The tap room is clean and modern, and offers games as well. On my visit, it was dog friendly. Love the serious inclusive messaging! Ordered a flight, then a 10 oz pour for a variety of flavor. Enjoyed interacting with patrons and my companion in a local award winning establishment.

The space strikes that perfect balance: modern but warm, intentional without being pretentious. High ceilings, soft lighting, barrels tucked into corners, clean lines behind the bar, and enough room to actually settle in (inside and out). The beer program is where Cerebral really flexes. Flights span an impressive range~clean lagers, expressive saisons, juicy IPAs, thoughtful stouts, and beautifully nuanced wild ales. Nothing feels rushed or gimmicky; every pour feels deliberate. You can taste the technical care, but also the artistic risk-taking. This is a brewery that respects process and imagination. Service? Genuinely top-tier. Not just friendly, but engaged. I ended up sitting down, chopping it up with the brewer and locals alike~no ego, no rush, just real conversation and shared appreciation for good beer. That kind of interaction is rare and says a lot about the culture here. Cerebral doesn't just pour beer~it creates an experience rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and community. Whether you're dissecting a flight or just vibing with a single pour, this place earns its reputation. Come thirsty. Leave smarter. Return often.

I've been a fan of Los Dos Potrillos, but the new menu is a real disappointment…read more My first experience here actually wasn't great--we sat for quite a while without being acknowledged and eventually left. But I gave Los Dos another chance, and I was really glad I did. What won me over was that the menu went beyond the usual Colorado Mexican restaurant combination plates. There were interesting, more traditional dishes, generous portions, good margaritas, and food that made Los Dos worth coming back to. The carne en su jugo was a particular favorite and one of the things I looked forward to ordering. The crispy chicharrón burrito was another standout: big, meaty pieces of crispy pork with a milder green chile that worked beautifully. There were also several more interesting taco options that gave you choices beyond the usual suspects. Unfortunately, the carne en su jugo is gone. The crispy chicharrón preparations are gone, with chicharrón apparently surviving only in a single dish served in salsa verde. Several of the taco options are gone as well. Taken together, it feels like much of what made the old menu interesting has been replaced by safer, more pedestrian, gringo-friendly fare. This visit I ended up with a combination of a soft relleno, bean and cheese burrito, and chicken enchilada. Everything was perfectly edible, but pretty forgettable. The soft chile relleno was decent, although a little greasy. What's frustrating is that Los Dos had won me over precisely because it offered more than the standard Mexican-American restaurant menu. The new menu feels smaller, safer, and considerably less distinctive. I really hope this is temporary and that some of those more interesting dishes eventually make their way back.

I ate at these two establishments, crepes cafe and confetti confections but unfortunately they are not listed on Yelp. The first place I ate at today was crepes cafe. I always do like a good crepe as it reminds me of a pancake with fruit wrapped inside instead of on top. I like the twist. Mine was the ham, cheese, Brie and apple crepe. It was delicious. I just wished that they were served on a dish and not on a paper placemat where the paper tears and could be mistakenly eaten. The second place I ate at was Confetti Confections. I had a malted milk ball with toffee ice cream. Their choices take you back to old school. They both have a wide variety of choices to choose from.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the avocado. Margarita, not only was it bright green and so fitting, but the flavors were perfect. A few of my friends ate at the Indian restaurant and we're very pleased with their bowls as well This little food court has lots of charm and plenty of seating, as well as a good number of food options all the way to dessert. Definitely want to come back a little earlier next time since they seem to close pretty early and start to shut down the food vendors a bit before that as well.
