I went to the front desk and asked them why it was canceled, the old lady who just got on her shift told me right away that I was late without even knowing what had happened. I told them that I placed the order last night and I am here to pick it up. They tried texting their boss, few minutes later with no reply. I was going to place an order again but it will be late for the party I am supposed to have. Time wasted, and my lunch with a party was ruined. Bummer. Just picked up a pizza breadsticks and a sandwich. Ordered online, waited 15 minutes went to pick our order up and still had to wait another 30 minutes. Then get home and my chicken bacon ranch sandwich 1/2 the size of what they used to be, there was no ranch in it, it tasted like they put buffalo sauce in it. Worst sandwich and experience ever. Negative 5 stars based on service. Tracker is a lie. I've ordered from here probably 5 times in the last 5 years and none of my experiences have been smooth. Always slow or late. Tonight was no different-almost 2 hours late. After 1 hour, I called- tracker showed delivered- to check the status, "your pizza is still sitting here, boss.". Ok, so, when will it be delivered? Called back after another 30 min and spoke with the assistant manager, who refused to give me her name, told me to call her when I asked what if the food is cold, etc. It finally showed up after hanging up with her. This was the absolute worst experience tonight. I ordered pizza for my son at 6:00. By 7:15 it hadn't even been put into the oven. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. They never picked up. My husband left our Christmas party to see why our son hadn't received the pizza. When he got into the restaurant the phone was constantly ringing, no one was working or answering the phone. The employee told my husband they were not answering the phone because they assumed all the calls were complaints. To top it off, my son's pizza was sitting on the counter and the employee told my husband that it had been there for a while and he shouldn't take it. Our order was canceled and hopefully refunded. I have supported this establishment for YEARS...and I usually pick up my order...but not feeling well, and decided to get delivery. The delivery guy was nice and considerate. THEN...I opened the pizza...and 2 of the pizza slices HAD mold on them (didn't realize it until got to the last pieces! So, who knows if we ATE moldy pizza!! There were almost no topping , barely any sauce and it was dr. BOT MOLDY!!! Call the health inspector! The pasta was burnt, and the salad was disgusting. The salad was wrapped like it was for a school lunch. 4 grape tomatoes...all were disgusting and way past there expiration date (to phrase it nicely) 4 chunks of old lettuce, croutons in a bag (I said no croutons...but it wouldn't have made any difference...with a plastic cover over the whole disgusting salad. And the pasta was in a tin container all burnt. I received the order at night, and called in the morning about the 'disgusting' food. The idiot argued with me that saying I didn't call within 24 hrs! Moron, the time of delivery was 9:30 pm I called 9 am the next day...is 24 hours!!! I've had hit and miss with this Domino's...but never complained. Only Pizza Hut from now on. For about six years I've been a loyal customer at this location, and until about a year ago the customer service and food quality was amazing. It seems that after employees were merged over from the closed Vandenberg Village Location, this place has really gone to the dogs The pizza quality is now hit-and-miss while the counter staff seems aloof and sometimes even unprofessional. Normally, I opt for in-store pick-up and can say that store cleanliness has deteriorated with the counter and work areas nearly always a mess. One can only hope that food safety and sanitation practices haven't followed a similar trend. I swear sometimes that this store is a sign from God telling me to eat healthier. When made property, Domino's has the best mass-produced crust and presents an overall better texture. That combined with quality toppings make this my favorite all-around "delivery" in town. While not a store-unique feature, they have the best app experience. Reordering the 'usual' only takes four clicks (would be three without the annoying donation solicitation). One drawback of the "Domino's Tracker" is that it's only a notional timeline. Several times, I've arrived to "come and get it" only find out that it hasn't even been put in the oven yet. If pizza is a rarity in your household and you don't mind bad service and a messy store, then you might want to try this place out. Otherwise, Pizza Hut has better flavor and is a close second. Great brand, quality ingredients, this location just needs an employee makeover. All in all, I rate them: 2 out of 5 slices. read more

Worst service ever. No one knows what they are doing. Very rude when I called to tell them what happened. They ruined the pizza party I was throwing for my students. I called to talk to the manager, who I am sure was not the manager. You could barely understand him. There were multiple things wrong with my order and things I asked for were forgotten, and I was very upset. He apologized and said he was too busy to remember it all. I ordered the night before and I even called to check in with them an hour and 1/2 before the pizza was going to be picked up. I had a student pick it up with their sister for time's sake, They told me it wasn't paid for, even though I got a confirmation email showing I paid with the card. They made my student pay. I sat down at the chair next to the registers to look at the menu, and offered the person that came in behind to go ahead, and told the cashier I'd order next. It said $17 and not the weekend special price. I went back up and asked her what happened to the special, and another employee came up and explained in a very round-about, stuttering, and confusing-to-understand way HOW exactly to order the special to get the special price. I thought what the hell, I'm completely exhausted, hubby wants pizza, my dog is in the car and I have a 35 minute ride home, I am letting this whole thing slide...THEN she says "I'll see if your pizza is ready" and I told her don't bother is says 4 minutes, but she does anyway. And tells me it'll be 4 minutes. 4 minutes later, they hand me my pizza, and I leave. 35 minutes later, I'm home. Pizza-burnt. Me-so pissed. So much for "contactless". They then asked Name? Number of pizzas? They had it ready just sitting under heat!!! Reply to why didn't it get sent out? "Sorry we're really busy". Update: I quit ordering pizza from this location awhile ago, bc after 4 different times, and even being credited, i kept getting doughy uncooked pizzas. Their pasta dishes were always pretty good, and i decided to order some tonight since i had nothing else in the house. I ordered the chicken carbonara and the chicken alfredo. After about 40mins of waiting and the pasta getting here, it was pretty much cooked noodles with chicken. About 1tbsp worth of alfredo sauce drizzled on the "chicken alfredo" dish, and none on the chicken carbonara. I called, and yes they're refunding, but its still unacceptable. When it takes food anywhere from 30-80mins to get to a customer, the customer shouldnt have to return the food because its not what they ordered.
