I can only speak for the dishes that I've had and I've liked most of them a lot that I ordered them again one of them is the whiskey, bacon burger it's really good and they will cook it how you want it I love that wonton tacos, I love their sesame salmon bowl it's delicious but I also like their salmon dinner with the blackened salmon really good. The oriental chicken salad is also very good but one time out of the several times that I've gotten it. It just didn't have the right mix of the cabbage and dressing but all the other times I really liked it a lot very big and very filling and you can get it grilled or breaded. It's nice to have a few dishes that she really like that you can depend on being good and the service was always great also. The atmosphere is not bad either I prefer a booth and most of the time I get one. I also like their hours. They are open when other places have closed for the day. It's nice to have a go to. Our group went to this restaurant. My daughter ordered Bourbon chicken andouille sausage with penne pasta. She asked that no sausage be added (she has Alpha Gal). While she was eating she told me that she thinks she bit into a piece of bacon. I called over an assistant manager and asked if it was supposed to have bacon in it. She said no. Upon further inspection we found it was loaded with bacon. The manager came over with an attitude and asked my daughter if she told the waitress she had Alpha Gal. She said they would have handled her meal differently but they would take it off our $200 bill. I told her that her assistant said it wasn't supposed to have bacon in it and the menu did not have bacon as an ingredient. The staff was great but the manager needs more training on how to speak to customers. read more

I get Applebees once a week. The orders are always correct. I enjoy the chicken, shrimp, and salad. Good value meals with the 2 for 24.

The food was good, i had a great steak and my waitress was really nice. The reason this is not a 5 star is i seen someone's waiter drop his salad then slip in the ranch, after that he got up, took one of the guys fries, dipped it in the ranch, and ate it!! The service is good but the food is pitiful. Anything other than hamburgers or steaks comes from frozen meals that have been microwaved like tv dinners. We have been trying to give them the benefit of doubt for 16 years and have had more bad food than good. Recently I had the chicken Alfredo and my wife had the salmon. My alfredo was uncooked and came like a blob or pasta, dry and just plain horrible. My wife's salmon was dry and without flavor. Here in Rolla for training. Amanda was extremely attentive and polite. I hear Rolla is by far better customer service against Lebanon wait staff. I had gone in there recently with a family member and the service was very long. This caused our food to come out later than expected. It's hard to say now if I would recommend this restaurant for anyone traveling from out of town like myself due to the reasons I have given. read more

Came in at 715 order came fast asked for medium rare steak it was medium well done also waitress came only once didn't ask if we wanted refills had to ask a buss boy for refills also had to ask the waitress for an alcoholic beverage after our meal was served half way through servouse. Then at 930 they started vacuuming the restaurant when it was still full of customers. Had another waitstaff come up beside me and holler at another waitress about cleaning another area for her. It was a 75. Dollar meal I felt like we needed to leave when the waitress came up and ask oh I didn't realize you guys were still here. Can I get you a glass of water instead of asking if she could refill our drinks. This is a very standard Applebee's The food is just okay and the service is just okay. The waitress was slightly lazy but did just enough. She would take 5 to 10 minutes to refill a drink and became very attentive at the end of service rather than being consistent through the entire service. We ordered the spin dip and it was cold. I however ordered a steak and it was cooked properly which is very difficult 4 an Applebee's to do. I think as a whole they need to go through and retrain all Applebee's employees across the country. Food is always cold. Every damn time. The kids mac & cheese is literally the mac and cheese from kraft. You can buy the box for $1 at the store. Not great service! After ordering and getting our meals we had to send our granddaughter's hamburger back because it wasn't good through. All other meals we served and we began to eat. At the conclusion of our meal they brought the hamburger out. We had already shared our meals as they weren't bringing out the other one. Manager brought and sat it in front of her and said "enjoy it's cooked right now". Nothing was said about the rest of being finished nor did hey offer to take any percentage off the bill. Regardless, it's a true "must-miss". The waitresses here like to talk among themselves and ignore customers. And I will exempt 2 waitresses - as one got me my extra napkin. This restaurant has been nothing but accommodating. We placed an ASAP order then got stuck where we were causing us to be 30 minutes late picking up our order. Our order was clearly going to be cold because we were 30 minutes late which was on us. We got there and our food was delivered straight to us and they even offered to bring us a fresh batch of fries on top of the ones we ordered 30 minutes ago.
