Im not a big fan of chains but when my bestie or my girlfriend having a bad day this is the go to spot for them. Always start with the chips and salsa and I will forever say they NEED to change the salsa it's essentially water. Chicken sandwich on the 3 for me always a winner and can compete with any fast food one especially at that value. I change it up time to time and did the smokehouse combo the brisket quesadillas were solid along with the honey chipotle crispers. Waitress was super kind friendly and funny, and it was clean as well too. read more

So-so. There was not one thing we ordered that wasnt overbearingly salty. The mozzarella sticks were HUGE and probably my favorite part of the meal but I was out for the count after one of them lol. The waitress was patient and accommodating. I wouldn't say she went above and beyond for refills and making sure we were in good shape, but she did her job pleasantly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and received a sandwich coated in buffalo sauce, I wasn't really a fan, but the side of Mac and cheese was a nice touch. All in all it's what you'd probably expect from a chilis lol. P.S. the bathrooms were rank! May need to be cleaned more often, but understandable for a busy Saturday night. read more

We don't visit chain restaurants often, but we had a craving for some chips and salsa and a big burger so we visited Chili's for their "3 for me" lunch deal. Getting an appetizer, drink, and main dish for $10.99 is a great deal! Service was friendly and the food was tasty. We even brought leftovers home because we filled up on our appetizers. read more

This Chili's location is easily accessible. On entering we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress Lindsey was friendly and attentive. I chose the 3 for Me special. Chips with salsa were fresh, crispy with a dash of salt. I didn't get a drink, I went with water and lemon. My dinner was the steak med / well was delicious cooked perfect not hard to chew, the potatoes were just as good ( I did forget to say no bacon ) the broccoli was perfectly steamed not hard. Overall my meal was Delicious. The ambiance is chill with a bar option and TV's with sports throughout. Great for family. They do have a standup pad for easy checkout which also offers games while you wait. This is one of the better locations. I also appreciate the restaurant manager Brendon for coming over to ask how our service was going and if we needed anything. That speaks volume. read more

This review is for the server not the food. Chilis food is what it is. Came here to catch the niners vs. Seahawks game so we sat at the bar. Our server was very attentive. Food came out quick and our drinks were refilled quickly. Small details that matter. read more

5/26. Tough, hard to chew steak and tiny shrimp fajitas combo. Tables for two are too small (32"x32") but, servers delivering food had "no care" attitudes, and dropped off plates of food to table anyway! If you are holding empty plates in the air for them, to make room for entrees, shouldn't they offer to take them?? What are you supposed to do with the old plates? There is no place to put them? Poor service. Pricey drinks: a pint of draft Stella Artois is over $7. Not worth it. Loud, with lots of screaming kids and obnoxious Chili's birthday songs! Won't be returning anytime soon! Not recommended. 1.5 stars. read more

Nice casual restaurant good service, cold beer and decent food. It can get a little loud but never too loud. My last trip there I ordered the chicken sandwich which I thought was a good idea. The chicken was huge and extended out of the bun on both sides which was nice at first view. But, it was way too crunchy for me, too much batter and not enough chicken turned me off completely. I ate half and that was as far as I could handle. Next time I will order grilled chicken or something else as the crispy chicken was a loser for me and I won't be ordering that anymore! Rest of my visit was fine... read more

Few places can pack the emotional punch that Chili's does. You cannot be sad in a Chili's! It's the ultimate Tex-mex comfort food. It's not the best thing you've ever eaten, but it's always good! Their drinks- specifically the margaritas- are also a hit. I always get an order of chips and guac because of course- and their chips are soooo good! I filled up on them before my food even came. Oops! While I used to be a fan of their salads, now that I eat chicken I've been loving theirs. The honey chipotle ones are good, as are Nashville hot and honey mustard. I tried asking for buffalo ranch a couple of times but they give me buffalo AND ranch sauces. Oh, well. It wasn't meant to be. Plus the smokehouse combo comes with street corn which is amazing and really tasty garlic bread. Such a great deal! Their dessert is pretty knock-out as well. The cookie skillet??? Yum. The lava cake??? Synonymous with Chili's good name. I've also had some exceptional waiters at this Chili's, more so than other area Chili's. There was one guy (specifical, I know) who was just so personable and good at his job. On my last visit, Sandy really knocked it out of the park. She sat right next to me in my booth and went through that order with me, gave me the advice I needed to hear (I had an inquiry into the French fry texture and she steered me in the right direction), brought us refills on chips, and overheard me and my brother trying to plan how we were gonna box our assortment of chicken, dips, and chips and brought all the necessary hardware. Amazing! Ambiance-wise; it's chili's. Kinda loud, but always fun. You'll probably see someone you know. There's a big parking lot but it was almost entirely full when I went on a Friday night! Sometimes there's a wait but even with the full parking lot my party of two got right in. Do yourself a favor and don't ignore your next Chili's craving! read more

