sooo... if you want a chain restaurant mired in sports tv's this place is great. it is expensive for what you get. food was mediocre and they were not willing to substitute beans for chicken on nachos. Basically, wait person's excuse was that much of the food is pre-made - glad to know that and that was certainly true with the french fries which were cold and soggy. For my fish and chips, the fish part of fish and chips was decent, but portions were small. looked like frozen fish fillets. GF's burger was greasy and barely lukewarm. Have had much better at Red Robin, which, for a chain is not too bad. The reason this is a two star (rather than just one) is that the garlic knots were good. The rest, including the service, as I said, was mediocre, at best. Had to ask a second time for something I asked for when our order was taken. Also had to ask for soda refills. if you want to watch sports and drink beer, and don't care about the food, this place is for you. Maybe that is their mission, and they should do well in this town. Tried this place for the 1st time and definitely wish I would have found it sooner. From the greeting to the farewell not a beat was dropped. The food was amazing the handmade, hand dipped onion rings were fantastic. The level of service was some of the best I have ever experienced and I am a huge critic of customer service. Burgers are a little greasy but delicious. Chicken tenders are good but the wings are not; appetizers in general could be better. Pizza tasted ok, it reminded me of blackjack. I recently tried the fish and chips and it was good. Favorite thing about it this place is the atmosphere and service. They have great TVs, good music, and super friendly service. Great pizza! Cheap beer! Awesome manager! The fried pickles were great: thinly sliced, lightly fried; delicious! We ordered a meaty meaty pizza (super yummy!). I honestly didn't realize it realize it had been a while (because we were snacking on the yummy pickles), but the manager came over to apologize for the wait. So nice of him! He brought us a duplicate pizza to munch on while ours was baking. His genuine manner and great treatment means we will be back many more times. Also, the pizza is freakin delicious! Made our first visit today. We've never heard of Bubba's. Coming from New England; my expectations weren't high. 1. Greeted immediately at front door which was held open for us. Sat in bar area where menus are already on table. 2. Menus aren't clean so be sure to wash hands before food arrives. 3. Men's room was clean; much cleaner than expected & odor free. 4. Bar area: tv - they have something on for everyone, not just sports. A great plus for summer - garage doors that open & let in fresh Colorado air. We love this "open air" concept. 5. I love onion rings but don't make my mistake if there's only 2 of you by ordering the full order; get the 1/2 order! Some of the large rings were a bit doughy (not cooked long enough or oil not hot enough) but the batter was seasoned + you can taste the onion. Not overly fried & served with ranch & "Bubba" sauce which has sweetness with tang. I liked it. Main course - because this was our first visit, we ordered "safe dishes" with water to drink. 6. Meal #1 - chicken tenders with double slaw. White meat chicken & very moist. Slaw is a cup instead of the dollop; you know; nobody asks for but, there it is?!? Picky eater; saying slaw is good is a plus. 7. Meal #2 - fish & chips with double slaw. Finally, a place that didn't over fry the fish. Very moist. 8. Took most of the chicken tenders & slaw home due to full order of onion rings. With such a variety on menu; it does make one wonder if all dishes will come out with the same quality we had today. This is like the third time we've gone there or me and my dad before today we had gone with my brother and his wife and there was an issue with the salmon it was two seasons so they gave two coupons $15 each me and my dad went back they said we could only use one coupon my dad ordered boneless wings they ended up giving him bone in wings it just seems like it's a hassle every single time you go in there. I went in there today I specifically told the guy because I have one coupon left I want the turkey avocado sandwich without any meat or cheese I just want the avocado the lettuce the onion tomato that's all I want on there and it ended up being this nightmare so I said I don't want any dead animal no dead animal so I thought I made that clear because I thought a pig was a dead animal and after 35 minutes of waiting for my food again my drink was already gone he didn't come ask me if I wanted another drink didn't give me any utensils or nothing my food comes there is probably half a pound of bacon on there well last time I looked pig is a dead animal and it was coming out all over the place like they compensated because I said no turkey and no cheese well let's give her a ton of bacon I didn't want any dead animal I said no Dairy Animal I don't know how much more clear I can make it so when he brought it out I took the dead animal off because I don't eat that and I can tell you every single time we go in there it's a nightmare the orders wrong the food tastes not that great it's over price it's just always something I will never go back there ever again me and my dad I wouldn't waste my time I mean and the tables are so far away from the booths that it's like two of me and I'm not that skinny I'm 160 pounds could fit I mean are people that fat that they have to have a table so their gut doesn't hit it I mean really and you couldn't even move it because the tables bolted down I just think it's all around that experience I guess they are owned by Texas roadhouse that explains it all but I wouldn't waste my time read more

