This Chili's location is easily accessible. On entering we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress Lindsey was friendly and attentive. I chose the 3 for Me special. Chips with salsa were fresh, crispy with a dash of salt. I didn't get a drink, I went with water and lemon. My dinner was the steak med / well was delicious cooked perfect not hard to chew, the potatoes were just as good ( I did forget to say no bacon ) the broccoli was perfectly steamed not hard. Overall my meal was Delicious. The ambiance is chill with a bar option and TV's with sports throughout. Great for family. They do have a standup pad for easy checkout which also offers games while you wait. This is one of the better locations. I also appreciate the restaurant manager Brendon for coming over to ask how our service was going and if we needed anything. That speaks volume. read more

Few places can pack the emotional punch that Chili's does. You cannot be sad in a Chili's! It's the ultimate Tex-mex comfort food. It's not the best thing you've ever eaten, but it's always good! Their drinks- specifically the margaritas- are also a hit. I always get an order of chips and guac because of course- and their chips are soooo good! I filled up on them before my food even came. Oops! While I used to be a fan of their salads, now that I eat chicken I've been loving theirs. The honey chipotle ones are good, as are Nashville hot and honey mustard. I tried asking for buffalo ranch a couple of times but they give me buffalo AND ranch sauces. Oh, well. It wasn't meant to be. Plus the smokehouse combo comes with street corn which is amazing and really tasty garlic bread. Such a great deal! Their dessert is pretty knock-out as well. The cookie skillet??? Yum. The lava cake??? Synonymous with Chili's good name. I've also had some exceptional waiters at this Chili's, more so than other area Chili's. There was one guy (specifical, I know) who was just so personable and good at his job. On my last visit, Sandy really knocked it out of the park. She sat right next to me in my booth and went through that order with me, gave me the advice I needed to hear (I had an inquiry into the French fry texture and she steered me in the right direction), brought us refills on chips, and overheard me and my brother trying to plan how we were gonna box our assortment of chicken, dips, and chips and brought all the necessary hardware. Amazing! Ambiance-wise; it's chili's. Kinda loud, but always fun. You'll probably see someone you know. There's a big parking lot but it was almost entirely full when I went on a Friday night! Nothing good about this place... first, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table despite there being SO many open, including literally adjacent to where we were waiting. There were plenty of waitstaff. One host said "table xx is open" and the other hostess just looked at him like he had 4 heads, keeping us waiting. So weird. I am guessing they had some "rule" on pacing how frequently people are seated. The waitress was extremely awkward. She would announce "I'm going to take your order" or "I'm going to come back and check in on you" as if we needed the heads up. She also made some pretty rude and insensitive comments about my girlfriend's accent, which were upsetting to both of us. The most air-headed, clueless waitress I've ever had. I complained to chili's corporate with details (despite their comment form limiting characters, so allowing a few sentences at most) and the most they sent back was a canned short apology for the "experience". Yikes. We ordered margaritas - GROSS. They were full of sugar and massive servings were supposed to make up for the lack of quality. The margaritas came out nearly instantly as if they were from the chili's equivalent of a slushee machine. The plastic glasses seemed kind of classless. The drink gave me a headache. I'll take a $12 craft cocktail over a low rent margarita any day. I ordered a salad and it was extremely lackluster. The shrimp seemed pre-cooked and pre-frozen and the kitchen couldn't even grill them. At chili's, where virtually everything is grilled, you think that is the least they could do for a $14 salad. This salad was full of huge chunks of iceberg lettuce also. Could have made the same thing at home for 1/3 to 1/4 of the price. Never coming back here. read more

