Although our favorite bartender here has moved on to a more upscale establishment, this is still one of my SO's favorite spots for hot wings. BWW has many, many levels of heat that are available on wings, boneless or cauliflower 'wings'. So they got ya covered. Besides many chicken dishes (sandwiches, wraps, salads) they also have one burger and a cheese steak on the menu. Sides include fries, tots, onion rings, macaroni & cheese and salads. A few desserts are available too. Soft drinks, full bar, draft and can beers. They also offer 'house' beers on draft at a lower price point. Sit at the bar or see the host/ess to be seated at a table, booth or patio. Restrooms have improved since the last review. Cleaner for sure. The stalls in the ladies room have full doors. No 'cracks' between door and support so the world can see you in there. Gotta love that. Hooks on the door, personal hygiene trash bin, lots of TP. Diaper station across from sinks. Paper towel or hand dryer. Out door seating overlooks mall parking, has piped in music and I think a TV(?). Plenty of mall parking. Enter from the sidewalk, or the food court. Soooooo. Where to start?! Let's kick it off with the queer o meter. It was a Friday night and it's a 10. That's a good thing and quite possible the only good thing. Craving wings, a comfy spot to enjoy said wings? This isn't that spot. It's loud, the ambience is over stimulating and the food is meh at best. I will say the people were all VERY nice, but it couldn't carry the rest of the experience. We got: Teriyaki tenders with fries 5 and 5 buffalo and honey BBQ bone in wings Side of tots The bill total with tip was a hair under $50. A little steep but would've been worth it if the food was better. It was 30 min before our food came out. We had one customization and that was no seasoning on the tots or fries, salt is ok. I'll run down the list: Tots were a notch below room temp Fries were stale and same temp as tots Tenders room temp and wings not warm in the least. They appear to have a temperature issue and frankly with a table of fried foods, that's kind of a big deal. The sauces for all were delicious though! I'll give them that! Yummy blue cheese dipping sauce too. I was disappointed especially with the tots and fries they had SO MUCH POTENTIAL to be amazing! They weren't greasy and could have been potato perfection. The place isn't comfy at all, there's tv's lining the top border of the room all playing different sport things and ads. The chairs aren't comfortable and it's def not made to hang out for any length of time. It's in a mall, so there's lots of family which is a little odd in that the it has the air of a sports bar. And finally it's expensive. I got the bathroom text, which made me laugh but not sure if it's a family friendly bathroom with it potentially being a hot box. This place is very big. As a hungry vegetarian, I was very happy coming here. I came here right after my train arrived, and I love the fact that on the menu there is a cauliflower wing version and it is very tasty. To be honest, I forgot what I had as my main dish, which is funny I think I had an impossible burger, but the wings were delicious and this is a vegetarian talking about cauliflower. Fun atmosphere with lots of TVs , just not enough staff. I felt bad for the host because he was juggling the check in area, to-go orders and cleaning the tables. We were at the Warwick mall and decided to give this Buffalo Wild Wings a try. The selection of chicken wings, sandwiches, pizzas, tacos, salads and such are pretty complete on their menu. The service was very slow and the staff seems to be running around doing all kinds of stuff but efficiently waiting on customers. The boneless wings run about $1+ per piece and they come with the sauce of your choice. Man this place can suck you in with good advertising and what seems like an e voting party like atmosphere but the reality is they are serving low quality inexpensive food that's half ass prepare at a premium price. They claim to specialize in Buffalo wings. Well if that's the case why is it so hard to get an order to come out the way you want it. Well done is pretty simple.... make them crispy. Why can't they do that? Also, if you they specialize in chicken wings why does it seem like it takes them so long to come out? Simple bar food should be just that.... simple! My biggest recent issue with "B-Dubs" is that they have a lunch menu with 6- choices and above them it says "served with fries and a drink" well if that's the case why am I told the salads on this lunch menu don't come with fries? There is no fine print and no additional info of any kind. If they don't come with fries then take them off the lunch specials list please. Lastly, how about some decent sized take out boxes?! Trying to take left overs home means asking for easily 3-4 boxes and then the bag they give you is actually to small for the boxes to sit in properly. Let's fix this B-Dub!! The worst chicken wings we ever got from a Buffalo Wild Wings. We used to live going to the wild wings in Waterford at the Crystal mall. The wings were always on point and NEVER looked like baby chicken wings as in the this picture . These wings were absolutely tiny!!!!!! No meat on them. They should be ashamed serving those. Please don't waste your time. We visited 6/14/25 and our table was filthy and no one cleaned under the table. No one had cleared any of the tables near us. We went to BWW in the Warwick Mall on Saturday, November 16th. Once we were seated, the waitress took our full order, an appetizer and two entrees. We were served the appetizer about 45 minutes later and everything on the tray was COLD! We ate it anyway because we were pretty hungry at this point! The waitress NEVER gave us plates, napkins, or utensils and NEVER returned to even ask us if we needed those items or even to ask for a refill on our drinks! The restaurant wasn't even close to capacity as there were plenty of empty seats. A table with a party of 10 sat next to us about 15 minutes after we arrived and they were served their full meals, given take home boxes, and also their bill before we were even served our main course! Our main course was simply: 3 chicken tenders and 6 traditional wings! The waitress walked by us several times within that timeframe and said nothing! The total wait time for the above meal was about 1 1/2 hours! I requested a manager, asked to pay for what we ate up to that point, and told him about what happened. The extra long wait and being ignored by the waitress was unprofessional and unacceptable. He apologized and allowed me to pay the