I honestly can't remember the last time I went to Buffalo Wild Wings -- it's probably been years, but for some reason, I was craving it and decided to place a takeout order. It felt a little random, but when that craving hits, you just have to go with it. Parking was super easy since the location is in a big shopping complex right next to Ulta. There were plenty of open spots, which made picking up my order quick and stress-free. No circling the lot or waiting forever for a space, which is always a win. When I went in to grab my order, it did take a few minutes for someone to notice me, but once they did, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was nice, and they made sure my order was ready and hot before handing it off. The inside looked just like I remembered , TVs on every wall, people watching games, and that lively, slightly noisy sports-bar energy. It wasn't packed for a Saturday, which made it feel more relaxed, but still had a good vibe if you wanted to hang out and watch a game. For food, I ordered a 15-piece all-flats, half Sweet Honey and half Honey BBQ. The wings were delicious perfectly hot, crispy, and saucy, which is exactly what I was hoping for with takeout. Honestly, the first bite instantly brought back memories of going to Buffalo Wild Wings after my high school football games, so it felt like a nostalgic treat. I also grabbed the onion rings, which were hot and fresh with a good crunch. They were tasty, but for $12, I felt like the portion was a bit small. I definitely expected a few more in the box for that price. Overall, I'm glad I went. My order was ready on time, hot, and exactly what I asked for. The whole experience was smooth, from parking to pickup. That said, it's definitely on the expensive side, so I probably wouldn't make it a regular stop. This felt more like a one-time craving and nostalgia fix, but if you want crispy wings and an easy takeout experience, it's worth it.

I just wanted to watch the game,. They weren't even that busy. Party of one, I was sat down quickly. Order, but never received my drink or plates or even a napkin. I waited, Complained etc. I never got my drink or played, or napkins. I left before the was over. This could be a great place; but train your staff!

I liked how easy it was to order food online. I ordered through an online delivery service and the food came hot and surprisingly still crispy. I liked how well put together the delivery bag was packed. Highly recommend.

Please avoid going here at all costs! My friend & I went for lunch 03/07/2026 around 3:30pm for a late lunch & it was honestly really empty in there. First red flag. Our server I do have to say was very attentive to us & checked in on us many times throughout our dining experience. Onto the food; we ordered the pick 2 for $24.99. I got 10 bone in wings Lemon pepper (wet rub) and honey barbecue (wet rub) w/ wedges and veggies & she got 10 boneless lemon pepper dry rub wings w fries. When our food came out, it all looked pretty appetizing, until I took a bite.. PINK PINK PINK CHICKEN! I am fully aware that the chicken wings will be slightly pink due to them being bone in but this was just ridiculous. They were also extremely dry, I nearly choked eating them. My friends boneless wings were beyond dry as well. I am currently fighting for my survival in the bathroom now with what I believe to be is food poisoning. All in all, amazing service, absolutely terrible food. Someone needs to train the cooks better on proper temperatures for food & preparation. 0 stars, won't be returning.

Beer was cold, wings were spicy and Hailey knocked it out of the park as our waitress. She was the only server and she didn't miss a beat. Our drinks and food came out fast and was attentive. Hope management sees this one and acknowledges the awesome team member they have.

When you think of Buffalo Wild Wings you naturally think of chicken. For some reason they also have a few burgers on the menu and that's the section I curiously gravitated to and ordered from on a recent visit here for a late lunch. The dining area was closed on a late afternoon and I was free to sit anywhere in the busy bar area. Miranda took care of me on this visit and was friendly, perky, and attentive. I was amazed that she provided such superb service as she was the only one waitressing and there were at least a dozen tables, most with multiple parties. She was working her tail off, in constant motion. I ordered the All American Cheeseburger which came with fries. The burger consisted of two thin beef patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard & mayo, and of course cheese. It was not a great burger; I found the best part to be the pickles. The extremely well done beef patties had no flavor. I think I would have preferred a burger from any fast food place you could think of. The fries were okay. Trying to make my tummy happy I ordered dessert: ice cream! Unfortunately they were out of ice cream so I ordered chocolate fudge cake. It was pretty good although not as moist as a homemade cake. I liked the tiny chocolate chips on the frosting. It was suppose to come with ice cream but, as I mentioned, they were all out. Despite no ice cream they still charged me full price. This was definitely more of a two star experience but I bumped it up to three due to the excellent service I received.

Wild Card. I got this as a token of appreciation for volunteering at a charity fundraiser last year
    Derek W.