Always delicious!! Great service, we love Crystal, the best waitress!!! Dine in and take-out when you just want to eat at home.

This store likes to rip people off. We walked in after one year hoping maybe they changed their rip off ways only to find out they have gotten worse. We ordered only beer this time only to be overcharged 2.65 extra per beer come to find out their 4 dollar draft beers now cost 6.59 on weekends What ??? Most Chilis in Massachusetts will only charge you 4 dollars for draft bud lights any day of the week any time. beware and check your bill because you will be ripped off. read more

The service was great! The portions vs the menu on the other hand were kind of a bait and switch (6 ribs). Nothing good about this place... first, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table despite there being SO many open, including literally adjacent to where we were waiting. There were plenty of waitstaff. One host said "table xx is open" and the other hostess just looked at him like he had 4 heads, keeping us waiting. So weird. I am guessing they had some "rule" on pacing how frequently people are seated. The waitress was extremely awkward. She would announce "I'm going to take your order" or "I'm going to come back and check in on you" as if we needed the heads up. She also made some pretty rude and insensitive comments about my girlfriend's accent, which were upsetting to both of us. The most air-headed, clueless waitress I've ever had. I complained to chili's corporate with details (despite their comment form limiting characters, so allowing a few sentences at most) and the most they sent back was a canned short apology for the "experience". Yikes. We ordered margaritas - GROSS. They were full of sugar and massive servings were supposed to make up for the lack of quality. The margaritas came out nearly instantly as if they were from the chili's equivalent of a slushee machine. The plastic glasses seemed kind of classless. The drink gave me a headache. I'll take a $12 craft cocktail over a low rent margarita any day. I ordered a salad and it was extremely lackluster. The shrimp seemed pre-cooked and pre-frozen and the kitchen couldn't even grill them. At chili's, where virtually everything is grilled, you think that is the least they could do for a $14 salad. This salad was full of huge chunks of iceberg lettuce also. Could have made the same thing at home for 1/3 to 1/4 of the price. Never coming back here. read more

We are a family of 12 and going out to eat is often a hassle. Tonight we celebrated a birthday and Dean was absolutely fabulous. It was a pleasure and I hope they recognize his great service. read more

Honestly not really happy with chilis, usually a great spot but it wasn't the best, I mean what they call "nachos" is an abomination, the nachos I know have nice stringy melted cheese in them, these nachos the cheese is burnt onto the chip it was atrocious, the 3 dip was good the chips were greasy as ever, the brisket quesadillas were burnt to shit fries were way to salty and it took us about 20 minutes to order food after our apps on a not so busy night overall would not recommend the easy Providence location I'll stick to somerset for now on read more

No more free chips! That's always been a highlight of going to Chili's, but now you have to pay for them. I get it, but it is disappointing. I guess I don't need those extra calories anyway. The food is your typical chain restaurant food, nothing special. I do appreciate that they have guiltless grill, so the have low fat/calorie options for those who are counting calories. I don't know her name, but we always have this server. I want to say her name is Sandy. She's an older lady, blonde hair, been there for years. She makes the experience. She is super friendly and checks in frequently. As for ambiance, it's Chilis. It's looked that way since it's opened. Could be time for an update, but there is usually a good vibe in there. read more

