All entrees came with white rice. Rice was cooked well. Mapo tofu had bit of mala spice and it was so good! It had good salty, spicy flavor that I liked. It also came with pork and you can choose to put meat on it or not. The beef stir fry had really good flavor and matched well with rice. We ended up finishing everything and we were very content with our dinner. The service was great, and the food came very fast. There was actually only one other guest party other than us. We assume it's because it's weekday and not many people are in the area. I hope more people check this place out. And employees were working hard. The work flow, however, needed improvement. It feels very unfair that ppl who came at a later time got their sandwiches made right away, while customers who ordered on the app had to wait at least 45 min. The order of making sandwiches should be based on the time an order is placed rather prioritizing only instore patrons. It doesn't make sense loyal customers with JM app have to feel like they are inferior, esp when they put in their orders first. I placed my order which was just one sandwich combo. Thought it would be ready so I came in after about 20 min and saw about 10-12 ppl in line to order and 2 ppl waiting to pick up. I was told that my order will be ready in 30 min. Was thinking to ask the unfriendly lady, why isn't my order ready when I ordered before all these ppl? But I figured it's okay, I'll do errands and come back. When I came back after 30 min sharp, there was only one new person in line. Even then, the staff made me wait until they're done taking that person's order and staff was doing some small talking back and forth before asking me if I needed assistance. I finally got my order after 12 ppl, and now I noticed they forgot my drink. They probably were too concerned about the ppl in line that they were negligent to online customers. I don't think that it's right that they paid attn to everyone in line and made ALL their orders before mine. I ordered like 50 min ago on the app and I still haven't received my sandwich. Yet the person who just barely came in the deli 5 min ago had received their sandwiches. That's neither fair nor right. Even if I ordered 10 sandwiches, I should have gotten my order way before the 10th or 12th person in line let alone just 1 sandwich. Just one. And I placed my order before way in advance. I like to give good reviews. I don't like giving bad reviews. I hope that management will fix this unfair issue, and make online customers feel more appreciated. What's the point of ordering on the app then?? No other restaurants or fast food joints do this. Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway, to name a few, do not make loyal customers wait, especially when they put in their order at an earlier time on the app. Be fair and make it time based...for example, the person that placed their order at 10 should get their sandwiches before someone who places the order at 10:15 and so forth. I was excited to get a good experience as I always look fwd to trying new restaurants. Sucks I had bad initial experience.

PICTURE THIS: If you've ever been to a Go Kart race or seen how NASCAR or Formula One line up at the start of a race.... That's exactly what it looked/felt like...
