Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out.
