My son and his family took us to lunch on Saturday 3/28/26 there were 7 of us, at first our waitress seemed on top of things. She took our drink order, failed to get one back to the table. Had to ask for it. Took forever to get the appetizer. When we got our food, the fries were horrible. My grand-daughter had no dresssing on her salad and asked if she could get some. My daughter law tried to get her attention (the waitress) but she would not look at our table. My DIL got up and went to the counter to ask for dressing for her salad and when it was brought back she threw it on the table and rolled her eyes. She didn't refill drinks. I've been to a few BWW's that didn't impress me, but this location was a nice surprise! Seating, drinks, and service were all quick - and the food was GOOD! My Double-Tito's w Sugar-Free RedBull was perfect, but even better - the FOOD. We flipped over the variety and serving size of the Appetizer Sampler; I could eaten it for a meal. It has wings, cheese sticks, chicken nachos, onion rings, and sauces! A tapas-style smorgasbord for the taste-buds! We came here today for lunch with our little one on our way back home to Mountain View. We were greeted nearly instantly when we walked in, and our server, Graci came up to our table quickly. The service was absolutely amazing, Graci went over and beyond to provide great service to us and was very friendly to our little one. Our food was great, fresh and didn't take too long. Graci and another server who was working were really good about asking if we needed anything. The other server was really friendly and kind to our 4 year old and even got her a refill when she decided to stop her and ask for one. Overall I'd say this is the cleanest, and best BWW I've been to. I was highly impressed and will definitely think of this place when we are in the area next time. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at BWW today. This was some of the best service I have ever had at a BWW. Our waitress Jaden was friendly and attentive. The food came out in 5 minutes and was hot, delicious, and a great portion. We especially enjoyed the fresh celery and carrots. It was a bit loud in the restaurant tonight but that is expected for a sports bar with large groups. The atmosphere was fun and was a great place to watch sports. I've eaten at a few BWWs and this one by far has to have been the worst one, so bad we didn't even eat there. We walked and it seemed like it was going to be pleasant. I went in a group of four and the hostess asked us where we would like to sit and we stated in the bars section. He stated that we had just missed the dinner rush so we were ecstatic about that. He sat us down gave us menus and we sat there for about 25-30 minutes with not one waitress or waiter that stopped by to even at least take our drink order. We looked around the room and could tell that the place was a little busy yet but then I began to notice the servers walking around hugging up on what could only be friends standing at other tables BSing and that's when I said we were out of there. We got up and walked towards the door. I than realized before leaving I should notify the manager. I told the manager of our experience and he asked if we would like to be reseated and our dinning at half price. I told him that if this how the servers were than I could only imagine how long the food would take. I had one of the worst customer experiences at the Rolla, MO Buffalo Wild Wings, I have ever had at any restaurant. The server who had on a name tag with a fake name on it, was lazy. It took over 30 minutes to get out food once we ordered. Once we got our food my order was wrong, but I didn't notice until after the server walked away. I had to wait 15 minutes for the server to come back and notice I hadn't touched my food, even though she was waiting on a table right next to ours. When I asked for the manager the server's reaction was "what did I do wrong", no apology just demanding what she did wrong. After asking for the manager four times the server finally said the manager was on her way. Once the manager got to the table she also was poor. After I explained the situation to her, she didn't know how to handle it. After saying "uh, uh, uh" multiple times she offered to take my food off the ticket. She seemed to think she didn't have to do anything since the server had corrected the food issue. She appeared not to be trained to know how to handle complaints about employees and service. When I asked for a number to call for customer service they were unable to provide me with a phone number for customer service. I left my name and number with the host, and the General Manager less than an hour after I left. He was fantastic and stated he had already taken care of some of the issue before he called me back. read more

We came in with 7 people and after 5-10 minutes of confusion from the staff we finally got seated. We were seen by 3 separate staff to take drinks and appetizers. The worst two were the managers. The waitress had to take the orders after we had asked the managers 2-3 times before anything got accomplished. For those who have had a bad experience at Buffalo Wild wings they must of had a off day. The few times I have come to this location I've been treated like royalty. I always get there mozzarella cheese sticks which are the best. They count them a appetizer but can be considered part of your meal. I prefer the bone out wings and always get the medium buffalo style. One night a friend who has never been here got something to her was too spicy. The waitress was willing to replace the item free of charge. Great service!!! If your meal is taking too long or if they are busy they do offer for free tablets to entertain you while you wait for your food. I highly recommend this place if you want fun and to watch any sports game. read more

i normally would not bother to write a review on a Buffalo Wild Wings, much less check on the review of one. I mean my expectations aren't through the roof, generally speaking, it is what it is. I normally sit at the bar of dining for two-- in my experience you generally get better service at the bar. let's just say this location is exceptional, and I don't mean that in a good way. the food was as expected, but the service was so poor that it was almost awkward. the bartender was horribly slow, had no sense of urgency whatsoever, forgetful, unattentive, and generally managed to screw up in every imaginable way. I very nearly asked to speak to the manager, but after reading other reviews I realized thus would be an exercise in futility. one additional comment. i overheard one of the customers coming in ask whether a particular server was working, and when informed he was off he muttered "good." Came in specifically to watch the UFC fight. We came in with a group of 7 total. Told that they were not seating that many together. Fine, no problem. Got a table for 4 and the rest of our group had to sit across the room. Happened to look around and there was a group of 8 sitting together....when we asked why we couldn't do that, they replied that they already got in trouble with the health dept for them sitting like that (health dept isn't open at 8pm on a Friday btw). Eventually two of our party went home and we got to sit with 5 together. About an hour later, a group of 4 sat right behind us at a table that was marked as not being open (due to social distancing). Very standard. I mean it is a chain. Usually get good service here, this was no exception. The bad part is they are so expensive. They charge extra for celery and blue cheese, I swear it used to be complementary. The wings are good though and they have plenty of flavors, way more than just bbq and buffalo.