No more free chips! That's always been a highlight of going to Chili's, but now you have to pay for them. I get it, but it is disappointing. I guess I don't need those extra calories anyway. The food is your typical chain restaurant food, nothing special. I do appreciate that they have guiltless grill, so the have low fat/calorie options for those who are counting calories. I don't know her name, but we always have this server. I want to say her name is Sandy. She's an older lady, blonde hair, been there for years. She makes the experience. It was my friends 24th birthday and we came in with balloons and party hats and all of the things. not only did he accommodate 12+ people, but he did it with a smile and a ton of kindness. YIKES! First of all, the place was FREEZING inside. My view inside the kitchen (see photo) made me sick! The poorly managed place could really use help by someone other than kids running the place! We had a bowl of clam chowder, hot as hell and burned my mouth and the chicken enchilada soup which was cold. Then came the rack of ribs that were mostly all fat, the combo fajita plater which was tolerable if you don't mind almost chocking on the steak! I love Chili's in general because I always have a great time. Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo. We figured it would be crazy. So when they said there was a wait, we decided to order take out. I was having trouble with the app so I went back inside to talk to the person at the host stand. They were polite and used they/them pronouns to ask another person to take me to the To Go area to complete my order. I am non-binary so this was a welcomed surprised as I am commonly misgendered with pronouns. I don't know if this small act was on behalf of the individual or the corporation but like I said, it was awesome. Then at the To Go window, the person there was so helpful and proactive in asking which car was mine so that they could bring it out when it was ready. Ordered take out from this location for a nice COVID at home meal. Online ordering was so easy, you tell them what your car looks like and they do curbside. You also can choose to pay online or at the store. When you get there, there is very visible parking for the curbside. Ordered the food and it was ready within 15 minutes to pick up. I was a little early and they popped outside and gave me the "2 minutes" hand gesture, appreciated them letting me know. Then just a few mins later she handed it to me through the window and that was it! Easiest order and pick up of any of the places I have done for covid. Well Chili's, you had a decent run, but clearly this location is managed poorly and the employees don't have much pride in their jobs. We went to eat in at Chili's a week or so ago and our server had two tables, us and another table of 10 or so. When we arrived our server took our drink and appetizer order; our appetizers arrived about 5 minutes prior to our non-alcoholic beverages. When the food FINALLY arrived after about 30 minutes my wife's chicken tacos were ice cold. I called a manager over and asked for a fresh order. When they arrived about 15 minutes later everyone else was finished eating so my wife asked that they wrap them up. When we got home she saw that they had omitted a bunch of the toppings and added things that weren't even supposed to be on them. My wife then called and asked for a manager. The female manager was combative and ended up hanging up on my wife.....really!!!! My wife then called back and asked for a male manager and he apologized and sent us some gift cards. Fast forward to today....we decide to give Chili's one last try for a pick up order. I personally called and ordered dinner for the family which included my buffalo chicken sandwich with no ranch. My wife knows I can't stand mayo so she checked the order and called me just to be sure I hadn't ordered with ranch; of course I had not. Believe it or not they actually made it AGAIN with ranch....you can't make this up! So, once again everyone else's food is cold because they had to remake my sandwich. Firstly I rarely ever eat at chains, but, this afternoon, I'm glad I did. I was in a late-lunch rush and figured somthing quick at the bar would be great. Sandy was Phenomenal. Ordered delivery during Covid-19 pandemic (DoorDash). Ordered 2 fajita platters with 4 proteins; shrimp, carnitas, steak & chicken. The order arrived in 40 minutes from the time I placed it on line and it wasn't hot but it was warm. The order came with 8 tortillas, rice, black beans in a sauce and several tiny containers of toppings which were not sufficient for 8 tortillas. The shred cheese was the smallest amount, with less than enough for 1 tortilla. Guacamole is free but you have to request it. The amount of proteins were not consistent. There was twice as much steak as carnitas. The green bell peppers were overkill while there was very little red peppers I just feel that the quantities should be more or less the same throughout the order. There was no consistency and the order was sloppily thrown together. On a more important note the food was fresh and very tasty. We were full after 5 tortillas between the 2 of us. I made breakfast tortillas with eggs and the leftovers the next morning. Pros vs Cons . . . I would order this again. read more

While the food is okay, the star of the restaurant here is the staff. Everyone I interacted with, especially our waitress, was super friendly and really polite; they did a perfect job. The drinks were refilled before they were empty, she checked in often, and helped us out whenever we had a special request. I had a couple small qualms about the quality of the food (the ribs were rather dry, the corn on the cob had a strangely unpleasant flavor, and the garlic bread was a tad burnt), but there was nothing significant enough to mention. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, despite the minor food quality issues. The waitress was even polite enough to help us split our check between all five of us (which I know is something most waitstaff frown upon) with no issues at all. Definitely left a hearty tip on my portion. Definitely worth visiting again, though I may order something different next time. read more

I was amazed when I recently went to Chili's, so I went back a second time that week. The chain restaurant has done some impressive re branding. I noticed the food and drinks mostly stayed the same, but I noticed a huge improvement physically to the restaurants interior. The tacky outdated tiles that used to be on all the tables is no more. Now that have the Chili's logo on the table and it looks like a huge improvement. But the best addition was having the tablet on every table. You can now play games, reorder drinks and pay your bills without getting a staff member. read more

