Stupid me, I believed her. I went and sat in the almost empty dining room. The only other people that were there were also waiting for their orders. As I looked around, I realized how filthy the restaurant was. The carpet was downright gross, there was food crumbs everywhere, and the entire dining room had a shoddy, run down look. It's clear that the carpet hadn't been cleaned in at least a year, likely more. As I watched the staff work (I use that term loosely) behind the counter, I watched one female worker put her hands in her pants and scratch her backside-several times. Then she returned to gathering food for the window orders, and I thought to myself that those folks in cars don't know what they're getting as a side dish. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the counter and asked about the wait time. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes (apparently 10 minutes means sometime today in employee-speak).
