1 star for Little Caesars because I honestly couldn't give zero. I was overcharged for my order and told my food was ready, yet I still had to wait about 20 minutes to actually receive it. When I went up to the counter because an item was missing, the employee was standing there on their phone laughing and ignoring customers who were trying to get help. The food quality was also terrible. One pizza was burnt while another was undercooked, which just shows the lack of care in the kitchen. After leaving, I contacted the store about the missing item and overcharge. Instead of trying to fix the situation, I was told they supposedly had the item the entire time and that I was the one in the wrong. They also refused to give any refund or try to resolve the issue. Between being overcharged, waiting 20 minutes after being told the order was ready, being ignored by staff, getting burnt and undercooked food, and then being blamed when I called about it, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. Ambiance was horrible as the restaurant is nothing but dirty and unkept. read more

Terrible customer service. We placed our order 20-30 minutes prior to pick up. First time we called we placed our order and were hung up on, when we called back to place our order again whoever answered was laughing and talking to someone else in the background while still talking on the phone. We were told our order would be ready in 10-15 minutes and when we arrived they did not have our order at all. The girl at the register was rude, unprofessional and gave us attitude when we arrived. 100/10 do not recommend going here. read more

Merry Christmas all yep its me Codigo C again, and yes i have a BAAAAAD review for Little Caesar's Pizza in Lompoc Ca. But not for the Pizza But for the Shift leader. Her customer service skills are shall i say missing. Please read below to see my reasoning: This is the 3rd time i go in to this place and order a pizza with pepperoni, cheese, and banana peppers, and its the third time the cashier says "Ok let me check if we have any banana peppers left" this already happened to me 2 times and the answer is always we dont have any or we are out. she came back and said "sorry we dont have any". So i commented, why would you offer something you dont have or dont serve? she just smiled and said" yes i know sorry about that" this time i wanted to let my frustration known to someone in charge so i placed my order and asked to see the supervisor. This young lady between 16 and 19 a brunet comes over and her face already is showing lets say not too happy. she says "Sir can i help you?" i said (My exact words) Yes i just think its silly that you guys advertise ingredients you dont serve. i have been in here at least 2 other times and i see the banana peppers and think wow that would add a tangy spicy taste to my pepperoni pizza so i order and the cashier always says let me see if we have any and she always comes back with no we dont have any. The young lady replied, "they are not a big seller so we dont keep them cause they go bad" i said OK i just think its silly cause i see it and i crave it just to be denied, and banana peppers do go bad when they are fresh but in vinegar they last quite a bit. Her face changed and as i was talking she interrupted me cut me off and said "Look we dont have any is there anything else?" i said No i just, and she cut me off again " good we dont you wont are we done?" i said i know what you are going to say please dont cut me off, and let me finish. she replied" you cut me off" i said what? "you, you cut me off and didnt let me finish." i siad is there anyone else i can talk . and she cut me off again, " no just me, is that all?" i said you know your customer service skills are lacking, i just wanted to say. and she cut me off again, and loud " you didnt let me finish, how do you know i wasn't going to apologize!" i said what? sympathy is great and an apology would have been nice but, and she interrupted me again. " well how do you know i was't you didnt let me finish. and she started walking away. i had it trying to be nice but i didnt want to be a dick old guy either but i did loose my cool and say as she walked away, your customer service skills are bad, i cant believe you are a supervisor, amazing. she looked back at me and said, "I am not a supervisor Ha!" i was floored, and asked the cashier who was red in the face, can i get the name or number to someone please and she said ok and walked back and to the shift leader and the shift leader came out and slammed a piece of paper on the counter. needless to say i did not call at first i had to calm down, i was just disrespected by a young punk. 2 days later i called the number and left a message, never got a call back, then i went to the web site and left a complaint, and never heard from them again. looks like this shift leader has learned well from her peers. i stayed calm and proud of myself for that, they dont have to worry about loosing a customer here or there cause they offer a pizza for $5 bux, so if one leaves so what more will come.i am sooo disappointed i wish i could do more. but thats how the cookie crumbles i guess, test for all you L.C. Ordered delivery via their website. Didn't know they outsource the delivery to Door dash, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. The delivery driver dropped the food off at the wrong house. Got bounced between Little Caesars and DD on who owes me a refund. The corporate phone number doesn't answer, just rings and rings. The local store refuses to refund. DoorDash accepts responsibility but can't refund since they didn't accept payment in the first place. Management should at least honor a customer's request for a refund. Went to get one of their "box sets" and a regular pepperoni pizza. Line was 4 deep, not bad. People already waiting was about 5. Saw the pizza rack was pretty much empty so kind of knew ahead that they probably didn't have any ready. Sure enough none ready. Said it would be about a 15 minute wait. No thanks, bye bye. Knowing the MO of a typical little caesars, I knew a cheese pizza would not be "hot and ready". I could feel the cashier breathe a sigh of relief as I told her I knew i would have to wait before she had to. I went to the store and came back and my pizza was waiting for me. As I was returning to pick it up, an employee was hanging a hand written sign in the window stating they only had one oven working and sorry for the wait. We went in at 6:40 and the two young girls in front were too busy messing around and talking about their social media to pay attention to mine or my brother's one-item orders. I haven't had problems with service at this establishment. Only ordered a couple of times though. They weren't the most bubbly staff in the world, but I really don't need them to do more than take my order correctly and make a pizza. The pizza was amazing. Little Caesar's continues to be my favorite pizza out there, even better than the pizza that costs three times as much at other chains. Maybe cheap, affordable food just tastes better to me, not sure. I have always been a fan of Little Caesar's though, and it continues to be great. read more

I went in tonight and ordered a sausage pizza and a cheese pizza. I was told I would need to wait for the cheese to be made, which was fine. About 10 minutes later my name was called and I collected my pizzas. Drove home only to discover both were cheese. Left one cheese home as my son and husband were hungry and drove back to retrieve the sausage I had ordered. Was asked to give back the cheese I had and they had planned to throw it away. I asked to have it for compensation. They agreed at first and I was instructed to wait yet again for the sausage to be made. I wanted to get home to my family and asked if I could please have a pepperoni instead. I was told I would HAVE to turn in the cheese as they count the pizzas per box. All my time, all the miles I drove back and forth, time away from my family and no compensation.