YIKES! First of all, the place was FREEZING inside. My view inside the kitchen (see photo) made me sick! The poorly managed place could really use help by someone other than kids running the place! We had a bowl of clam chowder, hot as hell and burned my mouth and the chicken enchilada soup which was cold. Then came the rack of ribs that were mostly all fat, the combo fajita plater which was tolerable if you don't mind almost chocking on the steak! Not what we wanted after being on the road, tired and hungry. The noise level was mostly the staff standing by the kitchen entrance yelling, laughing extremely loud and drinking beers. Would NOT recommend this location! read more

Well it's Chili's so you know what to expect with the food, so I'll focus on the service. Hostess didn't even say hello, just picked up menus and expected us to follow her. When we got to our table she put down the menus, turned her back to us and walked away. Thaaaaaanks. Luckily, our waitress was super nice. She was an older lady and served everything with a smile and made jokes with my boyfriend's grandma, who we were taking out for lunch. read more

I love Chili's in general because I always have a great time. Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo. We figured it would be crazy. So when they said there was a wait, we decided to order take out. I was having trouble with the app so I went back inside to talk to the person at the host stand. They were polite and used they/them pronouns to ask another person to take me to the To Go area to complete my order. I am non-binary so this was a welcomed surprised as I am commonly misgendered with pronouns. I don't know if this small act was on behalf of the individual or the corporation but like I said, it was awesome. Then at the To Go window, the person there was so helpful and proactive in asking which car was mine so that they could bring it out when it was ready. All in all, great experience for an LGBTQ+ person. read more

Ordered take out from this location for a nice COVID at home meal. Online ordering was so easy, you tell them what your car looks like and they do curbside. You also can choose to pay online or at the store. When you get there, there is very visible parking for the curbside. Ordered the food and it was ready within 15 minutes to pick up. I was a little early and they popped outside and gave me the "2 minutes" hand gesture, appreciated them letting me know. Then just a few mins later she handed it to me through the window and that was it! Easiest order and pick up of any of the places I have done for covid. The food also held up really well, it was all warm but not soggy and MAN so they give you A LOT OF CHIPS. You get a huge bag that says to just pop it in the microwave and then you get a tub of guac. It all tasted amazing and the molten lava cake comes in pieces so you can warm it up and add the toppings when you want. VERY impressed! Will add this to the weekly location!!!! read more

The to-go lady with blonde hair is rude. Always looks mad and when customer are waiting in their car for curbside pick-up food...I've heard her said "you know you can come inside to get it right" . If she is the best Chili's has to offer when it comes to community service, then it's not a place I would like to do business with. Be more professional! read more

Well Chili's, you had a decent run, but clearly this location is managed poorly and the employees don't have much pride in their jobs. We went to eat in at Chili's a week or so ago and our server had two tables, us and another table of 10 or so. When we arrived our server took our drink and appetizer order; our appetizers arrived about 5 minutes prior to our non-alcoholic beverages. When the food FINALLY arrived after about 30 minutes my wife's chicken tacos were ice cold. I called a manager over and asked for a fresh order. When they arrived about 15 minutes later everyone else was finished eating so my wife asked that they wrap them up. When we got home she saw that they had omitted a bunch of the toppings and added things that weren't even supposed to be on them. My wife then called and asked for a manager. The female manager was combative and ended up hanging up on my wife.....really!!!! My wife then called back and asked for a male manager and he apologized and sent us some gift cards. Fast forward to today....we decide to give Chili's one last try for a pick up order. I personally called and ordered dinner for the family which included my buffalo chicken sandwich with no ranch. My wife knows I can't stand mayo so she checked the order and called me just to be sure I hadn't ordered with ranch; of course I had not. Believe it or not they actually made it AGAIN with ranch....you can't make this up! So, once again everyone else's food is cold because they had to remake my sandwich. My only advice is to find another Chili's if you must eat their food. This location is absolutely the pits! read more

Firstly I rarely ever eat at chains, but, this afternoon, I'm glad I did. I was in a late-lunch rush and figured somthing quick at the bar would be great. Sandy was Phenomenal. Engaging, quick, funny, helpful, attentive. Her personality was genuine and she was amazing at her craft. Chilis is lucky to have her for sure. I haven't been to a chilis in at least 3 years. I definitely will frequent for a fajita, some chips&salsa, and amazing service. Thank you Sandy. To management- you're lucky to have amazing support staff - treat them right! read more

