Visited this place for the first time. No one was there to greet us when we came in so we saw someone cleaning a table, we finally asked if we needed to find a seat or needed to wait for some one to get us a table. The person quickly found someone to seat us. Nothing stood out on this visit. I had the fried fish sandwich with fries and fried pickles. I must say the fried pickles were the best part of my visit. Nope. Just nope. Restaurant just opened recently, so we tried takeout. Encountered Java errors with the app, so had to order online. Only received two of our dinners (2 burgers and a salad totaled $50). It took over 2 hours to talk to someone at the restaurant over the phone to have my dinner replaced. The phone they were using cut out every other second, so I kept having to repeat "I'd like to speak to a manager" over and over. Drove back to the restaurant to get my dinner; how pitiful it was! I ordered a grilled chicken salad with avocado. The styrofoam container was 90% iceberg lettuce - and this was a $15 salad. We won't go back, very disappointing. read more

Firstly I was accused of having a fake ID. I order drinks regularly & have never been asked for my ID ever but thats no issue because I am of legal age. So after this I told the manager (which came to verify that it was real) that I didn't even want the drink anymore and she said that they couldn't tale it back once it was made. So after she took my order for my food i'm waiting for my order of fish and chips to come out for about 40 minutes. Never got them. I check the mobile device that allows you to pay digitally for your order & she never even put in the order. The entire time i'm eating my appetiser she continuously stares at me & tries not to make it obvious but it was making me very uncomfortable. So while i'm paying she comes up & asks if there is anything that she can help me with & I proceeded to tell her that i've been waiting on food that she never put an order in for. Her response was in a very rude manor. She states " you never ordered that " when she literally repeated my order to me before she walked off initially. I just said " OK " , got up walked out & left. Omgoodness!! First time eating here and absolutely delicious!! Here between lunch and dinner on a weekday. The food came out piping hot and everything tasted so fresh! I ordered the spinach dip and California Chicken with side salad! Salad had egg, tomato, cheddar and jack cheeses, red onion and potato straws! I chose honey mustard dressing! Delicious! Spinach dip was served with tortilla chips and garlic focaccia bread! Delicious! California Chicken is topped with avocado, pico de gallo, jack cheese and scratch- made honey lime sauce. Had a reservation for a group of 12, were seated after all of our party arrived. They were not able to seat more than 6 together, so that was a bit disappointing. Our server was Zander, was very pleasant and worked hard to keep our drinks flowing and appetizers served timely. After we ordered our various entrees, Zander made sure we were OK by checking back with us and giving updates on our entrees. We ordered 2 Grilled chicken entrees with a delicious rice and steamed broccoli side. 2 others ordered chicken tenders and were happy as well. An order of the Buffalo Fried Chicken sandwich knocked it out of the park with a side of fries. The Avocado, Bacon sandwich on Focaccia Bread was equally delicious. I love Bubba's. The onion rings are awesome. Best onion rings I've eaten since Shoney's went out of business. Didn't care much for Shoney's, but they had great onion rings. Glad I found onion rings at Bubba's. Their cheeseburgers are awesome and so is the Philly cheesesteak sub. They have great salads, too. So far, haven't eaten anything there. I didn't like They also have great service. Gets a little noisy at night time. They are owned by Texas Roadhouse, and that restaurant is noisy, too. But both have great food, in my opinion. Every time I order takeout from here there is always something missing from my order, and the food just isn't good anymore.

