By that time it was 12:00 noon. She replied, "Well, if you wanted them at a certain time, you should have told us. Then we could have made sure you got them when you needed them!" 1) If someone says your order will be ready at a certain time, why should I have to say what time I need it by? Instead of trying to fix the situation, I was told they supposedly had the item the entire time and that I was the one in the wrong. They also refused to give any refund or try to resolve the issue. Between being overcharged, waiting 20 minutes after being told the order was ready, being ignored by staff, getting burnt and undercooked food, and then being blamed when I called about it, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had.
