Quick drive thru service. Nice staff asked me about my day. Food was great and drinks are cold! Easy in and out parking lot.

Grits was good. Biscuit and potato was hard. Service was good. Didn't give me cream and sugar with my coffee.

It's not the quality of the food - their food is fine, just always cold by the time we get it. They never seem to have enough people inside working. It seems everyone is focused on the drive-through customers and not those who come inside. I've had to wait and wait and wait on the food and there are always about 20 people gathered up front either waiting to order or waiting for food or picking up Door Dash meals. Many times they do not get the order right so you have to stand in line to get it corrected. I've watched as our food sits on the tray because they are waiting for one last thing and I think that's what makes the food cold by the time you get it. Don't get their pancakes - they are a joke - just microwaveable ones. The price is great, but still not worth the effort of the wait for food. They had a rewards program and I got the app but the first few months we went, they told me the rewards program wasn't working so all that money I spent and I got nothing in rewards. We decided "this place just isn't worth it". I will say that 95% of our experience was during breakfast on Sundays. read more

Can NEVER get charged the same price for the same exact order on any 2 different visits....and since when does NOT wanting the drink with the combo meal nullify the combo pricing so they can charge you separately for your sides adding %20 to your cost? First, our cashier was wonderful- working hard when they were obviously short handed. BUT we were very disappointed with our breakfast. The grits were watery, the biscuit doughy and the bacon half done. We love jack's but not this one. read more

First to review Jack's in Dothan! I always wondered why Jack's did not have any locations South of Montgomery and they finally got wise. As far as fast food goes, Jack's is one of my favorites. The reasons are the chicken, ice cream, and breakfast...(not burgers). I have never been impressed by their burgers. On the other hand, the chicken is quite good and affordable. Tonight, I chose the Southern Chicken Sandwich. It was made fresh to order and battered in the store. Looks like Chickfila might have some competition on their hands. My personal favorite though are the chicken fingers. They are cheaper and better than other chicken finger places in Dothan. Jack's also has many sauces to choose from like the Comeback sauce, housemade Ranch, and housemade BBQ. And the best part is they do not charge you for extra sauce. They serve Mayfield ice cream with several different flavors. My favorite is the Smoky Mountain Fudge. A small milkshake will set you back around $3 at Jack's. The milkshake is made straight from the ice cream and is half the price of Baskin Robbins and Coldstone. If you love chicken and ice cream, Jack's will be your new favorite fast food joint. read more

This Slocomb, AL location is an oasis! We don't think this location has been open very long, it seems so new. The menu was complete and varied with some pretty amazing choices for a fast food place. All we wanted was a little breakfast sandwich and were very happy with the the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit as a standalone probably measured 4-1/2 to 5 inches tall. Arguably the best ham biscuit know to man. Biscuit was superb and generous portion of ham was well cured and nicely presented. Restaurant was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly but overcharged my ticket. A problem that was quickly remedied. I wish there was a location closer to home. We were pleased and will definitely visit again. read more

First off I sent this complaint via website feedback and so far no response. On 4/1 I went to the North Dothan Reeves Rd location coming home from a road trip. I was ordering online and before placing order I went in to verify the location. I walked in there's one girl slumped on the counter talking on her phone as I walked by. No once else around, as I stood there waiting for some one guy came up front there but said nothing as he walked past, then another girl walked and I was able verify location and then I place my order for a fish sandwich and fries. After a few minutes of waiting I was given my order. As I was in my car leaving I checked the food and found a hamburger instead of my fish sandwich, I had to park and go back inside. Upon the dude seeing me he knew why I was there, I went and put the wrong order on the counter where it stayed until I left. My fish sandwich should have been ready at this time so I could have just swapped out the sandwiches. They said it'll be another minute, Not sure why, but a girl appeared to get "fresh" fries". I finally get my order and did a very quick confirmation that it was fish but did not open the wrapper. When I got down the road and went to eat the fish sandwich it was like double cooked to where it was a greasy glob of extra browned batter. Totally uneatable. The fries that I thought were fresh were a mixture of OLD, OK, and UNDERCOOKED fries. The staff was unapoligetic and didn't seem to care at all. I was too far from the store to return. read more

First time at a jack's since where I live doesn't have them and it was absolutely delicious. The workers were super friendly, even when they were in rush hour. the food is delicious in my opinion it's better than KFC. read more