bill. In my opinion, a good manager would have complimented the cold appetizer as simple compensation for the long wait, disappointment, and aggravation! I'm certainly not looking for a free handout, but have some class! The waitress saw us paying the bill at the register, never approached us to ask what the issue was (since we left the booth before our entrees arrived), and continued to serve the party of 10 that was sitting two feet from our booth with drink refills! She was totally clueless! We honestly eat out at various restaurants in R.l. at least 3 times per week. In my lifetime, l've never had a worse waitress or restaurant manager! We got sat at a dirty table I asked for it to be wiped down and the server apologized and said to give her a moment and she will clean a different table and move us. The pictures are the "clean" table I was sat at. It took 20 minutes for our water to be delivered another 20 for our food order to be taken and I'm not even exaggerating when I say there were 6 tables in the restaurant. The older lady waiting tables saw us and just decided she didn't want to serve me apparently. After waiting there for over 20 minutes at this point I realized this place was an absolute joke. We just walked out. No one stopped us or even still acknowledged us.. absolutely insane. I felt really discriminated against and unwanted there for whatever reason.. unacceptable. If I could, I would give this establishment a half star review based solely on the boneless honey BBQ wings. We ordered takeout tonight and by the time I got home, everything was ice cold (mind you, I live 5 minutes away). Our order consisted of 20 original buffalo wings, 20 boneless (5 each of teriyaki, honey BBQ, spicy garlic, and original buffalo), potato wedges, tots, and cheese curds. 5 different items...5 varying degrees of dogshit. The original buffalo sauce ranks amongst the worst I've ever tasted. Greasy and oily but not in that delicious buttery way that respectable buffalo sauce is. Zero tang...just mildly spicy grease (there, I've just renamed the flavor). The teriyaki was fine I suppose but mostly forgettable. Spicy garlic is just the mildly spicy grease with a hint of garlic. The honey BBQ was actually decent (but likely just Sweet Baby Ray's). The tots were ice cold, unsalted, and tasted like Ore-Ida frozen tots...so just save yourself some $ and buy a bag of them shits. Potato wedges were fine but cold. Cheese curds were greasy globs of coagulated unpleasantness due to the temp being the opposite of hot. When you get wings and you're actually looking forward to the celery...it fills you with a sadness akin to watching Grave of the Fireflies. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the piss that is their bleu cheese dressing. It's just mayonnaise...that's it. It's got to be. I understand some places have a smoother bleu cheese and others have a chunkier style. They usually still taste of the aforementioned cheese. Not at BWW!! No way! Ya get mayo here. Came to BBW for birthday dinner for my son. Party of 4 on a Monday night. Was sat immediately but waited 20+ mins for someone to approach us and take our order. We would have left after 10-15 mins but this is what my son wanted for his birthday dinner. French fries were cold but sandwiches were hot. Buffalo chicken sandwich only had a squirt of buffalo sauce on it (thought it would have been tossed in buffalo but I guess that would be asking for too much) so basically had a fried chicken sandwich. Asked for a side of bleu cheese that never came. I felt that our waitress' lack of empathy and engagement is a direct result of poor management and training. Decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings at the Warwick Mall. What a mistake. We ordered online for takeout. Our order was about 10 minutes late which wasn't a big deal. The bag was sealed when they gave it to me so I headed home. When I got home and opened the bag, we were missing a 5pc order of tenders and a large order of fries. Half the sauces we were given weren't the sauces we ordered. The food was bland at BEST! The buffalo chicken sandwich was ok but everything else was lower tier food for sure. A couple of the sauces were just ok but the others were pretty bad. I wouldn't waste your time going to eat here. They owe me about 15 bucks for the food I paid for but didn't get. *SCAM ALERT * Went there last night for dinner and was deff scammed. It says on the menu you can get blue cheese dressing with the wings and there's no mention of price. I thought it was included but was charged 6$ for it. The blue cheese dressing was gross. I have gotten take out from this Buffalo Wild Wings twice, and that was two times too many. Neither time was a good experience, but I believe in giving restaurants a second chance. I have visited other Buffao Wild Wing locations and have had far superior experiences. The first time I ordered take out, half of my food was missing. Shame on me for not checking before I got home, but I trusted that it was all there since the cashier had read each item back to me. Once I got home and realized, I called and there was "nothing they could do" except me returning to get the missing food. So I did. I was given absolutely nothing for the trouble, and the food was ice cold by the time I got there. What would have been good is if I could have just been refunded for the missing food so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes back, but apparently they can't do that. The second time I had 2 $5 gift cards (the ones you get when you buy $25 gift cards around the holidays). I explicitly emailed BWW corporate via their website to find out if I could use both $5 cards together. They said very blatantly that, yes, I could. This was because they were essentially gift cards. Upon arriving to pay, I was told that no, I couldn't use both. I referenced the email I had received, but in the end I was not allowed to use both. In this second order, I ordered 40 boneless wings because they were going to be for a small group. I ordered the sauce on the side, so that each person could choose which sauce they wanted. I chose 4 sauces. For ALL of those wings, all they gave me were 1 tiny cup of each sauce. Had the sauce been on the wings initially, it would have been much more. Lesson learned. Never order sauce on the side because you will barely get any. I also wasn't given any ranch or blue cheese to go with the boneless wings. Please, do yourself a favor and don't order take out from this establishment. I can't speak to what the service is like in-house, but I can't imagine it is much better. read more
