This place is worthless. I even felt bad for the other tables here. Service was slow. Got my food wrong. Got my ticket wrong twice while charging me for the wrong food. Manager was lazy and stayed in the bar the whole time while 5 people were in the bar. 4 tables sat in the dining room and some guests stood next to a dirty table for 10 minutes waiting for the staff to come back and clean it. And the lady that sat them wasn't going to come do it. She made the server do it. This place is worthless and needs new ownership, not just management. read more

Well I was warned not to eat here right before I came in today. My hamburger had a meat patty on it so small I couldn't taste it. Let's say a happy meal burger would have more meat. Spoke with the manager. He did nothing told me I should make sure and modify my order next time.. what? So ask for meat to be put in the burger then? Plus it took a full 20 minutes before we got a drink or order taken. There were only 9 tables out of 30 filled so not over run with business.. shocker. read more

We ate at BWW tonight, and we had a very kind, enthusiastic server named Jess. This server was ON IT! She was extremely patient with us (we added 3 things to the meal throughout our stay). All of the food: salad, appetizers, and entree, came out hot, and in a timely manner. We sat on the patio, and enjoyed the weather. She kept our glasses full - literally didn't even have to ask for a refill, box, or a check. We will definitely be back to this location. read more

Then I order a buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes and of course it had tomatoes in it. And then I get my bill and of course it was also wrong. Food was awful. Service was good and she tired to fix the problem as best as she could. Wings were over cooked so much that the bones broke in my mouth. Dessert took forever and I thought that was because they heat it up...uh no. Cold and gross too. The water was great. I usually like BWW, it's not my 1st choice but never my last. I came into BWW today for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The bartender was super friendly and I didn't catch the manager's name, the tall dark headed one, but he was really nice. He was also very nice to his employees when they asked for help and didn't seem bothered by their questions. The food was fresh and hot and overall it was a very positive experience. I have only had one pleasant experience at this location. Every time after that has just been one big annoyance after another. Dining In: It took 15 minutes or more for the server to even come to the table and get drink orders. Overall, service was very slow. Carry Out: 1) I attempted to call in my order, but was put on hold. After being put on hold, I was transferred and my call was not answered. When I tried to call back, I got a busy tone - three times! So I just drove to the location to order. When I got there, I waited for my order and when it came out...it was incorrect. So after waiting far longer than anticipated, I finally got my order and went home. After getting home, there was no dipping sauce for one of the orders. 2) This time my order was actually correct, but when I got home, NO DIPPING SAUCES for both orders. This location needs to work on their employees, because they seem to have a difficult time getting an order correct. read more

Bartender was not sober tonight. Broke two different glasses from not being able to walk straight. Slurred speech when interacting with us and asked which drink we ordered 4 times because he couldn't remember. It's pretty crazy when the people drinking alcohol at the bar are more sober than the bartender. We each ordered a snack size spicy garlic and somehow he submitted 4 orders of plain wings. Tried to redeem a reward from their rewards club and he had to have us repeat our phone numbers to him repeatedly until he was able to punch them in right, and then was rude about it when I pointed out he didn't even take the free wings off. read more

Been there once. The food was good. Service was not bad. I sat at the bar and the bartender was not as bad as people have mentioned here. The reason I give 3 star is the food is way too overpriced. I saw the side fries was 3.5 ish and expected that to be a lot. I mean think about 5 guys, which has similar price. Im not expecting that much but definitely not the one they served either. The size is so small that I doubt other places would price it over a dollar. I also got 10 wings for 12 dollars, which I think overpriced. This is Rolla not Los Angeles. Ok, i understand this particular branch of wild wings is new. But holy cow! Awful awful service. We (3) ordered a snack size wing, a sampler platter, a cheesburger and a flatbread pizza thing. We also ordered 3 bottled beers. After about a half hour after ordering, our beers FINALLY showed up. But they were draft beers. Not bottles. a few mins later some food comes (about 45-50 mins after ordering) and they bring the sampler and the snack size chicken. At that time my buddy went ahead and ordered acheesburger like mine which had yet to come to take home. So we wait and wait. 45 mins later we finally get a server to stop so we could get some drinks because we had been out 5 minutes after the sampler came. So we wait some more and my buddies to go order comes out. Still not my meal OR the flatbread pizza thing. why they werent checking on our food that hadnt come with our sampler, i have no idea. they let us sit there for over an hour to come up and say that they forgot to cook it and wanted to know if i still wanted it. I said hell no i want the check. Manager ended up coming to the table and knocked 10 bucks off our bill, which in my opinion should have been free. Just a horrible experience. there is no excuse for this kind of service. Not even at prime time of the night. It was after 8 oclock. read more