I volunteered at a charity fundraiser sometime last year, and as a token of appreciation for my volunteerism, I was gifted a Wild Card. Not like a Wild Card team in the playoffs, but rather, an exclusive card that saves 10% off on every visit, dine-in and takeout. It could be used as many times as you want, but it expired at the end of last year. Also, it could only be used at this Marina Pacifica location on the northwest corner of PCH and 2nd. Since it was kind of far for me compared to the Lakewood and Cerritos locations, I wasn't really expecting to use it until an opportunity came up nearby on a Friday at the end of the year. Lunch combos at BWW are only good on weekdays, and my Blazin' Rewards points was set to expire in a few months. I think you can see where I'm going with this lol. Upon arrival at the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Long Beach, there was nobody at the front to greet the customers, a normalcy at any B-Dubs you go to. I wish they would understand the importance of this role, but they always seem to downplay it, at least at all the locations I've been to. However, upon seeing signs that provide a QR code to place your order, I discerned that was the motive for leaving out this front of house position, but there wouldn't have been a way to apply my Wild Card to my order if I were to order that way. I had to wait for an employee to notice my presence and ring me up. It took several minutes, but I used those several minutes to study the lunch menu and see what was the best choice. There are several options for $11 lunch combos as well as two lunch combos for $13, a price hike from what used to be $8 and $10. After studying the lunch menu, I determined that the 10 Boneless Wings lunch combo was the best bang for your buck as it's normally $15.99. I'm a member of Blazin' Rewards, and the way it works is this: If you make a purchase of $10+ before tax, you get 100 points. If your purchase is between $5 and $9.99, you only get 50 points. With the 10% off, my subtotal would have been 10 cents below $10, so I was looking to upgrade my meal to reach the $10. I was thinking of getting another sauce to go with the fries, but the cashier, wearing a black shirt that says "Certified Trainer" perhaps mistook it as a sauce to coat the wings with, but she did mention I could choose two different sauces with a 10 piece boneless wing combo. I chose Asian Zing and Original Buffalo. She also asked if I wanted ranch or bleu cheese. Ranch always! Sorry Buffalonians, but I just love being provocative when it comes to choice of dipping sauce with wings :) Lunch combos come with fries and a drink. I asked if I could upgrade the fries to a different side, like potato wedges, tots, or maybe even a salad, all of which would have incurred a $1 upcharge. I'm not particularly fond of BWW's fries, but have never had a salad before, so I figured this could be my opportunity. Plus, I could always use the same fork to eat my boneless wings with. You get two choices of salad here: Garden or Caesar. Caesar salad is pretty mundane, but Garden has a little more variation from restaurant to restaurant, so I went with the Garden Salad. The wait was 6 minutes and 41 seconds as indicated on my bump ticket. The cashier wasn't very organized because when she handed me my takeout bag, I had to ask for the drink. I had to repeat to her that I wanted a Pepsi with zero sugar. While conversing with her, I was expecting the drink to be in a bottle, but she had to go to the back to get me my drink in a fountain cup. And I also had to ask her for a straw. So clearly, service could be *a lot* better. Remember the "Certified Trainer" I mentioned a few paragraphs ago? Replace the last letter with an E, and I would agree lol. Her friendliness and appreciation for my business was only minimal at best. My order came in three takeout boxes and a small paper bag. The larger takeout box contained the Garden Salad while the two smaller takeout boxes each contained flavored wings. The paper bag had three cups of ranch and a few packets of ketchup. Ketchup?! Well, it would have been useful for the fries, but certainly not the salad! lol I was pleasantly surprised with the salad. It was quite large for a side, and I liked it better than the fries, at least from other locations. The Asian Zing wings were coated with a good amount of flavor, but the same cannot be said of Original Buffalo. I'm sure my Buffalonian Yelp friends would decry the skimping of their city's sauce that coated the wings; you could even see the breading on each piece! I suppose that's why they gave me 6 pieces of those rather than 5, but still, that was a little disappointing. My meal as a whole wasn't too bad. I would have given 3 stars, but with how much of a mess service was, especially the long wait that the two customers behind me in line had to ensure, I have to drop this rating to 2 stars instead. I doubt I'll return to this location, even if I get another Wild Card.

I'm big on wings at Buffalo Wild Wings... just not this location. Place was empty (except for the bar) due to the dining room being closed... for some odd reason. Service via the bar was good, but my wings were not. I ordered 20 wings (10 Spicy Garlic and 10 Hot BBQ) and the first time the wings came out, the server/bartender didn't ask me if I wanted celery or carrots on the side; so Strike 1 right there. After my wings came out, the wings tasted cold and dry (especially my Hot BBQ) - the chef may have made it a little too quick. I mean, the place is pretty much empty, so why rush on my wings??? Not coming back to this location.

The service from the staff was excellent, I forgot his name, but the cook was very friendly and hospitable. For appetizers, we decided on pretzels and chicken nachos. We originally thought the pretzel would be one of those big, soft pretzels with a side of cheese, but to our surprise, they came as traditional pretzels with a side of yellow sauce. The sauce tasted similar to Chick-fil-A sauce and paired well with them. The chicken nachos were really yummy as well! The inside of the bar isn't dog-friendly; however, they do have a small outdoor patio where fur babies are welcome. I will say, I wish the patio was a bit more spacious, as it felt like I was practically sitting with the people around me due to how tight the space was. The inside of the bar is also a bit cramped.
