I'm beyond disappointed on the service , here is why we arrived at 9:39pm sat on a booth (family of four)server approached fast and offered drinks ,(no greetings at all just going to our orders), we are at 10:30pm still waiting for our appetizer keep in mind we only ordered fried pickles.its 10:45 pm and FINALLY our food arrives . I was so disappointed walking in, the outside of the restaurant looked nice, but once you step inside it goes straight downhill. All of the bar stools were ripped and torn, the menus were sticky and gross. The bartender wasn't helpful and didn't wait 20 seconds to ring our beers up for happy hour. No one was in the bar except my wife and I maybe two tables taken in entire restaurant. The food wasn't very good at all and I can only imagine what you can't see, how nasty and bad it is. Fine, no biggie, I started sharing my wings, when my husband spit one out, I looked at it and it was raw, like not under cooked, like straight raw. I was so disgusted. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've ever been to. There were only 3 tables seated in the whole restaurant when we arrived and it took 10 minutes to get a menu and water. Another 10-15 before anyone came to take our actual order. The food took 40 mins to come out. In the mean time we had asked for limes to go with our beer. Very simple and again the restaurant was not busy. Had to ask two more times for them. Food came out separate and wrong. Asked for sauces. Waited another 15 mins just to get sauces. Finished eating and waited over 45 minutes just to tell them we wanted to pay when we could have easily just walked out because we got our food and weren't checked on again. Only to get our checks wrong and have to wait more time to get them corrected. While we were waiting for our checks two tables got tired of waiting just to order they walked out. She was hustling the men in football gear.. our server brought our food with no table setting and couldn't be bothered to look after us after that . This is not a racist rant because nothing bad racial happened but I do believe race played a part in this. I'm a Black male who came to watch UFC Fight with a Caucasian friend of mine. We were later joined by a Caucasian and Black female. The Black female sat beside me and the Caucasian female sat next to my friend. 4 people, 4 individuals, no one is dating each other or sleeping together. At the end of the evening the bartender put me and the Black females tab on the same ticket but not my Caucasian friends......why!?? Why did the bartender assume we should be on the same ticket!?? Now this air of uncomfortableness is around us because I have to ask to split the ticket and now listen to her mouth about me being cheap and not paying for her meal! Went there to watch the Texans play the Browns and they were highlighting the Eagles/49ers game, when I asked why they weren't playing the sound for a Texas team when we are in Texas I was told that the Manager chooses what game is featured. I have gone to this location for years and recently it has gone to a one star Do Not Recommend rating. Went recently and the service and food was terrible. Waitress had dirty hands and finger nails. Carrots were dried and white looking; celery had brown edges. Corporate should really come inspect this location because it gives the entire franchise a poor reputation. The food is up to the standard of a normal bdubs. It's an older location , so the televisions aren't the best but they do have quite a few. The location does need updating. I've been here qui5e a few times since we live close and the service is decent. It can be hit or miss. If we sit at the bar that is normally the better of the service options. read more

After moving to Fort Worth, I wanted to give BWW another chance after several bad experiences in my previous town. They are consistently bad wherever you go; this sucks because they have some great sauce options. Despite asking for extra wet wings I got barely sauced wings (see pictures). Once I got into the wings, they were cold. My husbands Avocado Bacon Burger has NO avocado on it and the french fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks were not ooey gooey with melted cheese inside but rather like a piece of string cheese straight from the fridge put into a breaded crust. After spending $50 on dinner we expected a lot better. There is a very good chance I will never order from BWW after having consistently bad experiences at multiple locations. read more

Dropped in to the South Hulen restaurant for a quick lunch before an appointment. We sat ourselves, waited about 10 minutes s for a server to take a drink order, then placed our food order. There are 5 of us and we all ordered from the lunch menu so it would be quick. It wasn't. The food took about 20 minutes to be served and one of the entrees was even later than that, another 5 minutes. My husband refilled our drinks because the server was no where and the wing sauce was burning. He asked who he thought was the manager which button for water, to which she pointed to the right one and walked away. This was on a self-serve station. This was behind their service area. We were running short on time and needed to pay, there was no employee to be found in the dining room. So my husband went to. There were five tables AT BEST in the whole restaurant. there appeared to be two servers as well. It wasn't busy by any stretch of the word for 12:30 on a Thursday. The food was OK, what I expected for this restaurant but the service was absolutely abysmal. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Came here for a draft party a couple of weeks ago and the experience wasn't the best. Ordered chips and queso and the bowl was barely halfway filled, maybe just a few ounces of queso in there. Ordered chips and queso from another location in Bedford and same thing months ago. Asked the server in Bedford if we could get and little more and she said that's how it now. Moving on, they had shot specials and my jameson was halfway filled as well. I asked the server if I could get a full shot and she told me they don't fill shots to the line on the glass? It was well below and I have never heard of that. The line is there for 1oz pours....she then brought over the bartender to the table almost to embarrass me in front of the group and say that's not how they do it. I work in a restaurant and have never been treated like this in a BWW. No manager in sight and place was dead. Not surprised. If this is how BWW is going to be run and hire/train staff I won't be back for a while. read more

I've been coming to this location ever since they took over when Don Pablo's left. Last couple 3 years I've been going twice a week because I'm in the area at lunch time, and the lunch special what's decent and included drink. Now, for the last 45 months the Winx have been very inconsistent in size and quality. More so the size. They have gotten to be pretty small. On occasion you might find regular sized wings, but they usually look like they come from a pigeon. I guess I'm going to have to quit come in here. I talked to the waitress, but the manager never would come face me. I know it's not his issue, but complained should start with him. I don't know if it's a company-wide problem or the local supplier for their meat. There's no wonder that this business is declining. It's a shame. read more

I've have giving this place 1 to many chances. The wait staff are horrible will literally pass you for 20 minutes without saying a word then come back to ask for your drink order.