There were plenty of staff working, I counted 8 , and there must have been more in the kitchen. The wings were cold and hard. I'll never go back. Terrible service. Night managers are rude along with their servers. Food is always wrong which is awful considering the food is over priced. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Service was slow. We were seated for about 10 minutes before a waiter came to us. My brother ordered 6 chicken tenders and got four, asked for some side sauce and never got it, my dad the wrong sauce put on his wings.. then asked for new ones. Which came shortly. Then we asked for extra napkins, which never came. My mom and I got the same thing. They were good, not great, but not really warm. Which was disappointing. The worse Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. I am a student at S&T in Rolla and frequent restaurants and bars. Me and a friend went to get some beers and some wings. Upon asking for a beer list we were given a "corporate" list. The specific BWW we were at had beers that were not on that list and didn't have some of the beers that were on the list. The waiter didn't have a clue what beers were on tap (he was new, no big deal) but also couldn't produce a list of what was actually available. He told us to go up to the bar and look at the taps to figure it out. They had a Moscow Mule special at the time but it had Smirnoff vodka in it. I wanted to upgrade to Absolute but the waiter didn't know how to do that. This required the manager to come over and she explained that there was no way I could upgrade to a better vodka unless she brought me a shot of it separate and I mixed it myself. By the time we got our food, my wings were luke warm and my friend's sandwich was cold. This required another unpleasant conversation with the manager who questioned me and my friends knowledge on alcohol and beer because of our age. We are both 22. My friend had an internship for AB, so he knows a thing or two about beer. She was rude and very unprofessional. I will never eat here again. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1/2 star! It was absolutely the worst BWW I've ever been to...my family and I were in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO dropping off my niece, normally enjoy BWW. Our server Carolyn was more interested in talking with other servers than helping us. Our drinks came out in a somewhat timely order, food never came. After sitting over an hour we were starved. Asked where it was, she made up 3 excuses in one sentence. Finally settled on since its a big order she wanted it to all come out together and hot. Finally came out and it was all cold! She kept trying to serve us but we demanded a manager. After explaining what happened he looked at ticket and saw she waited 35 mins to even enter our ticket. We ended up walking out,. (Party of 5). This girl was horrible, should not be a server. Just cost this restaurant over $100. Minimum! Will never go to another BWW. Absolutely the worst experience!!! Walked in at 3:45pm. Got seated and waited approximately 10 minutes for drink order to be taken...waited another 10 minutes for food order to be taken....now after 4pm...at 4:45 we had to ask the waitress where the food was??? We were also out of drinks by this time. She(Carolyn) informed us that since it was a "large" order ( only 5 in our party) she wanted it to come out ALL TOGETHER AND "HOT"!!! She took drink orders again which we waited another 5 minutes to get!!! The food came at 5:15...ICE COLD TO THE TOUCH!!! After getting the Manager and General Manager involved we were informed that Carolyn had waited 35minutes to even place the order!!! We were in this area to drop our daughter off at Ft. Leonard Wood to begin her AIT training for the Army so we were stressed and exhausted. Needless to say...when we return we will not be eating at this restaurant!!! The waitress (Carolyn) needs to be removed from the floor...she cost you AT LEAST a 100.00 order!!! NO STARS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! read more
