My wife and I have had a love/ hate relationship with this bdubs for a long time. We love the food but the inconsistency in cooking and constant order being wrong, we took a good year break from here after normally eating 2 times a week. Tonight after a long days work, her pregnancy craving kicked in and my addiction to wings is always there lol. We decided to give them another shot. We rushed home with our to go order to notice it was wrong. We ended up speaking with the newer GM Carlton! He literally is the definition of customer service! He made sure he did whatever he could in his power to let us have a nice dinner! He took the time to listen to our concerns and even let us know how is working hard, behind the scenes with his team, to get this location in order. We also spoke to a super nice bartender when we picked up our remade order. I didn't get her name but she was awesome! Not only did he make us happy tonight, he made us want to start visiting frequently again! We haven't eaten at a BWW since leaving Hawaii. So when hubby asked where do I want to eat lunch. Immediately, I said B-3. We pulled up and the parking lot had 2 cars. The outside of the building needs a serious remodel. That should have been a gateway to turn around. We entered in. The dining room was clean and inviting. We sat together to watch the FL Gators playing. The 1st lady who came over to get our drinks was actually the bar tender. Not friendly. I was relieved that she wasn't our server. It was taking a long time for our order. When I inquired, Mia wasn't sure what the hold up was in the kitchen. When he bit into it, the juice ran down his cheek. My Bbq boneless wings were lukewarm at best. My tots, were cold. I truly believed that my food was sitting while John's was being prepared. What I got instead was CHAOS. We were seated and then completely FORGOTTEN like yesterday's celery sticks. I had to make eye contact with THREE different servers just to get a menu. Is that how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS? Our server acted like doing their JOB was a personal inconvenience. No smile. No urgency. No apology. When I asked (POLITELY, I might add) where our food was after 45 MINUTES, I was told "it's coming" with an attitude. Coming from WHERE? The moon?? The wings were lukewarm, soggy, and clearly tossed together with ZERO care. I asked for extra ranch (again, POLITELY) and was charged for it. EXCUSE ME? Back in my day, ranch was a COURTESY, not a luxury item. The restaurant was loud, sticky, and clearly understaffed, which frankly is NOT my problem as a customer. If you can't handle a dinner rush, maybe don't run a restaurant?? Management never came over, even after I made it VERY obvious I was unhappy. I shouldn't have to ask for basic hospitality. Quick lunch visit as we were in the area helping family. It has been a long time since I dined at any Buffalo Wild Wings, but remembered I loved their dry rubs. Dining area was really empty, and there was an odd smell when we entered, almost like it needed to be better cleaned. Our booth was clean and everything else during our visit was great. They had an amazing appetizer offer, unlimited apps for 9.99, I think there were 5 to choose from, things like mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Up to four people, you order your first two and one finished you can put in an order for 2 more. If you have more than 4 in your party, you can pay an additional $2.50 per person. We did not take advantage of this offer but thought it was worth mentioning. I ordered the traditional wings with Lemon Pepper dry rub, celery and carrots, and blue cheese for dipping. The wings were great, nice sized, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Two cups of blue cheese for dipping sauce and the carrots are now baby carrots instead of sticks. Everyone else liked their choices, including boneless wings, a wrap and a black bean burger. Service was great too, love the offer of a to-go cup for drinks! Decided to stop last night with friends, service was good, but food was terrible. Asked for wings extra well done, had to send them back 2 times, barely had any sauce on them. Great service even though they are short staffed (as are other restaurants.). For a party of 6 around 8pm our wait for a table was about 20 minutes. Much of the restaurant was open with empty tables which just reminds us all how sad it is that restaurants are struggling to find employees. Thursday nights are BOGO on boneless wings but we decided to try the new chicken sandwiches. I had the Buffalo Ranch and it was sooooo good! The chicken is on a bun with lettuce and tomato and the sauce and ranch is poured directly on the chicken. Not too much, not too little, just the right amount. Fries come with it and their fries are skinny skinny good! If you have the BWW app, you will notice that Thursday night has trivia. The game is also on one of the many TV screens in the restaurant too. Nothing to win but bragging rights across the country so it makes for a fun time at the table and keeps the older kids busy! There are tons of TVs on the walls and so it's easy to watch sports wherever you're seated in the restaurant. This place was definitely busy, even the bar was full. The service was good and attentive even though the place was packed. The food was typical American sports bar food (wings, nachos, fries, burgers, wraps and salads). Their menu has enough variety that anyone can find something to eat. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood to watch some sports and eat typical American bar food.
