Words can't describe how amazed I am by Cai and what she does. I had hurt my back working out to…read morethe point I ended up at the ER for severe muscle spasms. I couldn't sit, I couldn't lay down and my lower back and my entire lower abdomen was locked up. I was relying on pain management for over a week with no clear answers. I even went to my trusted chiropractor but got zero relief. I had heard acupuncture could help and at that point I was willing to try anything. I found Cai on Yelp and got in same day to see her. She assessed me and figured out my pain wasn't stemming from a joint, which is what everyone else thought. She identified two muscles that had been strained and went to work for 2 hours, with needles on both my front and my back. In one session my pain is 90% gone and I'm totally amazed at how much better I feel. She has made me a believer and I will now be back any time I need some relief. Thank you so much Cai

Still had a 4" deficit when I raised both arms up above my head - I just could not get the mobility and so I looked for an excellent acupuncturist. After three sessions of acupuncture, I can say that my mobility has returned. I'm continuing to do the stretches that she taught me. I have also augmented my treatment with Cai with massage and a red light therapy shoulder harness that I purchased on Amazon. Highly recommend acupuncture with Cai's Clinic of Acupuncture if you are starting to suffer from frozen shoulders due to hormonal changes; I am 63 and I know that's what caused my frozen shoulder. If my right shoulder starts acting up I know where to go! I have recommended Cai to another frozen shoulder sufferer and she also found immediate relief from just one treatment. She is also continuing the stretching and heat compresses.

I was right about to start IVF when I learned about the benefits of doing acupuncture concurrently…read more Even though I reached out to Dr. Scarlett less than 3 weeks from when I was starting stims and also about to leave for vacation she went above and beyond to schedule a phone and in person consultation with me to discuss my needs and come up with a personalized treatment plan that worked around my busy IVF and busy work schedule. I had never done acupuncture before this and am not a big fan of needles, but Dr. Scarlett was extremely supportive and taught me a breathing exercise tip that helped me feel less anxious, that also ended up helping me while I was doing my stims at home. For the most part you barely feel the needles go in and she helped prepare me and was extra gentle for any that she thought I might feel more. The experience while the needles are in is extremely relaxing and meditative. Since IVF schedules are already overwhelming I wasn't sure if adding acupuncture appointments to the mix was going to make it more so, but it was the complete opposite. Overall, I felt that my acupuncture appointments gave me time I needed to be present and feel more grounded with my body and mind during a time when I was asking so much of it, and also gave me a positive association with needles. I responded well to the IVF stims with my only side effects being bloating (to be expected), the results of my retrieval being favorable, and my recovery being smooth. I truly believe that my IVF experience went as smoothly as it did thanks to the personalized treatment plan, tips, and encouragement Dr. Scarlett provided. I will definitely be back to Red Lotus/to work with Dr. Scarlett for all my future acupuncture wellness needs, cannot recommend her enough!

I absolutely love this store. I've been going here for years. I will continue going. They have so…read moremany good healthy things to eat. There is a very large variety of food in the store. I really love the pre-prepared things in the deli their produce is very good as well. I like the fact that they have a bulk section. I forgot to take pictures in the store, but I took a couple pictures and posted them of a couple things I purchased. Their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to always shop here.

Really want to like this grocery store, but there are too many things holding it back. I'll start…read morewith what is good here, the selection of organic food as well as alcohol is definitely above average (no hard liquor though unlike Trader Joes). It is comparable to Jimbo's, Lazy Acres, etc. but the produce and deli departments fall short of this greatness by a lot. The sandwhiches from the deli have been wildly inconsistent in my experience; from the price to the portions and overall quality. I am ordering the same sandwhich every time, mind you so it should be the same. One time they forgot to put the meat I circled in it. Sometimes the sandwhich is tiny and feels like a kid's portion. Other times it is a nice portion that's loaded but I would say that is rare. The staff is where things start to degrade as they could use more training in general. Cashiers could be friendlier, deli people need to learn how to read. The store feels a bit cramped and it always seems very busy which I don't like.. I would say this store is a cross between Jimbo's and Major Market or something. There is no self checkout so I have to deduct points there. They do have an express lane at least. Here's another thing I have to deduct points for: they let people solicit right outside the door and they are always there, sometimes even 2 different solicitors. Trader Joes respectably does not allow solicitors in comparison. The prices are decent and certainly better than Sprouts for the most part, but who isn't? About ordering groceries online: They are not on Instacart! They do, however let you order groceries from their website but I am unsure how good it is, haven't tried it. I thought about ordering online and having grocery's delivered and you do get $10 off your first 3 orders if you do this, but I found out I'm just outside the free delivery range by less than a mile and so there is a $10 fee which is pretty ridiculous. There are some hidden fees as well as I ended up buying everything that was in my online cart in person and it was significantly less. To summarize: Pros: - Above average selection of organic and "natural" foods - Prices are better than comparable stores for the most part - Decent alcohol selection (but no hard liquor) Cons: - Solicitors always outside the door - Inconsistent sandwhich quality, portions and price - Store isn't on Instacart - Staff could be better Overall cannot recommend Frazier Farms for reasons I described.
