It also came with fries that were seasoned well and weren't soggy. We came back at the end of our trip to get a case of the beer to bring home with us, that's how much my husband liked it. It didn't make sense that our check only had shrimp tacos and a beer--were our kids just supposed to sit there without food? Not once did our waitress come back to check on us or ask if everything was okay. Eventually, a busser walked by and we asked him about the missing pretzels. He said he would find our waitress, but instead a different waitress came over and actually asked if she had been the one who took our order because she couldn't remember. She said she'd check on the pretzels, but after another 15 minutes, my husband had to get up and tell her that if they weren't ready, to just forget it. A few minutes later, she finally brought them out. After that, no one checked on our table again. We had to track someone down just to get our bill, and we never saw our original waitress for the rest of our meal. Overall, this was some of the worst service we've experienced. It wasn't just the forgotten food--it was the complete lack of communication and attention to our table. I chose the lavender mocha, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was just as wonderful as the food. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Everything about this place is charming. The space is beautifully designed, with cozy seating areas, a cute little gift corner, and even gorgeous, spotless bathrooms.
