Last night the outside temperature was 39 degrees and inside the AC was ON! It felt like 35 degrees inside! Apparently the manager or owner of this business is an idiot. For the 3rd time in a row the service was horrible both for beer and food and the bar was not that busy. I had Extreme Nachos which were no better than an over priced concession stand. Runny canned fake cheese food, canned chili, and that is just as ghetto as it comes. If you're going to charge outrageous prices then the food must be better than this stuff. If I could give this place a ZERO review I would. Time and time again Bloomington BWW has the absolute WORST service of any restaurant in town. They are always understaffed so it takes forever to get your order and then once they bring it to you that's the last you will see if the server. I have even called in a order and they can't even get that right. Why I ever came back the world my never know... It is one thing to just have poor tasting food... it's another for the food to be so obviously flash frozen and then fried that the breading falls off the cubes of processed chicken. I will give it a positive twang, if you have infants who can't chew, you could simply take a fork to the chicken and feed them the breading. We have ordered B-Dubs in Tuesday or Thursday for years because I prefer boneless and my husband prefers bone-in. We have noticed in the past year that the wings have gotten smaller, especially the boneless which are basically the size of popcorn chicken now. Today I called to ask about placing our order because the half price option wasn't there only to have the girl on the phone interrupt me and say, "Ma'am that's dine-in only!" before hanging up on me. This used to be one of my go to restaurants for food and friends. Sadly, the location in Bloomington has taken my passion for bw's. The quality of food has drastically decreased. The speed of service and food has slowed to a snails pace. We were one of four tables in the restaurant when they told us it would bean hour wait just for food. We decided to go elsewhere. I ordered carry-out from BWW's on Sunday, 9/25/2016. When I called in, the employee on the phone said it would be about 20-25 minutes. Upon arriving, I waited 3-5 minutes before an employee came to see me about my order--no one was in front of me in line. (They should have a bell to ring or something--I felt so silly just standing there waiting for someone!) Once I was helped, the employee brought me my food and rang up my order very quickly. I was a little underwhelmed with the amount of sauce on the wings. Having gone to several BWW's in the past, I've had wings with significantly more sauce on them. A review from a 12 year old's point of view: Okay so overall I am not a person for hot spicy things...which makes BW3 a great place for me. My younger brother and I never order anything above a medium, which I know is still pretty hot. Ideally, we will get the sweet barbecue wings with some fries. My mom isn't the biggest fan of this place but my sibling and I love it because it has a wonderful kids menu. I mean...who doesn't love any type of wing you want? The service is slow, but they try their hardest to get you the best food possible. Anyways, bringing kids to this restaurant is a wonderful experience. Not the greatest compared to other Bdubz I've been to, but still decent. I only go on Thursdays for their boneless 60 cent wings, and sometimes it takes ages to get your food on the table. The food makes up for the waiting, so that's alright. Sometimes you get jipped by the size of the wings, something that happens a lot. We've been here a few times with the kids, because its loud and comfy (which is good when you have loud kids;)) The servers and food runners have always been friendly and helpful. We usually get boneless wings, which are nothing amazing but are solid and yummy. The amount of TVs is a bit daunting- not quite sure why they need so many, but it's a good place to watch sports (or the olympics in our case). I wouldn't recommend the grilled chicken- I had a bbq grilled chicken salad once and it was very so so. Go for the fried chicken, and especially on Tuesdays and Thursday's cause they're half price. Hands down the slowest and worst run BWWs I have ever been to. The boneless wings are popcorn chicken size at best and 80% breading. Then they don't even add enough sauce to cover half the wings you order. I have tried to dine in or order take out numerous times and have been told it would be a 90 minute minimum wait. I even attempted an app order who initially let me chose a pickup time 30-minutes out but after I submitted my order, said it would be 2 hours.
