Friday and Saturday are a completely different ballgame. On the weekends, Finnegan's turns from a relaxing Irish pub into a main Tallahassee music venue with Fifth & Thomas, adding swarms of people, a bouncer, seating that you have to fight for, and deafening background noise. Although the bartenders try to keep up, it's hard to to get to the bar and then even harder to have them hear your order. I know it is what it is, but it's hard to enjoy a visit hear on the weekends.
