Okay, this is a MUST TRY food truck. A friend of ours brought us a Mar Y Tierra burrito to try and it is PHENOMENAL. Seriously. I don't know how he does it, but he packs so much flavor into his food. The menu is small and simple. There is a posted photo of a handwritten menu that is accurate here on Yelp. Mar y Tierra $8 for burritos, tortas, quesadillas $3 tacos. Asada or Pastor only are a dollar cheaper. Now, the burritos and tortas are not as big as other places like Florianos for example. BUT it's also several dollars cheaper AND MOST IMPORTANTLY this guy is HEAVY HANDED with the meats. You get so much shrimp with the mar y Tierra, and he uses large shrimp, not those little baby ones with no flavor. My favorite taco truck! They have a small menu to pick from and they're all packed with flavor. I always get the Mar y tierra tacos and ones in a while their ceviche. Just know that there's always a line, and wait times can be 30 min and more. But it's worth it. read more

Amazing food truck! Best tortas and quesadillas I've ever tasted! The meat is so flavorful the salsa is incredibly delicious! I always order my quesadillas, tortas, and tacos as "mar y tierra" which means they add shrimp along with the meat, it's the best! You won't be disappointed. Love this little truck. He is cranking out some seriously good tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The only thing I don't care about is the wait, sometimes it takes time, but it makes sense. . . . one guy, tiny little grill, it's all good. Just keep on cranking out that tasty food and I'll be happy. The other difficult thing is knowing what the hours are, I believe it's just whatever time they want, and if they are there when you want something then you're in luck, if not, oh well. This is the spot the hubby and I go to sneak away for a quick date night. It's so good we eat in our car. Every star earned at this "little tiny taco truck that could" crank out some super scrumptious and wonderfully delicious Mar y Tierra tacos. The. Best. In. Town. Hands down!
