It was cool. The Arnold palmer, my signature drink was on point. I ordered the Bacon ranch quesadilla which was cool. The peppers and lettuce and things were on the side so I found myself opening the quesadilla up to put the condiments in there. The sauce that came with it was good too i believe it was a chipotle ranch. However as stated, really the onlyvthing that was in the quesadilla was chicken and lots of cheese. The waitress was ok. Didn't get the best vibes from her. The staff was helpful. Overall, it was a decent experience.

One of my favorite chain restaurants in town. We always sit at the bar and get great service from very personable bartenders. The food is always good and it's a very casual vibe. Try the chips and salsa.

*Full disclosure* this review may be kind of bias because we are probably chili's #1 fans! This location is clean, very fast service, and fun environment. We absolutely love the chips and salsa here, absolutely second to none. We come here so much that the staff has started to recognize us . Absolutely recommend!

Stayed at the Fairfield behind this Chili's and was honestly going to just get a take-out meal. I walked in on a Monday around 9pm-ish and it was dead. I decided to stay and have a drink and dinner. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. I had a fruit punch rum drink and one short beer and was feeling pretty good. The food arrived after about 10 minutes and it was nuclear-hot. After letting it cool off, it was good, but a little too over-spiced for my taste. The service from the bartender (I was seated near the bar) was pretty good- and he still managed to field his drink orders as he took my order and brought my food.

Bar area, everything anyone could desire...

Nothing different from any other Chili's but wanted something predictably edible today. Local establishments seem to be very hit and miss. Wait staff was very polite and attentive. Good was ready quickly but it was also a bit quiet for the afternoon. Had a little time before a movie around the corner and thought this would be a great way to pass a little time.

Chili's has some of the best cheese fries in Dothan. My boyfriend and I love their quesadillas and the wings are good too!

Our server was polite and greeted us shortly after we were seated. She brought waters over to the table and then gave us some time to look over the menu. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy, but it was busy enough to keep the two servers on in a study flow. While the location is nice. I did notice that there seems to be a lack of noise control as it was quite loud for my husband and I to hear each other over a two top table. I opted for the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli me while my husband chose the grilled ribeye with potatoes and brussels sprouts. My fried chicken was amazing! Had great seasoning. The mashed potatoes are really good and the broccolini was perfectly cooked for my liking. I would definitely order it again. My husband's ribeye was cooked perfectly to that medium , well temp. His potatoes were good but his brussels sprouts were a slight disappointment. They basically had no seasoning whatsoever and tasted like mush. It would've been better have they boil them and then put them into a cast iron for a little bit to get a little bit of crisp on them. Overall for a hotel restaurant, we found the location to be convenient and decent food.

Salad and tandoori chicken - tons of unsweetened tea that was fresh and yummy. Great portion sizes, good flavor and terrific service all at a reasonable price! I arrived, went inside, and my order receipt was timestamped for 4:50PM (12 pieces of chicken and 6 biscuits). The cashier said that it would be about 10 minutes before my order was ready. Stupid me, I believed her. I went and sat in the almost empty dining room. The only other people that were there were also waiting for their orders. As I looked around, I realized how filthy the restaurant was. The carpet was downright gross, there was food crumbs everywhere, and the entire dining room had a shoddy, run down look. It's clear that the carpet hadn't been cleaned in at least a year, likely more. As I watched the staff work (I use that term loosely) behind the counter, I watched one female worker put her hands in her pants and scratch her backside-several times. Then she returned to gathering food for the window orders, and I thought to myself that those folks in cars don't know what they're getting as a side dish. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the counter and asked about the wait time. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes (apparently 10 minutes means sometime today in employee-speak). I went back to my chair and continued to wait, listening to the employees laugh, play, and use their phones. After another 10 minutes I went to the counter and asked how long it was going to be. The counter person told me 10 minutes (yeah). After 10 minutes I went to the register, and the cashier sauntered up and I told her I wanted a refund. Someone from the back piped up and said the order was ready (no, it wasn't). I told her that I would wait no more than 5 minutes more. After a few more minutes they started putting the chicken in the box, and they discovered that they didn't have any biscuits ready. My box of chicken sat on the counter as they made more biscuits, and the lady who was scratching herself started using her bare hands to put the biscuits in the box. That's right. No hand washing, no glove, just a hand down her pants scratching herself, then putting my biscuits in a box with the same hand. When I finally made it to my vehicle, I had been waiting for my order for 58 minutes. And when I returned home, the box of biscuits went into the trash. And no, they didn't have a shortage of employees-there were at least 5 or 6 behind the counter mostly playing around, not caring about the customers that were waiting. When I left the other two people who were waiting for their food were still there. Needless to say I'll never go back to Bojangles again.
