Very appalling behavior by the manager who gave attitude to a situation that was caused by them. As I placed an order the team member taking our order requested help by the manager only to not be given. Managers should not just expect new employees to know their system of it is their first time working there, obviously one of your team members needed help and had asked for it clearly. If you aren't going to assist your team members in getting a customers order correctly or in doing their job, maybe you should be finding another job. read more

I placed my order online and it was very easy to use. When I got into town my food was ready but I didn't know what to expect because it's a new location. I picked up my order and everything was there but when I pulled out my fries and they were so soggy. By the time I had realized this I had already been halfway home. This is one of my favorite places to go every time I'm in the area so far i haven't had a reason to complain and the food always comes out on time and the cashier are always friendly. This spot is always super clean I always see the staff cleaning in the back of the kitchen and also the cashiers wipe of the counters every chance they get I'm great that during this pandemic they are maintaining a clean and sanitary environment I will be returning her for more delicious food and friendly service. read more

Just had first visit to Wing Stop. They were super busy but the manager and employees went out of their way to check you. Our food was a little delayed and the Owner or Manager checked on or order and brought out to us. Great service and good wings! read more

We haven't eaten at a Wingstop in years and this stop was exactly as we remembered it. The Garlic Parmesan wings are still amazing and the Wings for two was the way to go. We had more fries than we could finish. Staff was friendly and our food was fresh, hot and fast. read more

Hot Damn! I'm so glad we got a Wing Stop. It's a welcomed break from all the pizza, burger, and Mexican joints in town. I've been a regular at the Santa Maria location for years, so I was happy when I heard they were opening up here. Food is great and order waits are normal for a new restaurant in town. My only gripe and reason I don't give them five stars is their cost. Quite a difference from the SM location. More specifically, my usual order is the 15 pc. meal. $17.99 at SM, $24 in Lompoc-vastly different. Those are some delicious pricy wings. read more

Don't recommend getting wings from this place. Their wings are always soggy (when they're suppose to be dry rub) and not even a bit of crispiness. Asked for well done before, still didn't come out crispy. And lack of flavor as well. I rather go all the way to SM or Buellton to their wingstop cause theirs always comes out really good and actually crispy. And the fries here are also low quality as well. Ok so, WingStop in Lompoc is legit. Our food came out super fast and the service was great. I've been to other Wingstops around the area and nothing beats the customer service and food quality here. I'm not typically a fan of chain restaurants but the wings here are fire The soda machine was out of Coca Cola and the manager jumped on it as soon as she noticed what was wrong. Nice to see a place with happy people and smiling faces to greet you. read more

This was my first visit to a Wing Stop. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. They were fast on taking my order. It took a while to get my to go order to me. People were ordering after me and getting their food before me. This place has a lot of potential and a lot of improvements to make. I had ordered a 15 pieces of orignal hot around 9:40pm for pick up and when i got home I ate some wings then saw that I had 6 wings in the bottom of the box were weirdly shaped like a circle and was basically all bone. read more

I have always been a huge fan of Wingstop! However, I was severely let down. I ordered my meal to-go, and when I got home the wings were awful. The order was incorrect, the wings had no seasoning, and they tasted like they had been sitting out all day. How this is possible after waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order, blows my mind. I do no recommend the Lompoc location to anyone. Spend the extra gas money and goto Santa Maria. It's better than wasting your money at this location. read more

Update: Ezekiel made things right tonight. The food is so much better when it's hot and fresh. I placed an order on the WingStop app said it was delivered but it wasn't. I waited because I figured they might just be busy on a Saturday evening. After waiting a while longer I called the store to see what was going on. They told me they have no control of deliveries because they use DoorDash. Nowhere on the WingStop app that I could find did it say they use DoorDash or wouldn't have ordered. While I was on the phone the DoorDash driver finally arrived. The driver apologized for being late and dropped off my order. My wings very cold and the fries were cold and soggy. I called the store back and they offered to give me new fries if I came in to pick them up. Isabel told me they had a couple of orders including mine ready and waiting to be delivered but the DoorDash driver was running very late. She asked if I could come in again but I was not able to drive, hence the reason I ordered delivery. All she said she could do wasgive my name and number to the regional manager Ezekiel but he won't be in until Monday, two days from now. They also said they could not refund anything because it was an online order. So now I am stuck with my cold soggy $26 order including the delivery fee and tip that is paid when making the order. read more

I stopped by tonight for the 2nd time because the wait time for Santa Maria wingstop was 1 hours and Im so happy I received even better customer service than the first time. The wings were amazingly sauced and cooked to the perfect tasting. This staff and store deserves MAJOR recognition for their awesome customer service and fire wings and fries! read more

I'm glad there's finally one here in Lompoc, since I'm used to having to go to the Santa Maria location. The restaurant seems to still be under construction but at least it's open. While I was taking my order there was a contractor on a ladder hooking up a security camera. The wings I ordered were really dry and bland. The fries were really salty and some weren't thoroughly cooked. I was disappointed knowing how the wings should taste. I know this place is still new so I'm sure quality will go up once they have everything in order. Other than that it's a nice location. I also noticed there's no alcohol, maybe due to permits or it still being new. read more

Heard and read the hype, decided to give it a try. The only positives, ranch dip was good and it was quick. Fries were mushy, ate 3-4 and dumped the rest. Wings were not as good as wings from Albertsons or Vons. Tried two dips, didn't care for either. Fairly inexpensive but overpriced when compared to quality and enjoyment. Granted they just opened but it's a real clusterf*ck over there. Waited 25 minutes only to find out that they screwed up my order. Waited another 10 minutes to get the correct wings and insisted I get new fried because the ones in the bag were mush by then. When I arrived home 10 minutes later the new french fries were mush as well and ended up getting thrown out. What a waste of money and time. read more