As good as any chili's, but a little slower. So it's nice to go to this one. Drinks and food come fast, no long wait to be seated. The bar is small, but the waitresses are friendly and prompt. One of the better places to stop and eat on rte 6, in my opinion. read more

Ordered delivery during Covid-19 pandemic (DoorDash). Ordered 2 fajita platters with 4 proteins; shrimp, carnitas, steak & chicken. The order arrived in 40 minutes from the time I placed it on line and it wasn't hot but it was warm. The order came with 8 tortillas, rice, black beans in a sauce and several tiny containers of toppings which were not sufficient for 8 tortillas. The shred cheese was the smallest amount, with less than enough for 1 tortilla. Guacamole is free but you have to request it. The amount of proteins were not consistent. There was twice as much steak as carnitas. The green bell peppers were overkill while there was very little red peppers I just feel that the quantities should be more or less the same throughout the order. There was no consistency and the order was sloppily thrown together. On a more important note the food was fresh and very tasty. We were full after 5 tortillas between the 2 of us. I made breakfast tortillas with eggs and the leftovers the next morning. Pros vs Cons . . . I would order this again. read more

I was amazed when I recently went to Chili's, so I went back a second time that week. The chain restaurant has done some impressive re branding. I noticed the food and drinks mostly stayed the same, but I noticed a huge improvement physically to the restaurants interior. The tacky outdated tiles that used to be on all the tables is no more. Now that have the Chili's logo on the table and it looks like a huge improvement. But the best addition was having the tablet on every table. You can now play games, reorder drinks and pay your bills without getting a staff member. read more

While I do generally like his place and have come more times than I can count, you seem to get huge attitude from the waitresses and ignored for not having a big check. This time would get 1 star, but since I go so often I gave it 3. I usually come in with my husband but this Friday he was working late, so I took the little one out for a nice girls dinner. We were sat immediately and the hostess was really nice, she even brought over more crayons for my daughter because she was complaining they only give 2. Our waitress came over a few minutes later, introduced herself and tried to talk me into a margarita, all while not even cracking a smile. I opted for water and she walked away without saying a word before I even got a chance to tell her we wanted an appetizer. 5 minutes went by... Then 10... She was gone! The other table next to us were sat after us and already had finished their app. Just as I was getting my coat on to leave at the 15 minute mark she literally runs over to the table, "where you going somewhere?!" She stammers. Uh yea, I thought you left or something!. Come to find out the other waitress in that section told her we were getting ready to leave! That's the only reason she came back. My daughter started crying because she didn't want to leave, to avoid a complete meltdown, I reluctantly stayed. We ordered and she disappeared AGAIN. someone else brought our appetizer, just like someone else brought us more drinks, napkins and our meals! She finally came back with check in hand and asked us if we wanted boxes. I couldn't believe the nerve on this girl. Believe it or not, I stayed calm, and accepted the boxes. While I was packing myself up she must have walked by 5 times to see if I had paid yet. I turned to get my card out of my wallet and as I turned around she was there "CAN I TAKE THAT FOR YOU?". Oh ok, she's too bothered and busy to get a refill but she's ready for my payment. I paid and got the hell out of there. I really hope I don't have her again! There a few very good waitresses that have been there for a while that have always been on top of their game. If you have had good service try to remember the waitresses name, and ask for them. Believe me, you do not want the tall chick with braces, and a bad attitude. read more

Chili's - What's left of my half rack - Tex-Mex Near Me - East Providence, Rhode Island

It'll be years before I step foot in Chili's again, if ever. After hearing so much about their "hand crafted" burgers I wanted to see what the hype was about, but my (what was supposed to be) medium rare burger came out charred, flat as a pancake, and was just a terrible excuse for a burger. It's also ludicrous to have a drink menu with no prices...seriously? Why not go all the way and take the prices off all of the menu items so we can guess at everything? And you want to charge me $1.99 to play Plants vs. Zombies? Huh? And although you can reorder drinks using the tableside tablet, you can only reorder the drinks that cost money (beer, wine, etc.) and not request a water or (in our case) a ginger ale refill? Huh? Chili's, you can go jump in a lake. I'm done. read more