The atmosphere here is very friendly. Servers were attentive and even the manager came buy to say hello and check on us. Food was really good and the speed was very quick. Our sever Brooke was on top on refills. I would recommend this place is your looking for good hamburgers or sandwiches. OK Bubba's 33. I had some issues with my experience tonight, this particular location's first night of business, but gave a rating of 3 because everybody so clearly WANTED to please. Otherwise this would have been a 2 star rating. I tried a small hand tossed pizza with Italian Sausage, and a Fish and Chips. I found the prices to be reasonable, and hoped that the food would be good. First, although I requested the food to go up front, it was first brought to me for dine in. The biggest miss here was that when the Fish and Chips was initially brought to me, it had two tarter sauces, which I had requested, but when I got the boxed entree home, NO tarter sauce was to be found. :(. The quality of the fish was so-so (definitely would have been more to my liking with tarter sauce). Not a big portion of fish, with the coating more limp than crispy (although maybe eating in would have been different?). The french fries were thin and plentiful, just how I like them, although these, too, would have benefited greatly from tarter sauce, as I learned years ago how good it tastes to dip the thin fries in tarter sauce. Sure I could have driven back, but did not want to go back out into the snow storm. Big miss here, Bubba's, although the $11.99 price seemed reasonable. The pizza was OK, but nothing to write home about. The hand tossed crust was fine. I love Italian style pizza. The cheese to sauce ratio seemed light to me, although the sauce had a good flavor without being too sweet (unlike Godfather's Pizza which I loathe). The Italian Sausage topping was tasty with just the right amount of kick. It is quite possible that if I order my next pizza with extra cheese, all will be well. I must comment on the service. Clearly the staff had all been well trained in hospitality, if a skosh over solicitous. I was greeted by a few people at the door (which was opened for me) and I was excited for them to be experiencing a fairly busy night for their first night open and no marketing that I had seen other than driving by. When I informed the person who brought my food that I had ordered it all to go, she said she would fix it without missing a beat, albeit when a different person brought it back, it had no tarter sauce. But all of the people behind the bar made sure I had my order in and was doing well, and my main bartender made sure I knew not only her name, but the others behind the bar as well. In summary I have to say this is fine for a quick, reasonable meal (bar food) with good service, but double check your order, enjoy the attentive wait staff and bartenders, and figure out what you like best. I'm sure I will be back to try to modifications already noted, and fingers crossed next time will be better. read more

Some family friends chose this as a get together spot to watch the Super Bowl and have some drinks and eat some food. I don't really visit bars often at all so I wasn't expecting much for sure. But I will say the servers were super friendly and were on point with service for the night. Our waitress checked back frequently. Not too often to become overbearing and not too long to wear she was barely with us. She ensured we were kept up with drinks at all times and would jump the gun and get refills of the non-alcoholic beverages. She kept up with all of the sporadic food orders as well and did not miss one thing. The atmosphere was great surprisingly we could all still talk to eachother without borderline yelling across the table. Wall to wall TVs made watching the game easy as anywhere you were seated you had a clear view. The food was good, nothing really to write home about, although I will say the onion rings were phenomenal, I would say the best I have eaten. The wings, although little variety comparative to an establishment such as Buffalo Wild Wings, were great. Personally enjoyed them more to my previous visits to BWW. The pizza was average for sure nothing special about it. All around good place and a comfortable and enjoyable spot to watch the game. Would most definitely recommend and visit again. read more