While I do generally like his place and have come more times than I can count, you seem to get huge attitude from the waitresses and ignored for not having a big check. This time would get 1 star, but since I go so often I gave it 3. I usually come in with my husband but this Friday he was working late, so I took the little one out for a nice girls dinner. My daughter started crying because she didn't want to leave, to avoid a complete meltdown, I reluctantly stayed. We ordered and she disappeared AGAIN. someone else brought our appetizer, just like someone else brought us more drinks, napkins and our meals! She finally came back with check in hand and asked us if we wanted boxes. I couldn't believe the nerve on this girl. Believe it or not, I stayed calm, and accepted the boxes. While I was packing myself up she must have walked by 5 times to see if I had paid yet. I turned to get my card out of my wallet and as I turned around she was there "CAN I TAKE THAT FOR YOU?". I've been to many chili's at different locations but I want to specifically give a review for this location. My family and I went there for lunch during the week and the customer service from the beginning was phenomenal. Staff held the doors open for us as we were traveling with a car seat. We were seated immediately and the waitress Sandy was very nice and professional. The hostess was also great and the staff that brought our food to the table were great as well. Just wanted to write a review to let the staff know they are doing an amazing job taking care of the customers. Everyone was so nice and friendly. As it was Cinco de Mayo, and the thought of fighting people for a portion of fajitas and margaritas in downtown was most unwanted, the bf and I decided to check out the far more accessible Chili's Grill & Bar on Route 6. Armed with a gift certificate in hand, we easily found a spot front and center in their less than crowded parking lot. After remarking on the chili shaped door handle, we entered, then waited. . .and waited for someone. . . anyone to acknowledge our presence. After some time, the hostess walked over and stated that it would be a couple minutes before she could seat us. Alright we thought, lets at least get a drink while we wait for our table. We walk up to the bar, then waited. . . and waited for someone. . . anyone to acknowledge our presence. Sound familiar? Again after some time, the hostess returned to us saying our table was ready, having not even gained a glance our way from the bartender. ::sigh:: We were then seated in what I consider to be the most undesirable seat in any restaurant, next to the kitchen entrance/exit. My date, who had the unfortunate view of this busy intersection, immediately commented on the appearance of the floor just inside the doorway. Confirmation with my own eyes confirmed that it indeed appeared as if someone dumped leftovers and trash all over the floor. In effort to enjoy the southwestern vibe of this establishment, I attempted to ignore the blinding white light emanating into our booth and shut my mind from the shouts, clinking and banging equipment, and annoying staff conversations occurring in this area. We decided to take advantage of the "2 for $35" extended offer, including 1 shared appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 margaritas, and 1 shared dessert. The margaritas stole the show and were the ultimate saving grace of the evening. Large serving size, delicious flavor, I would order the sparkling pomegranate margarita a 2nd and 3rd time given the opportunity. We landed on the Tostada Chips & Salsa as an appetizer, conclusively a mediocre choice. The small salsa dish with mountainous pile of chips was not worth a refill on the salsa part when offered. The salsa was pureed, had decent flavor, but was so watery you couldn't keep enough on your chip before it got to your mouth. My next plate, the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas, had forgettable flavor and lacked a plentiful portion of ingredients. I found myself eating more tortilla than chicken. Lastly, the shared cheesecake brought inquisitive and confused expressions to our faces as we attempted to pinpoint what was causing our puzzlement. Eventually, we figured out that it wasn't cooked through. When the exterior is firm and the middle is just a step above pudding thick, there's something not quite right with the preparation. Service unfortunately was something lacking as well. In addition to the extended and unnecessary wait time initially, we ended up waiting at our booth as in the confusion of the "team waiting", other tables were waited on first that were seated after us. Although both waitresses available for our table introduced themselves, I quickly forgot about the 2nd because we didn't see her for the rest of the evening until we got up to leave. Management reprimanded the hostess right next to our table for being located in the back of the restaurant instead of up front at the podium. Plates were not cleared from our table with each course, prompting staff to only do something about it when they realized they couldn't fit the dessert plate at our booth table until things were removed. If not for our utter amusement at the scene unfolding around us, this evening could have been far less enjoyable than it was. The novelty of sipping on a delicious margarita is probably the only thing that would bring me back to this business. The food and service (the staples of any given restaurant) left me unsatisfied and thankful that most of the meal did not come out of my own pocket. read more

I have been going to this Chili's for about 4 years and the food itself is slightly more than I expect out of a restaurant change. Is it great, no. But, if you expect great, you go to somewhere expensive. If you want good at a value price, you come here. I saw another poster write that if their check is not big, they do not seem to get good service. I have to beg to differ on that one. My check is rarely over $20 because I quit drinking over 3 years ago. Yet, they are always very quick with their service with us and know my son and I by name. I can only say that about a handful of places I frequent. My glasses are always refilled before they are emptied, even though as a non-drinker I do not pay for each drink. Because of this, I always try to tip above 30% of the bill.
