This is my third visit to this particular BWW location and it truly was awful. I don't know if it's management or the servers themselves but regardless it's been getting progressively worse. Today's visit started with confusion when there was a "seat yourself" sign. As a previous server that in itself is TERRIBLE IDEA for a venue of their capacity. So we sat. Family of 4 with two children. The server came and cleaned the table then explained that she "was triple sat" so she "hoped we aren't in a hurry because it would be a minute"... she turned around and left. After approximately 10 minutes, she returned for drinks. Two beers and two kids teas along with two apps. She brought the kids drinks. Another 15 roll by.... nothing. Our appetizers come out before our beers makes it. FINALLY after eating for a minute, my husbands beer makes it. I receive the unfortunate news that my beer's keg is acting up so I choose a different one. After everything was said and done, we decided to eat the appetizers, drink our beer, and leave. This has been the last straw for me. In total, this terrible experience took close to an HOUR. Please don't waste your time. read more

Poor service. I have been a customer at this location since it opened and have had many bad experiences but tonight topped all previous experiences. Paid for fries and added queso and bacon to the order, which was extra. When the fries came out, we barely had any queso. Once we ordered the fries, the waitress did not take our order for another 30 minute. She later came by to bring us extra queso, that we did NOT request for our fries, which was later added on to our bill as "extra queso". The lady who brought us our main course was confused about if our order was even right. I also did not receive the celery with my meal. read more

Just sat at this location for over 15 mins at the bar for some lunch and bartender looked at me dead in the face numerous times and didn't acknowledge my existence. Worse visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Service here isnt that great. Im pretty much a regular and its rare that I get a good server. The females tend to spend most of their time interacting with the male guests. Getting a refill or even an order placed seems difficult. The food is really good though. read more

This is where I go for the best wings, not the cheapest wings. The waitresses are kind, quick, and very responsive. I've never had a wrong order, and they've always made sure that I get all my reward points. It is pricey, but you're paying for the experience along with the great food. Can't beat it. read more

Visiting Dothan, and what I like about chain restaurants is no matter the location they all taste the same. Restrooms were a bit dirty & wait staff seemed a little stressed, there was a big baseball group that came in right behind us. My favorite dinner here is the boneless wings with Garlic Parmesan sauce. read more

Good place to eat and enjoy yourself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good but not the best. My biggest complaint is that tge last two tines I have been the booths smell musty. If you ever played at chucky cheese as a child you will instantly recognize the smell. read more

The service is horrible. The last two times I went I waited for service. The sever was not attentive at all. We waited 20 mins for our order to be taken. We were comped appetizers last time and decided to try again. We had a very similar experience. Like other reviewers have observed, there are several servers standing around but not doing much to ensure a good customer experience. My family will not return. read more

Despite the fact that their computers went down and the house was packed I was very happy with the service and food. All the different wings tried were really good with the exception of the Thai Curry, which while not bad came out a little to spicy. Outside area is great, lots of TV's and the heaters kept our table at t perfect temp. I'm giving it 4 stars because if they keep things going on the same track it will be the place to get wings and watch sports in Dothan, our Hooters is about a 1/2 star. read more

I have been to this location 6 times and ordered for take out once. I will not go back again. These visits have been over the last 8 months. The service has been consistently bad. But this last visit on Sunday May 24th 2015 was the worst. The hostess did not smile and barely greeted me. My waitress walked past the table 3 times before stopping. The waitress was not helpful and didn't seem to know the menu. Water had to be ordered twice. The boneless wings I ordered were hard. Old oil maybe? I spent quite a bit of time looking around for the waitress when I was done eating. Other waitstaff saw this yet didn't offer to help or even to find the waitress. When I finally got the check I waited 10 minutes before I was able to check out. And that was after asking the bitchy hostess if I needed to bring the check up to the Togo counter. Every visit has been worse then the one prior to it. I realize it was a holiday weekend, but they weren't busy. I have worked in restaurants and retail for 16 years. I was very excited when I saw we were getting one of these here after eating at and loving the one in Panama City. But boy oh boy was I highly disappointed in the one here. The service was terrible, not only were we ignored, the staff seemed to have no problem with yelling about and discussing their plans for the following or previous night. I understand this may be considered a "sports bar" but we were probably only 1 of 5 tables that were there and we were not the only table that had children at it. The staffs discussion was better meant to be discussed behind closed doors. The food was horrible, I got the little chicken sandwich things, sorry I can't remember what they are called but, Yuck! They were cold and old. My son would hardly touch his chicken and let me tell you not much will keep that boy from eating. My daughter can be a little on the picky side but she would only eat her fries. Overall I was just sad. Needless to say unless something drastic happens we will not be back to the Dothan location. read more