The food and drink or well priced and good tasting for a standard American food. The customer service level however is above any other. We were very well taken care of during our visit but what stood out to us was the level of patience and professionalism when dealing with "the worlds top food critic." This customer criticized any and every crumb possible on his plate, sent back dishes multiple times, asked to speak to everyone in the place and even inspected the quality of the buns. At one point even had a ruler to measure his food and asked for better lighting to inspect the food. He was beyond ridiculous, borderline insane. I ordered a burger, The menu states they are cooked medium well and that is definitely acceptable mine however came out raw like as in more than rare. Found out after taking a bite The I cut it in half to see the raw meat more clearly. No problem just send it back right? Wrong, because apparently even if you put your saliva on the product and it isn't to your liking or satisfaction they will take that exact contaminated item back into the kitchen and move it around the surfaces re cook it and send it back to you. Maybe you're thinking that's no big deal it was your burger and saliva right? Well what about everyone else's burger and saliva being cross contaminated on the same surface your food was prepared on? Let's say that individual who's burger that was happened to have a contagious bodily fluid pathogen that you now have because that burger (that they messed up to begin with) was too much of a loss for them to throw away? Yeah that's the mind and review from a food service owner. No cost should be more important then keeping a clean and safe kitchen. read more

I wasn't very impressed. Yesterday I came during my lunch and ended up getting back to work about 30 minute's late. There was a problem with my order due to my card being declined so I tried calling the restaurant to see if my order was made and no one answered the phone and I had called twice. So I get to the restaurant to pick up my order as well as my co workers and I was told that my order wasn't ready. I explained the situation to them. They went to go check and they said it was in the system and that the lids were getting put on it. 20 minutes later I still hadn't received my order then on top of all that I have my coworkers order with me and they're food ended up getting cold. So I talked to the manager who didn't seemed like he really cared about my order and said he would go check on it but he didn't get my name. I finally received my order and when I got back to the office I saw that not only did I not have ranch for my salad my coworkers that ordered ranch didn't have theirs either. Needless to say I wasn't happy with the service that I got and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure I will be returning in the future. read more

Onion rings are a must-have! We also had the pizza which was cooked perfectly. I would recommend sitting within the bar section. We got quick service and fast refills on our beers. I'm giving it a four only because I've only been there once and have only had a few things. I had their delicious beat salad, habanero fries, fried pickles and their knots. I know a weird combination. Lets start with the salad. Lets face it we all don't order salads, because they tend to be dressed too goopy and don't fill you up. Not this salad. First, it's fresh, the beats are prepared well. They are flavorful and juicy. Very filling and satisfying. The habanero fries actually were spicy! The knots are baked fresh lathered with garlic butter, comes with two sides for dipping...mmmmm The fried pickles were ok. They were perfectly breaded each one so not sure what was missing, maybe some spice? Took some wings to go. Again good quality, well cooked. The only thing I didn't like was the powdered Cajun put on them. Not as spicy as I would've liked. But they were good and yummy. Mel was our server. He was amazing. My soda never got dry and he kept stopping by to make sure we had all we needed. Top notch for sure!! Over all it was wonderful and can't wait to try out some of there other items!! read more

I went in today and ordered nachos and they were the worst Nachos I ever had in my life at a restaurant it was like the chips came out of a bag and they threw some shredded cheese on top the cheese wasn't melted the chicken was a mess if that's their version of Nachos they should take them off the menu stick to pizza and burgers read more

The fire fries definitely live up to their name. I like spicy and these were hot! They were good but hot! I loved the burger but was a little disappointed when the middle was a little to raw for my liking. I like a medium well burger but this was medium rare.
