What's not to love? As a midwesterner, I always take the opportunity to stop at In-N-Out.

What else than 5 . Consistently great. Decided to dine inside, having to use the restroom and wash hands. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restroom was out of paper towels and could have been cleaner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Counter service is friendly and attentive. Refused a cash tip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Comfortable, efficient seating with unlimited drink refills, napkins, S & P, and Ketchup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Double Double Animal style with chopped peppers and fries, likewise, and a cold Dr. Pepper to wash it down. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful view of the Mountains, no fries falling between the seats, and no mess to deal with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Delicious, comfortable all for $14 bucks!

Okay this is my favorite meal ever in the whole world and I can't wait to be back in California so I can have it again. Staff is super friendly and it's worth the hype. Burger protein style and fries animal style is the way to go.

Nothing much to say about In N Out. The food speaks for itself. The customer service is the best. The quality ingredients and smiles on customers' faces make it a delight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plus, they have new "activity" packs for the kids that includes games instead of stickers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just people watching on a Friday night or visiting the drive thru after a long day is a fun experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plus, parking can be a drag, but hey, where isn't it a drag at a great place?

Double burger - dry meat, burnt and soggy bun, mealy tomato slice, onion was fine, lettuce okay.

First time at this location. Waited in the extremely long drive thru lane. Someone took my order when there were at least 10 cars ahead in line (probably more). Well, my food was obviously prepared too soon. It was lukewarm and the wrap on the burger was soaking wet. The bun was burnt on the edges and soggy in the center. The burger patties were dry. The side of fries looked strange (for one the serving size was less than normal) and tasted like freezer burned cardboard fries. Or perhaps previously fried old fires that were reheated! There was something wrong with them. Not edible. I threw out the fries, the bun the mealy slice of tomato. And the root beer soda was flat. I do not plan to return to this location based on the inferior quality of food prep. Other locations are much better! I suppose that this place is mainly busy because you can eat a meal for 10 dollars rather than the average of 20 dollars for a meal in the area for lunch. Long wait for mediocre food.

This In n out always has a ridiculous line of cars which is why I came inside today! I wouldn't expect anything less since this is a staple in CA and wherever you go there is a line of cars waiting always!! Ambiance of this restaurant is definitely a fast food place noisy and bustling but for sure friendly and like minded folks all wanting the same food! The prices are still affordable surprisingly and food doesn't disappoint!

THE BEST BURGERS IN AMERICA. I've been eating at In N Out for about 30 years now so I'm probably a bit biased however the quality you consistently get here is what makes them so great. Stopped by today (Sunday) at 12:15pm for lunch and went through the drive through. I was through in 15 minutes which isn't too bad. Service was great per usual, another great about In N Out. Service is always top notch. Went with a Double-Double with whole grilled and raw onions. I also added mustard and extra cheese to the burger. Wow, such a juicy and flavorful burger. My favorite way to order a double double. My girlfriend got a #2 animal style and our total price for lunch was $15.17. You literally can't beat that price anywhere. Overall, if your in the area and craving a burger, do not hesitate to come by here. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Thank you so much In N Out for consistently provided us solid burgers. Always looking forward to the next time I go to an In N Out.

What are the Veggie options? I don't eat meat. I would still love to visit this place. Yelp says it is vegetarian friendly, I doubt it!

I haven't eaten meat for 20 years, but never miss going to In & Out. Just ask for the "Veggie" and they will ask, "With Cheese?". I still eat cheese, so that's a great… Read more

On top of that, the ingredients were distributed completely unevenly between the two halves. I literally had to take both halves apart and redistribute everything myself just to make it edible. Nothing about this felt fresh. I also swapped the "house-made chips" for tater tots -- which turned out to be the exact Ore-Ida frozen tots you buy at the grocery store, and even worse... they were undercooked and mushy. I am willing to bet I just paid $16 for about $2.50 worth of ingredients. For $16, this was not just underwhelming -- it was bad, REAL BAD. Do NOT order this sandwich.

The biggest highlight revolved around the staff working so hard making sure everything was cleared for us as well as making sure if any food orders were missing or there was someone missing their food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and I was absolutely blown away by how large it was and how flavorful their steak fries were. I'll have to try ther barbecue the next time I'm around!

My partner and I have been regulars at…read moreTimbers Roadhouse for years, stopping by 4-5 times annually whenever we pass through Goleta. This visit was unfortunately our worst experience there by far. It was the first time we'd sat in the dining room instead of the bar. It was early - around 5:00. The happy hour buffalo chicken sliders and Brussels sprouts were good. However, things went downhill with our entrees. My tri-tip dinner (ordered medium rare) arrived as two thin slices of medium rare covering three slices of gray, well-done meat underneath. It was tough and tasted old - it seemed like the kitchen was trying to hide poor quality, overcooked meat. My partner's ribeye was cooked to the right temperature but extremely gristly - only about half of the twelve ounces was actually edible. When I sent my tri-tip back, our server (who was genuinely trying to help) returned to say they were out of tri-tip and a new one would take 45 minutes. By then my partner was halfway through his steak. I asked to just have the meat removed and I'd just eat my sides. Here's where it went from bad to worse: the manager (owner's daughter) charged us $7 each for the sides as "à la carte" items and argued when I explained I only ate them because that's all I had. She eventually offered 50% off the entrée but her confrontational attitude made things worse. The owner was more understanding when we escalated it to her, but the damage was done. Our server did her best in a tough situation - the issues were with the kitchen and management's handling of the problem. Really heartbroken about this experience at a place we've loved. We'll probably try again someday but will stick to burgers and salads at the bar.
