Having worked at a pizza place in my younger days, I know how long it takes to cook a pizza in a commercial oven. It takes 5-10 minutes, depending on the size and type of crust. The worst part is this girl didn't apologize for the wait and refused to offer anything in compensation. At the end she stated, "Again, I'm sorry for the short wait" (yes, she said "short", not "long" or "extended") and I just responded, "It wasn't short. It was twice as long as you told me over the phone!" Fatte's, please do better in training ypur employees. There is no excuse for this type of "customer service."
