We called Mangan food truck to ask about their catering service and were DELIGHTED to find they offered adobo, lechon kawali, pork and chicken bbq skewers, pancit, sisig, beef caldereta, kare-kare, lumpia, dinuguan, inihaw na bangus, desserts and more!! Basically everything you could think of to satisy any Filipino food cravings! Mangan arrived at the event hall promptly with over 12 trays of food to feed 100 people and everything went like clockwork! An employee stayed onsite and ensured that trays were refilled when they got low and nobody wanted for anything. We didn't have a single worry and the food was absolutely on point and consumed with great relish by Filipino food connoisseurs who are very, very VERY picky about what we eat!!
