We just left there because we were seated at a booth for over 10 minutes and NO Waiter came over and even took a drink order!! A waitress looked in our direction and didn't come over. We wanted to try something different. We were seated and served quickly, our waitress name was Jasmine and she did a good job. I had the fried butterflied shrimp and it was excellent. My girlfriend had the Aloha Burger and said it was good. We drank a bloody Mary and it was good. Everything was good. It is a little noisy but not too bad. We will be back. read more

Ups and downs. The atmosphere and service were great. We started with a sangria margarita on the rocks and a Shiner on tap. The margarita was really good. The Shiner came in a frosted glass and there was a slush in the middle of the drink, making me wonder how watered down it would be (it was not as watered as I anticipated). We got cheese fries. They weren't hot enough to melt the cheese. It also came on a big pile, but only about half of the top layer had any toppings on it. After that it was just a plate of fries. I ordered their signature 33% bacon patty for my regular cheeseburger. It was just ok, but kinda lacking flavor, and the novelty of the bacon in it wore off about 75% of the way through. It was cooked to perfection, though. Overall, I would go again and try their pizza, which is another item they pride themselves on (or something other than the burger), because nothing was flat out bad, and the service was great. read more

Was not good, We ordered well done burgers they where somewhat pink. Two of our party ordered the 33% bacon patty, both are now sick. One member did not have the 33% and said it was OK. All the food was very salty. The salmon was ok. Another party had a ribeye steak and it was too salty to eat. read more

The food was ok, had the Nacho's Mama Pizza. The thing that upset me the most is that we went to eat there the Saturday before easter with my family, parents and brother and sister in law. They were unable to set us at the same table. They couldn't scoot tables together because they are screwed to the floor. We decided to go out after a long week. My youngest son has multiple food allergies, so we rarely go out, but we wanted a change of scenery after the boys were out on Christmas break. We walked in around 6:45 or so on a Friday night and were immediately seated in Josh's section. He was GREAT. Fast, attentive and very personable. With the food allergies, we asked for an allergy menu, Josh said "let me get my manager, I've never been asked that question. I know that's serious, so let's get it right". Less than a minute later the manager came to the table and answered all of our questions from memory and even made us comfortable by letting us know he would let the kitchen know that my sons plate can have no cheese". When the runner brought out my sons meal, they forgot the black olives and we let the runner know. He ran to get them, then Josh came by and recognized the missing olives and was ready to go fix it. There will ALWAYS be small issues, for me it is all about how they approach them. My wife and I have decided since Bubbas 33 is halfway between our offices, we can meet here for lunch and get great food, fast and enjoy great service. THANKS JOSH AND ALL OF THE BUBBAS 33 team. Really good food and service but on our last visit they would not give us a veterans discount. Said policy is now for active duty only, we have been several times and I have to say we will not be back till policy changes. Shame on them for not helping out all the retired veterans in Amarillo. They are very few active ones as we have no bases here. Will pass on this info to veterans I know. At the parent company Texas Roadhouse we have always recieved a discout so I'm a bit confused. read more

Soldid 3.3 out of 5. 33 of your employees had spit in my food, thats why it ain't 33 out of 10 IMO. Except there was one girl who had spat 3.3oz of spit in my food who had was finer than kate upton. This made me later produce 33 sperm cells. I ordered 3.3 full steaks but I could only eat about 33oz of it. There were probably 33 televisions in there and and they were all playing Scottie Pippen, Larry Bird, and Kareem Abduhl-Jabbar highlights. I'm also pretty sure they exclusively hired people with 33 chromosomes because half of them couldn't read. read more

Pretty good stop- the food is great; I had the California chicken burger, but the bacon was burnt black on both ends. The waitress was not very attentive- she was too busy canoodling with some guy next to the bathroom. The fries are amazing. I could probably eat a good gallon of them. Everything was extra salty!!!!! Our server accidentally put in an extra burger plate with our order and when I told her my burger was way too salty. Visited Bubbas while in town on business and let me just say - WOW!!! I had the double wedgie salad to start. The salad was perfect! Crisp, cold, and bursting with flavor from the Bleu cheese crumbles. Then I had the juiciest Bleu cheese burger; meat was cooked perfectly, juicy and OMG, the homemade toasted bun! Went down well with my ice cold beer. Fantastic and friendly service, awesome atmosphere with great energy and last but DEFINITELY not least... there are more TVs than there are tables. I can already tell this is the place to be during football season. Can't wait to go back!!! read more

We had nachos and they weren't bad. The service was good. The problem we had was that was so cold in restaurant that we couldn't enjoy the food, our drinks or the atmosphere. Dined in at the amazing Bubba'33 tonight, sat in the inside bar. The bartenders , Mindi, Tiana and Emmale were absolutely fantastic. They had a wonderful fun attitude. My beer never got to the empty point. They greeted me with a smile, and took wonderful care of me while I was there. I ordered pizza for dinner, and my opinion, it's the best pizza around. I would encourage anyone , who hasn't tried Bubba's 33 in Amarillo , tx, to go and give it a try. You will not regret it . read more
