I would score a minus if I could! Food was awful, manager was rude. While on the phone with him he gave the phone to an employee who ended up hanging up on me! Called customer service and was promised a refund and never received it. Left message again with customer service and no one ever contacted me. Horrible experience and will never go back! I have ate it a few times but now that I have discovered my love for wings, I had to come in and try. I came in on 79 cent wing night and it was pretty packed. They would only allow 2 sauces tonight. Booo! I had ate at the Beef O' Brady's in Defuniak Springs, Florida before Dothan's and had determined that I loved the Kentucky Bourbon flavor. It is a BBQ sauce with the flavor and spiciness of Bourbon. It is a phenomenal sauce. My other choice tonight was the Boom Boom sauce. It tasted and looked like the Yum Yum sauce found in Japanese establishments. For me, it just doesn't work as a wing sauce. It was very bland with no heat and flavor. Waitress was sweet enough. We were passing though on way from Florida to Tulsa. Needed spot to catch the USA v Wales game. 1) everything is sticky and dirty. Bathrooms were gross. 2) the food (which we just didn't feel like complaining about because the waitress was so sweet) was borderline on edibles Fries were chewy and stale, wings were slimey and my sons shrimp inedible and undercooked and came out 15mins after the rest of the food: the tarter sauce was rancid. We have been coming to this restaurant for 5 years. Unfortunately we can never relax and enjoy our meal. We order salads and before we have a chance to eat, our meals are brought out. We feel rushed and our meal sits getting cold. Again tonight this happened, cold French fries, chicken and broccoli. When we told the waitress, she really didn't care. Her solution was to box our fries to go. It would be an easy solution - the kitchen needs to be alert to customers with appetizers or salads and plan accordingly. read more

Service was okay, food was not completely horrible but far from great. I ordered the boneless wing basket and wings were dry with they came out. It was obvious my food had sat in the heat window for a while. When I sent it back they just poured more buffalo sauce over my wings. Even the ranch dressing on the side was warm from sitting so long. The waitress didn't seem to care too much since she knew what had happened and then served food that was old and dry covered up with sauce. I definitely won't be returning to this establishment. Went at 200p on Mothers day today. We were trying to give time for the crowds to be done. We went into the restaurant and tables were empty but everyone's dirty dishes were still there. Noone has picked them up to clean them. We had a nice waitress. She said mothers eat free. So I ordered a steak bowl and side salad. My daughter ordered tortilla chips and French fries. They forgot her chips. And queso was nasty. The first couple of bites of my steak salad were ok. Until I bit into a piece of plastic. I know mistakes happen but I could not eat anymore. I was visiting my elderly aunt and uncle from out of town and my uncle suggested we try this place he had seen advertised: Beef O'Bradys. A semi-young waitress with foundation drywalled on her face asked us to seat ourselves. Before my uncle could even sit down and take off his coat, Ms. Drywall slid three menus across our table and asked for our drink orders. As an out-of-towner I would have left right then, but I guess my aunt and uncle are used to such protozoan behavior. This introduction set the tone for our meal. She never stopped at our table for more than 2 seconds. We ordered. Our food was plopped on the table with a healthy helping of disgust. Nonetheless we ate. My aunt and uncle were content. I have eaten at Beef O'Brady's in the past in different parts of the country and was always quite impressed. My buddy and I tried the one here in Dothan today and it was just alright. As we walked in, the smell of stale beer lingered in the air, probably from last nights dinner crowd. It also looked like it hadn't been cleaned yet from the coasters spread all over the floor. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away, she just didn't seem too motivated to be there as did the other servers. I ordered the potato skins and club wrap, both were fresh, hot, and flavorful. My buddy ordered boneless chicken wings, he ate about half of them, he just wasn't to impressed with them, he thought they were too salty. The server stopped by to check on us but again, she just seemed to be going through the motions. I did use the bathroom and it needs steam cleaned badly, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It would be a great place to watch sports and hang out since there are plenty of flat screen tv's and even a trivia game.
