Milieu is a nice and clean brewery by the University of Colorado Hospital. They don't have the biggest selection of beer but plenty of IPA, at least 1 sour, and a few lager/ales. They also have some NA options including can soda and Capri Suns! I don't believe they have food options because I saw a lot of people bringing in food from outside. I specifically visited because they hosted a Super Smash Bros tournament and I never pass up an opportunity to compete! They did an awesome job putting it all together and everybody had a great time! The tournament even went longer than the bar close time and the staff stayed longer so we could finish. That's some great customer service! I look forward to coming back and either hang out with some friends or compete in another tournament. Shout out to Alissa (Alyssa?), the bartender who took care of everyone that night. She did an awesome job!

Cute little brewery near home. Our friends came to visit, so we walked over for something to cool us off. The interior is spacious with open ceiling and full of indoor plants. They would usually have trivia nights and other types of fun events going on. The day we went, they had a Mario Kart tournament inside the place. We opted outside, since there were 6 of us chatting away. There were quite the selection of drinks and non-alcohol as well. They don't serve food, but you can order from next door - Le Meson.

Went there on 6/15/25. Just got beer to go and did not sit inside. Bartender was very friendly. Looks like they package most of their beer but you can only make a mix 4pk out of a few, which is fine. Ambiance is very slick and fine. Tried a taster of the Quad IPA, then got the red ipa, pils, monochrome sour and coffee oatmeal stout to go. The quad ipa was tasty. Everything I brought home was tasty but nothing mind blown. Will definitely be back thought to try more of their beet. Cheers!

The tap room is clean and modern, and offers games as well. On my visit, it was dog friendly. Love the serious inclusive messaging! Ordered a flight, then a 10 oz pour for a variety of flavor. The space strikes that perfect balance: modern but warm, intentional without being pretentious. High ceilings, soft lighting, barrels tucked into corners, clean lines behind the bar, and enough room to actually settle in (inside and out). The beer program is where Cerebral really flexes. Flights span an impressive range~clean lagers, expressive saisons, juicy IPAs, thoughtful stouts, and beautifully nuanced wild ales. Nothing feels rushed or gimmicky; every pour feels deliberate. You can taste the technical care, but also the artistic risk-taking. This is a brewery that respects process and imagination. Service? Genuinely top-tier. Not just friendly, but engaged. I ended up sitting down, chopping it up with the brewer and locals alike~no ego, no rush, just real conversation and shared appreciation for good beer. That kind of interaction is rare and says a lot about the culture here. Cerebral doesn't just pour beer~it creates an experience rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and community. Whether you're dissecting a flight or just vibing with a single pour, this place earns its reputation. Come thirsty. Leave smarter. Return often.

Cheluna Brewing is located inside of Aurora's crown jewel, Stanley Marketplace. They're situated indoors near the west entrance in between Stanley Beer Hall and Sweet Cow. Owned by a lovely husband and wife duo, this place has become a fixture of Stanley Marketplace over the years. One of the best parts is that you can take your beer outdoors or even roam around the rest of the market with it. In turn, I think this what the only "downside" of Cheluna is; the fact that I've never sat inside the tasting room for a beer. It always feel a bit transactional because we take our beers and run, if you will. My go to's are the kolsch, cold IPA (GABF silver), and Mexican lager. The latter they serve with a lime and it's delightful. I'm really glad Cheluna is still kicking after a damn near decade in operation. They're definitely one of the most consistent options in the entire market. Support family owned spots, especially breweries, they need us right now!

I brought my son and a family member to Waldo's one Saturday evening. No line to order food, but the bar was full, so we ordered and were seated right away. Things we liked: The mac & cheese was the best thing on the table. Tasty with good texture and plenty of cheese both in the sauce and melted on top. Kiddo reports that the tenders were great and the fries "ok." He cleaned up the former. I appreciate the beer selection. They have some solid local brews to go with the corporate swill. Everyone wins. I enjoyed my Avery Maharaja. They have plenty of TVs if that's what you are into. Service was patient, prompt, and courteous when ordering food. Not so thrilled: Adults were disappointed in the bone-in fried chicken. It's why we came to Stapleton for dinner. Oily and overcooked, one piece each was too much. It was closer to a TV dinner than a place like Tom's Home Cookin (RIP). I know this is a chain, but the quality and taste were not up to par. Noise was suited for a sports bar environment, but wasn't unbearable. Beer and food are ordered in separate locations. I stood where it says to order, then waited 10 minutes to be served. One person ahead of me, two struggling behind the bar, which was full and getting all the attention. My son came looking for me. It's their model. I just don't like it. Waldo's offers good beer, decent tenders/sides, and an upbeat vibe. It's hard to not rate it better, but the fried chicken was a huge letdown. I'd go back for a beer and snack if in the area again with watching sports on the brain.
