6/1/26-I was so happy when I found this location, but was super disappointed. The staff was ok, but where they lost points was on the food. The batter was falling off the chicken, the coleslaw was bland and gritty, the fries were limp, and the fruit tea was watered down and not sweet at all. This locations food was so bad when compared to the Southlands location. When people go to a chain they expect consistency in the product, and this location fails in the food. I'd recommend avoiding this location and going to one of the others.

Excellent service and fun/cool ambiance, amazing and delicious food. (chicken/fries/beers - great combination)

    Chicken tenders, fried pickles, biscuit.

Just had a great first experience at Waldo's Chicken & Beer sitting at the bar with Azzy's service! She took the time to chat with us and have great suggestions. My colleague and I ordered their OG chicken sandwich, the chicken tenders, and fried pickles. The rocket sauce and jalapeño sauce were the perfect amount of heat with great flavor. The chicken was great as both the breast in the tender and thigh on the sandwich. The pickles potato wedges, and fries were also all really good! Though the first time, it will surely become a staple in our work lunch spots.

Can't go wrong with Chicken & Waffles!!!

What can I say about this place.... Outside of AMAZING! HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY on Sunday and Tuesday! That alone is worth it. I haven't even gotten to the food. The Loaded Adult Mac & Cheese is where it's at. I had to make sure to take an extra order to go... my waistline's furious!

the frozen Screwdriver was amazing. Scratch salad as well! Nice service And Cold beer

Waldo's chicken and beer has the most amazing 100% percent scratch made food fried, and 100% beef tallow, southern authentic dishes.

One of the tables was very close to the stage and the stage had a black rug which almost completely obscured the stage corner. She fell twice (shw had only had one drink). The first time she fell, the waitress scoffed and said to me that she didn't understand why that kept happening since there were lights around it. No one on staff checked in on her either. Come to find out, she was the fourth person to fall in 30 minutes, and all the others were 50+. One more person fell after her, and then she tripped and fell again, spilling her first and only drink. A different waitress came over to check on her after someone from our party went and told the staff (who saw the whole thing). She was bleeding from the first fall and was finally offered a bandaid and a free shot. Our party made the decision to move the table by the stage in front of the other tables because there was plenty of room. One of our friends is a bar manager and asked staff for a wet floor sign or something to mark it. They did not have one. We put a chair there to mark it and servers immediately moved it to get around and did nothing else. Asked for the check later and waited 15 minutes while the server took shots and chatted with customers. She like the food and vibes of Inga's but we are both incredibly frustrated with the service last night. Her knee is scraped up and very swollen. She wasn't even offered ice, and I don't think anyone else who fell was offered anything, even a bandaid.

The outdoor patio is spacious, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying Colorado's nice weather with friends or coworkers. We ordered a variety of shareable dishes, including the giant pretzel, loaded fries, fried pickles, hummus, wings, and grilled broccolini. The giant pretzel was great for sharing, and the hummus plate was a nice lighter option. The grilled broccolini was also surprisingly good. The only dish that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the wings. They had good flavor but were a little dry. Overall, the food was good, but nothing that really stood out as unforgettable. That said, the atmosphere is what makes this place worth visiting. It's the kind of spot I'd come back to for a sunny afternoon, drinks, and catching up with friends or coworkers.
