I sent her back to the restaurant and I called them to let them know that I wanted my entire order remade seeing that we live 20 minutes away, and when she got there with the food, they were unwilling to remake the food. I gave it 3 stars because the food was too salty. The service was excellent! My order was completed efficiently (ordered on line and picked it up myself). The sweet flavors were the best but the spicy flavors were very salty. I'll try again to see if it was a "one off" scenario. read more

My one retracted star is regarding whoever controls the AC for that place. Your poor employees are FREEZING, as were my partner and I. Run by unprofessional children who made the place look closed when I arrived just so they could all sit at the tables to watch a boxing game on the TV. What stood out the most besides their smiles, was the sanitation... during a dangerous pandemic, everyone wore masked and gloves, but what made me and my fam feel safer was that the cashier sanitized the dining area, and restrooms. Let me start this with I don't want to be a "Karen" but I placed my order from my car. 5 piece boneless wings and a side of cheese fries. I was told the wait was 25 mins. No problem. I send my daughter in with my credit card and was told "oh I forgot my system is down, and can only take cash". I didn't have cash. I, then went in and spoke to a "manager" who was on her cellphone trying to resolve the system being down. I then asked can you write down my card info and then enter it manually when your system is up. No she couldn't do that, because she can't enter it because her system is down. No kidding, that's why I asked after your system is back up to enter my information. Needless to say, no problem solving skills, poor customer service. Mind you, my order was $7! $7. It was sitting on the counter in a bag. So, instead of figuring it out, they allowed me to leave empty handed and that food will end up in the trash or an employees stomach. Super disappointed that a large business cannot train their staff on how to handle the situation properly or to inform people before they place their order that their system is down.
