FINALLY!! As central Tempe residents, we have been waiting YEARS for more delicious 3rd wave coffee shops. The interior is well thought out - there are tables for conversation, couches for relaxing, and a huge bar with innumerable outlets. They did not skimp on renovations. They have a big menu with classic espresso drinks but plenty of modern drinks as well. There's a whole wall of snacks, fun products, and energy drinks. Behind the bar is a gorgeous floor to ceiling blue tile. The vibe is Gen Z 1970's love, but with all the coffee cravings of millennials and Gen X alike. I took 2 babies inside and we cozied up in the sitting area just fine. Great natural lighting, and you can find extra parking on the side of the building or adjacent parking lots (if it's busy). Mind the closing hour, which is 6pm weekdays. I'll be back!! read more

Tried this cafe twice now, and WANT to love it. Service was great; cute interior. But their fresh-made products are just sad. The $9 prosciutto croissant was greasy, salty, and anemic. The $12 Carrot cake "smoothie" was waaay too thick do drink through a straw, and can't even be eaten with a spoon because they serve it to you in a goofy sealed can for some reason? The smoothie also stayed the same cement-like texture even when it had gotten completely warm, which is.. pretty weird in my book. The Cortado and specialty latte that I had were both passable at best. Seems like they need to refocus on quality over aesthetics. read more

Cozy modern ambiance. The entire menu looked delicious and healthy. I tried out the Immunizer smoothie and my partner got the Heart Healer smoothie. They were served in a clear can which is great for taking on the go, and just visually pleasing to see the blend of colors in the drink. I enjoyed the Immunizer, especially because I was feeling a little off this morning and the spicy kick was just what I needed. It's close to my office. Will definitely be back to try out the coffee and food offerings next time. read more

LOVE IT! Ordered catering from here and it was amazing. Everything was the perfect temperature. Craig was absolutely amazing in answering questions and being flexible with all the changes I made. They even made very helpful suggestion with ordering as I haven't been there to know what's popular. The payment process was quick and simple. They even label everything and accommodated both allergies and dietary restrictions. This will be my healthy breakfast catering option go to. I absolutely will order again and again. Thank you to the entire team! read more

I arrived here on a Saturday afternoon and it was consistently busy. I think I met the owner and learned they've only been open about 2 weeks. The barista was nice and working quickly. The inside of the cafe is so bright and clean. I love the orange and blue combo. They have a lot of unique healthy food and snack options for sale. All of the iced drinks come in a sealed can and they have some can openers on the counter, which I think is nice. I got the PBB latte and it was delicious! Not too sweet. The prices are great. They have good music playing. The bathroom is nice. It's just a cool spot and concept. They are health conscious, seed oil and refined sugar free. read more

I love this place. I find most açaí places too sugary and sweet. This place is so much cleaner and no lack of delicious flavor. I've tried many things on this menu and my top favorite are the tropical vibes açaí bowl, the iced coffee, I like mine black and I'm very picky, I give it a 10/10 which is hard for me to say about places. The cortados, 10/10 the sweet detox green juice is exactly what my body needs when I crave a green juice. All of the bagels are perfect. Wanna go to buffables? Easy yes for me. Definitely check it out. The service is also so good. If they mess something up they are so good about making it right read more

Lovely cafe. I had the best matcha outside of Japan! (I had it plain with just a touch of maple syrup). The Asiago bagel was delicious too. Service was amazing! I will definitely come back and try the coffees. read more

I came after seeing a viral tiktok about this new spot opening up with all natural and thoughtful ingredients! I personally think that while it is a noble idea, the price in return are bad drinks. We got the almond cookie and seasonal white peach matcha. After mixing the drinks, the first sip of the almond cookie was incredibly grainy. The nuts weren't crushed enough to make a smooth syrup and tasted strange in my mouth. The white peach was a little better but likewise, I would get chunks of peach strings here and there. The matcha itself wasn't strong either and a bit grainy. I understand this is the result of using real ingredients but there are many other cafes that do the same without reducing their drink quality. Baristas are nice and the space would be good for working since there's lots of seating. The parking lot is a bit confusing to get into also. Maybe a latte or food items would be better but I sadly did not enjoy my matcha :( read more

Hands down the best bowl I've ever had. With a typical açaí bowl, when I run out of toppings, and the base is too boring (for me) to eat by itself. In this case, couldn't get enough. I actually got a second bowl in the same day, haha. My wife and I have come back to Buffables probably 8 times in the week or two since a friend recommended it to us. Twice in one day on more than one occasion, as it's only 3 mins from our house. Their smoothies are phenomenal, specifically the carrot cake (pictured). Made to order, and they come in this rad sealed can! Protein bites are also awesome (chocolate chip). Not only is everything delicious, but SO health-conscientious and made with unprocessed and fresh ingredients. You can just tell how much time and meticulous effort went into creating their menu; you can't go wrong with a single thing on it. My wife and I are both gluten free, and nearly everything on the menu fits into our diet. Again, I can't say enough great things about this place. Awesome spot to sit and do some homework or get some work done. Always playing good music. The owner is SO nice, too. This is the type of breakfast/smoothie/coffee spot that Tempe has needed for as long as I've been in the valley. Easy 5 stars read more

We love this place. It's our go to! They have an emphasis unhealthy foods that are really yummy. And they have all sorts of vitamins that you never see anywhere else. Buffalbles is an awesome new coffee/tea/health food spot I discovered in Tempe. The coffee is so SO good. I ordered the salted vanilla maple iced latte with protein cold foam and was seriously impressed. The espresso is smooth with no bitter bite, and the coffee-to-milk ratio is literal perfection!! The space is v comfortable for studying, and the outlet placement is a HUGE bonus. Tempe really needed a coffee shop like this.
