What else than 5 . Consistently great. Decided to dine inside, having to use the restroom and wash hands. The restroom was out of paper towels and could have been cleaner. Counter service is friendly and attentive. Refused a cash tip. Comfortable, efficient seating with unlimited drink refills, napkins, S & P, and Ketchup. Double Double Animal style with chopped peppers and fries, likewise, and a cold Dr. Pepper to wash it down. We took our 3 year old grandson to In-N-Out for the first time today, and it was such a great experience. The sweet girl at the counter gave him a hat and a booklet, which made it even more fun. First time at this location. Waited in the extremely long drive thru lane. Someone took my order when there were at least 10 cars ahead in line (probably more). Well, my food was obviously prepared too soon. It was lukewarm and the wrap on the burger was soaking wet. The bun was burnt on the edges and soggy in the center. The burger patties were dry. The side of fries looked strange (for one the serving size was less than normal) and tasted like freezer burned cardboard fries. Or perhaps previously fried old fires that were reheated! There was something wrong with them. Not edible. I threw out the fries, the bun the mealy slice of tomato. And the root beer soda was flat. I do not plan to return to this location based on the inferior quality of food prep. Other locations are much better! I suppose that this place is mainly busy because you can eat a meal for 10 dollars rather than the average of 20 dollars for a meal in the area for lunch. Long wait for mediocre food. read more

Due to the popularity of this In N Out, all but one entrance/exit is blocked off. This is to help with the drive thru. You must turn in right after the Shell gas station or you'll have to U turn in the residential neighborhood. The drive thru takes me on average 20 minutes from start to finish. Waiting inside is just as long. That being said, the staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. I just hate that drive thru line and chaos that ensues around lunchtime. read more

Stopped by today (Sunday) at 12:15pm for lunch and went through the drive through. I was through in 15 minutes which isn't too bad. Service was great per usual, another great about In N Out. Service is always top notch. Went with a Double-Double with whole grilled and raw onions. I also added mustard and extra cheese to the burger. Wow, such a juicy and flavorful burger. My favorite way to order a double double. My girlfriend got a #2 animal style and our total price for lunch was $15.17. You literally can't beat that price anywhere. There is really no reason to review any In-n-Out burger but at the same time, there is every reason to do so! First of all, what else can you say about an establishment that has already established itself to the max, and that everyone will almost know everything there is to know about the food and the menu. They are pretty consistent throughout their locations so I think places like this, the reviews will mostly on the service and if there is anything strange or random going on at any particular location. This one for me, I can point out that they have plenty of indoor seatings as well as outdoor. They have the two palm trees cross each other as a usual landmark, and there is only one good entrance to the plaza/parking lot. The parking is also a bit weird but, that seems to be the norm at any In-n-Out. The lines can be long but they move pretty quickly. Service was fast and pleasant. Restrooms were clean. So utterly disappointed! I usually go inside and pick up dinner weekly for my family and don't usually mind the crazy wait time but I waited 45 + minutes tonight!! I went just for me after a long and tiring 12 hour work day. I went up to the counter after 30 minutes because they were going backwards in the number system and asked the girl if my number was missed and she said, "No, sometimes they go out of order!" I waited 15 more minutes and went to the cash register and was told sometimes the numbers fall behind the grill and was offered a shake to make it better, and that they'd start making my meal right then.
