Food trucks every day of the week but Monday. Do wish they had more beers but maybe it's just the way the physical menu is displayed. Nine beers currently on but mostly on the dark side. Obviously with their narrow ages series that is to be expected but more on that later. Few lagers and an IPA which seems to be mandatory for a tap line. The front counter area feels very overly packed and cluttered. Especially when you have people sitting at the bar AND the table directly behind, where the line snakes around, is at capacity. Small qualm but it obviously doesn't deter from the brewing artistry. Great space. Lots of seating and ample parking. The front bar/ordering queue just feels crammed. You have to go beer cooler also in the vicinity. Bartender at a number of breweries but it's taken me a while to pop over here. I've had a good amount of Copper'a beers. They're obviously very famous for their barrel aged series. I've also always loved their can labels and the different sizes they will can beers in. Such a small thing but at a liquor store etc it really catches your eye. The Barrel aged box sets are especially coveted from year to year. Personally familiar with Gabe and Wyatt so had to stop in to finally experience the brewery in person. read more

Copper Kettle is a small neighborhood brewery serving good brewskis and your occasional food trucks. They have a pretty wide selection of IPAs and a few non IPAs, so if you're a big fan of them then this is the place to go! Their stouts are strong but tasty and they do have a sour which I get regularly. Overall Copper Kettle is a good neighborhood watering hole with friendly staff and owners. The beer was amazing! I got the sienna lager. The atmosphere is nice. Kind of quiet but it's still busy. Everyone here just does their own thing. Not crazy in here at all. First time in today and here's the pluses: 1. Good beer! 2. Board games to play while you enjoy a drink 3. Plenty of places to sit inside and out 4. Dogs welcome inside! 5. We clearly haven't been here in a while because we walked up and didn't realize they had expanded. The building is pretty large now. They used to have a tiny tap room. Glad they were able to do that and get more seating. I walked up to the bar to order and one beertender looked up at me and then back to his phone. The other one finished helping another customer and then just looked at me. No greeting at all. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but seemed odd. I had the Snowed in vanilla and it was outstanding. I even bought the last crowler of it because it was too good to pass up. I almost bought the box of Snowed In variety but it was a bit pricy being over $100, so I stuck with just the one crowler. Needed to get out of the house a few weeks ago after finally feeling better after being sick for weeks. I was still on antibiotics so I couldn't have alcohol, but the bartender suggested one of their kombuchas, which was actually a pretty smart thing to drink to counteract antibiotics! They had a few flavors (in cans) and the bartender recommended a prickly pear one. I wasn't necessarily in love with it, but it wasn't bad either. Wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. The ambience was nice and the brewery is kind of a long rectangle vs. a square with some smaller and some longer/shared tables. Only about 8 seats at the L shaped bar. This place is dog friendly, though it's not necessarily where I'd bring my dog inside if I didn't have to. Probably better in the summer when you can sit outdoors with your pup. But we did have ours and a there were 2 others inside too. Seems a common thing to not allow dogs inside breweries much in Denver/CO. read more

Went here on 6/23/24. First time here in a very long time. Lots of big tables. Good size patio. They did have a food truck that day. I did not eat anything but the people at my table did and the food looked good. I believe it was a Venezuelan food. Bartender was very friendly. Looks like they package most of their beers. Tried the lager, raspberry sour, wheat, hazy ipa and Pilsner. Aer reading the description of some of the beers I was very excited to try but nothing was up to the description. Just very meh. I'm not too hard to please - just have a coffee beer on the menu and I'm all in. Copper Kettle not only had a coffee beer on the menu, but they had TWO! A coffee IPA - which my husband ordered - and a coffee double brown - which I ordered. I was in heaven from the moment I looked at the menu. Aside from the beers being delicious, the guy serving us at the bar was super friendly, the space was huge, modern, & welcoming, and the food truck out front - Bloom & Grow Kitchen - had some amazing food options, including loaded kettle chip nachos (which we happily indulged in). Stopped by on Halloween evening. They were having trivia but a rather small crowd participating. Music was awesome. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly and a couple of large screen tvs. It is a little deceiving if you use your GPS. As soon as you turn into the parking lot go left and you can find it. Matt, bartender was super knowledgeable and friendly. Not a huge selection but very good beers and I am picky. Would definitely visit again. No food but they do schedule food trucks. read more

You really have to know it's there or you'll easily miss it. My guess is this place survives by word of mouth. I would have never gone here had my friend not taken me there. I loved it. Located in a business area with auto body shops across the street...their dimly lit sign outside just says, "Brewery." To me, it only adds to why I liked this place so much. It's actually pretty nice inside. This would be my "go to" place to meet a friend for a beer. It's hard to find a good, smooth dark beer. I tried one of their Experimental/Seasonal beers, the Snowed In-Cherry 2020. It was one of the most delicious beers I've ever had. So smooth, so tasty. At 13/4% alcohol content, one was enough, but every sip was sheer delight. It was only $4.25. Great price for such a finely crafted beer. They have plenty of different styles of beer to choose from. All my friends had different beers and they all loved 'em. They don't serve food, but there's a food truck right outside in case you're hungry. This is truly a hidden gem. If you like trying different breweries you must put Copper Kettle on your list in the Denver area. read more

Well okay, I have been going here since it opened over 12 years ago. The service has declined that is true, however much of that is due to the increased business. The beers are generally very good. The ambiance is okay, the west facing deck is the best place to be as the interior can be very noisy. I have all but stopped going there as the staff's 'woke' attitude is something this patriot and veteran doesn't care for. I'm split on understanding why Copper Kettle is so popular. I found out about it because my husband plays Dungeons & Dragons here. Instead of sitting at home one Tuesday evening, I decided to meet my friend here for some beers and head out to dinner elsewhere. For how empty it was at the time, they ran out of many beer options... unfortunate. On the bright side, there's plenty of parking in the lot right outside. I didn't know this was a local, family-run business until I read a few other Yelp reviews. Explains the wonderful customer service and potentially the shortage of some craft beers. I like that the side rooms are used as gaming spaces, and there are board games in the main room. I'm going to assume the group of rude people right when you enter the side room don't represent the brewery, but it's hard to forget. I liked the beers that I tried. The limited selection forced me to expand my usual palette from IPAs to lighter ales, which I'd consider a plus. Because they don't serve food, Copper Kettle is dog-friendly, as long as the pups are well-behaved. I'll bring my husky puppy next time! All that said, I'd want to give this brewery another try, though I didn't have the best experience the first time around. read more

Excellent craft beer! I love Stouts in general and this Mexican Chocolate Stout is on point. Slightly chocolatey with subtle hints of pepper that linger on the back of your tongue. My husband loves IPAs and he thoroughly enjoyed the Hazy IPA. It's definitely hazy and hoppy but not over-the-top hoppy. They have a little food stand outside with 3 options. and we might get the grilled cheese (only vegetarian option, which does have an option to add bacon for the meat lovers). Right now they have a special for 50% off a growler of their Help Me Out Stout. It's a good deal but after we sampled it, we decided we'll pick a growler if something else. It was really light, like lighter than a Guinness. Overall, the inside is clean, but appears to be under some sort of renovation. It shouldn't impact your ability to enjoy a beer or two in the air conditioning. They do have tables and a tent outside as well. We'll be back. This is in our top list of local breweries read more