First visit was good, second visit ok and third trip sucked. First the waiter seated us near a group of guys that were loud and obnoxious while watching an NBA game that was boring. We asked to be moved but were told no waiter was working the area we wanted to move to which was really stupid because 2 tables over from where we were trying to move was a couple. The staff looks unprofessional and unkept most times which makes your food seem nasty. I will NOT be patronizing this establishment ever again and I will definitely NOT be referring my friends to this place. Food subpar at best. read more

Food is normally good when you dine in. You take a chance with take out. Burgers are thrown together and usually tasteless. Seems like you receive a lower quality burger when you order to go. I was given a strong drink that was to be light on liquor but it was strong and I could not drink it. I call the manager three times but she never came. We had to make her come when dinner ended and we were ready to pay. We were never told the purchase was final and it isn't written in your menu. Your manager was young and inexperienced and ruled. I had an unhappy customer experience so I won't come back here. You should make clear with your customer this policy so we can make a sound decision and the rule manager Hailey ensure I will not return This is the second incident I don't drink a lot the drink was very strong . I did not drink it and the rude manger took three request before she came to table. . After that no one came to the table to get our monies. So we got up and went to the part where the young ladies were standing doing reservations. I gave my credit card to give payment. They told me that the server take payment but the waitress let us sitting there for 20 minutes waiting. I told them they need to find someone to take payment so I can leave. As this was happened the manager came with someone else who threatened with police me telling me to leave as I receiving my documents of payment. The situation was provoking and racial tones of calling the police on a black woman that was at the door leaving. I have a brother that is a cop and other family members and a niece that is a lawyer. You sold me a drink that I was told it did have a lot of acholol. I was told that it tastes like a wine cooler. I was never told that that was final. It is not written on your menu nor did your waitress inform me of such. I asked for the manager 3 times but she never came. If I knew prior to buy dinner with my friend I would not have stay. The young lady never came to get payment and as I was paying I was being provoked and threatened with jail. I do not want a coupon. I will never come to this brand named place again. I am pissed because I was being threatened while leaving like because I am black you going to call the police on me. That was BS. Food was good, but coming in I asked for regular paper napkins instead of cloth ones my waitress informed me that the can't give out paper napkins anymore. With me being a person who always thought it was unsanitary to use pass around cloth napkins I can't do it. I had to get up and find some paper napkins. The general manager said they dont give out lots paper napkins cause the factory has been shorting them, huh that's our fault?!? That's shouldn't be an option for people who don't like cloth napkins. We had a reservation for 8:30 pm on Friday night & it was a packed house. The staff was very friendly & accommodating as we had 2 infants with us. For appetizers we started with the Fried pickles, garlic knots, bang bang shrimp & nachos. I wasn't a fan of the fried pickles they came out fresh but were too crispy (like cooked too long) & the seasoning was off. The garlic knots were a 10 the first thing to go. The bang bang shrimp was ok, had some spice but I wouldn't order it again & the nachos were a nice size to split. They were ok as well. I ordered the hot wings. (I like my wings crispy & asked the waitress how they're normally cooked, soft or with some crisp, her response was we can make this crispy but the sauce will have to go on the side so the wings don't get soggy.) I did NOT like the HOT sauce, come to find out the sauce is made in house and is buttery. It had a tangy flavor to it, rather than the hot buffalo sauce I expected. The waitress did bring me a side of teriyaki sauce and I liked that way better. (Someone in my party advised me I didn't have to get my wings crispy because they are normally cooked well, so that kind of annoyed me). The Boneless bbq wings were good, the fries came out fresh & the pizza was a nice size. Can be shared with about 2 people. I don't think I would return just because the food was ok. read more

The waitress was amazing and helpful her name was Raeshelle. But the steak was horrible, why offer it and tell the customer that you don't so them ( the steak) well. My steak looked and stated medium well and was dry and gross. We told or waitress and she went to try and get the steak redone. Out come Christina and she refused and if I got anything else would have to pay for both dishes. Christina claimed that it was done correctly and I had to tell her we would agree to disagree. Had to send back a chicken breast sandwich. Which wasn't raw but definitely pink. While waiting on manager to come over I was eating "some" of the fries. Manager had NO personality and was somewhat rude. Then asked if I wanted more fries, huh what? Of course I do. They literally cut up my original sandwich and pretty much cooked it beyond edible. My family had finished their food by the time I got my plate back, so I boxed it took it home and had to just throw it away. Dont waste your money . There are too many decent places to eat besides here. Never again! read more
