Friday night.. we had been driving for hours and just wanted to eat at the hotel and chill. We came down from our room around 6:30pm and were greeted by a server promptly. Our server was polite and greeted us shortly after we were seated. She brought waters over to the table and then gave us some time to look over the menu. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy, but it was busy enough to keep the two servers on in a study flow. While the location is nice. I did notice that there seems to be a lack of noise control as it was quite loud for my husband and I to hear each other over a two top table. I opted for the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli me while my husband chose the grilled ribeye with potatoes and brussels sprouts. My fried chicken was amazing! Had great seasoning. The mashed potatoes are really good and the broccolini was perfectly cooked for my liking. I would definitely order it again. My husband's ribeye was cooked perfectly to that medium , well temp. His potatoes were good but his brussels sprouts were a slight disappointment. They basically had no seasoning whatsoever and tasted like mush. It would've been better have they boil them and then put them into a cast iron for a little bit to get a little bit of crisp on them. Lauren was soooo amazing! My glass of tea was never empty :) she recommended the tandoori chicken and it was really good. She triple checked to be sure my food was gluten free. Salad and tandoori chicken - tons of unsweetened tea that was fresh and yummy. Great portion sizes, good flavor and terrific service all at a reasonable price! A delicious meal in the hotel and being assured it's gluten free, along with fantabulous service- I could not have asked for more. read more

The food was great, the salmon is amazing . We waited a while before we ended up walking up to the bar because there was no one to seat us. I don't know if they didn't have enough workers but the nice bartender who was also waitressing tried her best to serve everyone the night we came for dinner. I love the modern decor . I'm right in the middle on this one. We had an opportunity to go out last night so we chose 360 Kitchen & Bar. The restaurants ambience was a little cool as the floors are light and the tables are white, not the colors (or lack of warmth) I enjoy dining in but I guess this is trendy. We started with an appetizer of their fried green tomatoes. Wow, wow, wow, this was a wow! I wish I had ordered two orders of these! We then ordered their wings. I've been around long enough to know these wings are not from scratch in their kitchen. They tasted like they were fresh out of the freezer... like what I might buy from Sam's. We then ordered the Pork Chop with mashed potatoes and a seasoned broccoli overlay. This comes all stacked up. Mashed potatoes, broccoli, then the pork chop as the crown. There was a nice glaze over all of that. the glaze tasted wonderful and added to each item. The pork chop was OK but not spectacular and not one I would go back for. For me, it needed to be seasoned a little more. The potatoes were an epic FAIL! They tasted and felt (texture) like what you make from Idahoan Potato flakes!!! Such a disappointment! Here you have a $35.00 dish with box potatoes, what?!! (Maybe they were frozen or a premade potato you dip out of the bucket, they just were not fresh) We had bread, it was an additional $4.00 but was warm and yummy. Lastly, crème brûlée. I gave that a 8 out of 10 and would go back for that little dish again. So here is my thought, if you are going to be a nice restaurant, go all the way! No frozen pre-made wings or flake potatoes! read more

This was amazing. It wasn't just amazing for a hotel restaurant,but good on its own merits! I would come here if I lived in Dothan. By the picture you can tell that we took it back to our room. It was well packed and delicious. My son had the wings and gave them 2 thumbs up. The service was good. It was busy and I was quickly taken care of at the bar. read more

I started things off with a smoked old fashioned and it was really good. We didn't get an appetizer, but for my entrée, I went with the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce. This dish was really, really good. Plenty of sweet, lobster meat, perfectly cooked pasta, and a spicy vodka sauce. For dessert, I chose the basque cheesecake and it was topped with a strawberry drizzle and chocolate crumble cookies. I soooo wish I had taken a photo. The food was amazing. I never expected hotel food to be that level of quality. Try the naan bread with 3 choices of spread. The sweet butter and sun dried tomatoes was addictive and the curated signature drinks are fabulous. Our waiter D.J. provided superior service. He gave us a fine dining experience. read more

The guy playing was so loud you couldn't talk to the person across the table from you, the snapper I got was over cooked and dry, and my girlfriend who has celiacs disease got sick from her food even though she checked twice that what she ordered was gluten free and they marked it "prepare gluten free". read more

Overpriced for what you get. Food was okay, but should have been better considering the price. Very loud environment since there are no doors separating the restaurant from the hotel lobby. Restaurant is very small and seating isn't very good. I can't recommend this place. read more
