered take out, half of my food was missing. Shame on me for not checking before I got home, but I trusted that it was all there since the cashier had read each item back to me. Once I got home and realized, I called and there was "nothing they could do" except me returning to get the missing food. So I did. I was given absolutely nothing for the trouble, and the food was ice cold by the time I got there. What would have been good is if I could have just been refunded for the missing food so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes back, but apparently they can't do that. The second time I had 2 $5 gift cards (the ones you get when you buy $25 gift cards around the holidays). I explicitly emailed BWW corporate via their website to find out if I could use both $5 cards together. They said very blatantly that, yes, I could. This was because they were essentially gift cards. Upon arriving to pay, I was told that no, I couldn't use both. I referenced the email I had received, but in the end I was not allowed to use both. In this second order, I ordered 40 boneless wings because they were going to be for a small group. I ordered the sauce on the side, so that each person could choose which sauce they wanted. I chose 4 sauces. For ALL of those wings, all they gave me were 1 tiny cup of each sauce. Had the sauce been on the wings initially, it would have been much more. Lesson learned. Never order sauce on the side because you will barely get any. I also wasn't given any ranch or blue cheese to go with the boneless wings. Ordered online as a pickup order at the Warwick mall location. Went in and it was ready on the pickup shelf. Our food boxes were all there so I took it home. Only to find that all 3 of our dipping sauces were missing, as was the slaw that comes with one of the meals. Plus, our 2 orders of Buffalo wings came with dry rub, not the sauce as I had specified in the order, so they were dry and not wet. We reached out to the location to complain and the manager made excuses for the wings not being wet, and told my husband to not have an attitude (he wasn't- he was just telling her what was wrong with the order...???) She reluctantly said she'd refund us only a small amount since the items missing "come with" the meals. She also said she knew that they had bagged our sauces. Was she overseeing this whole thing? If so, how did she not notice that they in fact didn't make it into our bag and that our slaw was missing as well? But you pay for the overall meal and if parts of it are missing, even small parts, then we didn't get all that we paid for. I went there during the holidays went it was packed. I was able to obtain a bar seat within 10 minutes. Ordered 3 beers, 2 dozen of the boneless wings, and fries. We have been getting take out from here for the past couple months. There have always been issues but today was the last straw. I had to wait 20 minutes for my takeout past the time that I was told it was ready. When it came out, there was no bleu cheese or carrots which I had requested. I asked for it and the staff angrily went back to the kitchen and came back with a bag of carrots which was covered in Buffalo sauce. When I got home, my chicken was ice cold and I was given a completely different sauce than what I requested. I don't know what is happening but the service continues to go downhill. The "buffalo rub" looked like they sprinkled powder on plain chicken and called it Buffalo chicken...so wrong. I ordered them well done and they came out flabby and to top it off basically cold. Now if this place is serving me crappy wings and that's their specialty, then there's a real problem. I would give this place 0 stars but the only saving grace is that the girls behind the bar were very nice and attentive. 10 wings, 2 beers, 1 mixed drink and a small mushroom app and the bill was almost 50 dollars with tip. It's Saturday night and we (2 of us) were looking for a fun place to have a quick bite to eat and a cocktail after shopping at the Warwick Mall. Let's just start off by saying it took the server 10 minutes to come get our drink order. I took pictures of my experience so I knew exactly how long it took for each item to come out from the time stamps. Our drinks came 17 minutes after being seated.. Sound a little ridiculous?! There's more to the experience. 41 minutes after we ordered.. Our small order of wings and a Chicken Spinach Artichoke Flatbread came out. Mind you we were not even asked if we wanted another beverage. Joey was one of the captains and was very personable and made us laugh. Erica was our server and was pleasant. I took my lady to this Buffalo Wild Wings today and boy were we disappointed!! It started off well looked great from outside! I was doing an Instagram video on the way to the restaurant and I could hear someone on the mic saying happy birthday to a customer is was awesome!! We got greeted on the way in and were seated within 5 min but he placed was filling up quickly!! I saw like 40 flat screen TVs ranging from 60 in to about 120"!! We were seated right next to a window that was actually a wall that looked onto the rest of the mall..very disturbing I must add!! People are staring at you and your meal up close!! We ordered the roasted garlic mushrooms they arrived in about 10 min We were excited at how fast they came out and how delicious they were!! We also had the special lemonades!! Awesomely delicious!! They we had to try the wings I had the honey BBQ and my lady had the teriyaki!! The came out about 12 min later!! Mine were awesome in taste oh yeah they were the boneless ones. Sauce was rocking and they were tender! I killed them!! My ladies tasted like they dipped in ginger root.... Disgusting!! And they were basically dry under the sauce!! We let the waitress know and she got us a different order on the house...the sweet BBQ ones!! OMG!! We must have waited like 40 minutes for the order!! BWW is what it is. A sports bar with more than enough TVs, a healthy if not large selection of beer and bar food (primarily wings). If this is not your cup of tea then press the back button on your browser and exit my review. Seriously people this is not Alain Ducasse, Bobby Flays Roadhouse or Morton's of Chicago. It's a wing joint! We came here in the evening for some wings and I selected half lemon pepper and half hot wings. My wife went with some boneless mild. Daughter went with a small burger and another in my party had the Parmesan garlic wings. Wings are a bit more expensive than other places but they were decent. They were not the best wings I've had in my life but they were clearly not the worst. Service was a bit slow (especially the fact that you drop them in a deep fryer and add some sauce). If you are a sports team or a big group of guys then this is your kind of place. Takeout sauces and spices are available. My wife enjoyed the salt and vinegar fry seasoning so we brought home a bottle. They had tablets for kids to use and my daughter was satisfied as it helped keep her occupied.