Our waiter, Kelley, told us that they ran out of traditional wings. My friend wanted traditional but we were forced to get boneless. When he brought us our food he brought me the traditional and said they were the last wings left, but I wasn't the one that wanted traditional. Then he took my traditional wings back and brought me back a order of boneless in no time. He took the traditional wings off my tab. Kelley is a kind and extra guy whom I recommend. read more

Horrible service both times I have been there. Highly doubt that I will go back. The last time I was there, we were seated promptly but waited over 20 minutes and our waitress never came to the table. So we walked out. As we left there were about 5 or 6 waitresses standing at the front laughing and having a good time instead of serving the customers. read more

This is not white tablecloth dining so if that's what you want, go elsewhere. We arrived just before noon on a non-conference Saturday (SEC vs the early season patsys) and were seated & served fairly promptly. Yes it's loud but that's why you go there! Hubby was a bit disappointed in draft beer choices but I was happy with Blue Moon. We had 20 traditional wings split Buffalo, Thai Curry, Medium, and Salt & Vinegar. I love the dry seasoned wings personally; none were less than good. Beer can add to the check mighty fast but again, that's to be expected here. Brought five wings home in doggie bag for rest of the afternoon snacking. We'll return & the carry out counter was hoppin' and will be a good option as well. read more

Big fan of the Mango Habanero wings, I like that you can smoke outside and catch the sports events on the TVs. The one star on here is for the waitress that I have had with most of my visits there, very friendly and prompt however... I enjoy drinking cold beer before I eat my wings and this past weekend was told that I had to be checked out by the management if I exceeded over a beer an hour. I ordered my 4th Coors light and was told I had to purchase food and eat before I could have another beer. I was minding my own business, not intoxicated or belligerent. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that I should have never heard this; he assured me that he checks and makes contact with every patron personally when they reach over a beer per hour and makes a judgment call based off of his intensive training he had undergone. I got there late afternoon, there was a small party going on already and clearly large amounts of alcohol being served and consumed, why wouldn't they be, its Saturday, at a bar. He said I looked good enough and allowed me to have another beer. He said this has been the way they have always done business....I have been to quite a few BWWs and have never heard of this, I have seen people get cut off and or kicked out plenty of times but for very good reason. Sounds good on paper, to the insurance company and lawyers but I can't see myself going to a bar to drink beer and eat at the speed and quantity dictated by the management (complete strangers). What's next, "I am sorry sir, those wings will be too spicy for you and you are overweight, go with something less spicy and lighter on the fat or you will be asked to leave". read more

I almost always go to any place twice before deciding to never go back, but the only reason I went back a second time was for my husband to try it. We were both ready to leave before our food came out. The wait to be seated was not long either time. The staff was friendly, but either too busy to take care of their tables or too busy cutting up with each other. There was only about five tables occupied on the dining side but our waitress was handling all of them while another waitress was very busy holding up a wall. The food was horrible. Both times. Their name "Buffalo Wild Wings" misleads you to believe that you are going to get some awesome wings, but they are the worst I've ever had. I think they try to overcome the fact that their wings are frozen and over breaded by distracting you with too many sauce options and they have even turned it into a sort of gimmick, with staff who are there solely to go to each table letting your try them before ordering. On my second visit I ordered a Buffalo wrap (as I had not tried anything buffalo on the first visit), it was terrible. I ate NONE of it. That is not buffalo sauce, that was some sort of imitation buffalo flavored sauce. Very thick and very strong, and there was more sauce than chicken. I gagged when I took my one and only bite. My husband ordered a hamburger, it was a bland over cooked frozen patty. Overall it was an extremely disappointing experience and would never recommend anyone go there. read more
