I ordered an order of honey BBQ bird dawgs with salt and vinegar fries with a NY cheese cake. I ordered this, ironically, without BBQ sauce but instead it seems as if they didn't put any sauces on it and therefore the dawgs were dry, and tasteless due to lack of toppings being so scarce. The fries were cold and tasted stale. The carrots weren't hand cut like BWW usually serves them.The cheesecake, coming from an east coaster, was no where near as good as the cheesecakes I've had in the past, from the most commercial places like Cheesecake factory. We normally look for non chain restaurants but we decided wings from BWW would be a good choice. Our server, Tray, greeted us with enthusiasm and suggested a seasonal beer. I tasted it and he was spot on! We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious. Parmesan garlic and bourbon bbq were both really good! They have updated or added new chicken tenders which are absolutely delicious. Hot and crunchy with just enough breading. They were really really great considering my previous attempts at BWWs. Strips of coated chicken breast, didn't seem to have any parts at all or any bad spots. The hot sauce has great flavor and the fries were cooked pretty good. The Ranch is legit, it seems homemade, and I am a sucker for homemade ranch. The service was great, the food came out quickly and our drinks were never empty. Waitress was nice as well. The food was good. The server checked in with us as needed. When I gave the server cash for my bill, I never received the physical change of 79 cents, just dollar bills. I do expect when paying cash to receive the full amount of change. This review is about BWW's new items. First up is the Southern Fried Chicken sandwich. My standard for chicken sandwich is Chick-fil-A. This sandwich was bigger and should be for the cost. The chicken was hand-breaded in the store and definitely tasted like it for the amount of time it took to prepare. The chicken wasn't as flavorful as Chick-fil-a, but was a solid chicken sandwich. The sandwich also comes with pickles, swiss cheese, and a bacon aioli. Oh yeah...and lettuce, which is a waste of space. The other item is a new wing flavor...Nashville Hot. It had a thick, chili pepper type of taste. It didn't taste anything like the Buffalo sauces and looks more like a BBQ sauce. It did have some hotness to it but it didn't last long compared to other flavors. Overall, it was ok, but I have so many more flavors I like more. read more

They had these people a couple seat from us that kept looking over us like,"can we eat in peace please?" And the person that served us seem like she didn't wanna serve us. visit this location during the day it was not busy. we were taken to our table in about 3-5 min. I was excited to visit the location. Baylee was our waitress she came and took our order in an appropriate time. We ordered onion rings and 10 piece bone in with two beers. We got our beers and onion rings I wanted an extra onion ring sauce but never got it. our beers were empty and waited like 3min before I started my timer on my phone it took 8 min before I could order a new round. still waiting for our order to come out at 17 min we got our food with no napkins or forks and the food order was wrong and cold. it's 30 min later and still have not received our second round of drinks. Finally 34 min later the waitress comes we ask her to take the food off and get our ticket. She takes our food plate back and comes back with the drinks then said she was waiting for approval. she comes back with the ticket and only removes 10.00 from the original order which was 13.00 and a up charge for sauce of .60. on the receipt she put customer didn't like food. she lied we asked to speak to a manager and to correct the ticket. She said she could not do it. We were there for over a hour and half and were not able to eat dinner. Frustrating and had to pay for food that we didn't get to eat. Rip off!!! I'm in from Chicago for the weekend and wanted some late night food. As soon as we (one other person) sat down we saw "Niiya" at the bar asking what are we doing here in disgust. Her name was on my recipe as the server but she refused to serve us for no other reason besides us coming in an hour before closing. Me and my boyfriend came here on 5/19/22 and it was really not a good experience. We headed to the bar and the blonde bartender who was working alone gave us weird looks and was not friendly at all (I'm guessing she thought we were underage because we have Florida IDs). So my husband had called 3 days ahead to reserve a table for us and some friends for the UFC fights. When we arrived the night of, we found that our name had not made it on the list. I've been to other BWW before and this is something I'd come to expect from the service, however that was not the case with the Dothan location. As soon as the staff saw a mistake had been made, great effort went in to correcting the issue and we were taken care of immediately. This was the case for the rest of our time here. Our waitress was amazing and we really felt like valued customers despite it being such a busy night. Our orders came out promptly and the food was good. Where's the real beer? Overall this is a standard chain restaurant. Not my first pick for food but usually a great place to get a beer, some wings, sports bar atmosphere. Food - Meh, wings are fine and pretty standard. We went here a couple times during our stay w/small and large groups. None of our orders were anything crazy (straight off the menu) and there errors both times. None of us were too picky and did tell the waitresses but ended up sticking w/what we'd received b/c the order correction took so long. Again, it's a chain sports bar, not fine dining so not really worked up about it. Atmosphere - Like any other BW3s Beer - This is where the disappointment started. I realize Alabama isn't the pinnacle of "craft beer" and I hate calling it craft b/c it sounds so yuppie but really? I did ask the waitress if they had an IPA and she didn't know what that meant. I asked about a stout or porter and same deal. She ended up sending the manager to talk about beers but the "IPA" he offered me was a pilsner. No stress, it's beer. I did go to the bar and found an IPA but was surprised at the lack of variety in beer. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. I went w/a group from work and enjoyed the company. We waited almost two hours for wings last night. Several tables around us left. Huge line at the door for pick up orders. We were told door dash orders were going first. We asked to speak to the manager. She was so rude. She didn't apologize and said that our waitress should have told us that they were backed up. She took no responsibility as the manager. That pissed us off more. Don't blame your wait staff for mismanagement. We eat at BWW regularly on Tuesdays. Never seen it so unorganized. One waitress said that several in the kitchen quit last week. Again, sounds like a management issue. We won't be back into they get it straightened out. I'm a fan of BW3s, but I wasn't too impressed with this location. The server, while very nice, had little to no knowledge on the their beer menu (i.e. Seasonals on tap, what was in stock, etc) and had to run back to the bar every time I asked a question. When we ordered we found out that their oven has been broken for almost a month! On top of all this we constantly had servers bringing out food yelling out what it was for people to speak up and say it was theirs. Now I don't like to condemn without how to improve in the event someone from this establishment is reading this: A. Train your servers and ensure they have a notecard about specials, beers on tap/out, and menu items unavailable B. Fix your oven! All across the nation this chain offers great food. However, they also offer terrible service. There were six different servers in our area where we were sitting. The place was not packed at all. I ordered a coffee and it took exactly 20 minuets to come out. I also ordered some food that never came out. While they took it off of my bill and gave me the food for free, the service was the slowest I have ever had. To pay our checks took a total of 30 minuets because our server wouldn't come back for a while, or was off talking to her peers.
