Maybe everyone's best-kept-secret?? One of my friends is a monthly customer (carried over from the original owners) & said they were really good, so I actually bought one-time cleaning service for a few close friends that year, as extra special Christmas presents. Since then, everyone has had only good things to say...they're very easy to work with; hardworking, efficient & detail-oriented; overall great cleaning service. One friend even marveled that, not only did SNJ clean all around and under her husband's shoe rack, but they also arranged his shoes nicely on the rack (bc they were mostly scattered around the floor before that), lol! So when I needed to clean out a large room in our house on short notice--for my uncle to move in--we called SNJ for a "deep cleaning" service. When compared to about 4 other companies, their price was very reasonable ($350 for deep cleaning everything floor to ceiling, including the attached full-bath & kitchenette, plus $50 for carpet shampooing), and most importantly, Davlynn was able to schedule me for that very same weekend! (Really impressed that they work weekends too!) I'm not sure how they're doing estimates now--with COVID restrictions--but when I worked with them in early March 2020, Davlynn & Eddie also did on-site visits to provide free price quotes. On the day of service, Davlynn & her friend/assistant arrived about 15 minutes late, but they texted me ahead of time, to let me know they were running late. Davlynn did a quick walk around the room with me, as I pointed out some areas of concern, and noted that the carpet had some deeply stained areas that might need heavy duty cleaning. From start to finish, they spent about 4 hours cleaning everything in great detail, and Eddie also joined them to do the carpet cleaning. Everything was spic and span by the time they left, and we were very happy with the result. The only concern was that the carpet was still damp--because Eddie had gone over it a couple extra times, to try to get out those horrible stains--but they advised us to leave the windows open overnight to help everything dry out. Unfortunately, I think we should've used mor than just a ceiling fan to air out the place, because the carpet developed a really bad smell over the next few days. Didn't help that it rained that entire weekend too!! Eddie & Davlynn offered to come back the following weekend, to re-do the carpet, but ultimately we just decided to replace the carpet entirely. While it's unfortunate that the carpet ended up being a problem, they did offer to rectify it, and I don't really hold it against them. For regular cleaning needs, I would definitely call SNJ again.

I waited and waited.....so about 9:30 I text the owner and after back and forth texts, two workers showed up about 1 p.m. Four hours after the schedule start time. They did an okay work, but nothing spectacular. Forgot to do several places so they returned the next day. What I was concerned about it the array of canned goods that went missing. I recall them asking me if I'd like them to throw it out, I also said to leave it on the side. When I checked my cupboards later on, a lot of food was missing. After further checking so was my gate remote. I do not know if they planned on coming back later to rob my place but at great expense I had the codes redone. They also dumped, I mean dumped a whole lot of stuff that they didn't put away on the counter so it was not usable. Terrible. They came next day and tried to remedy the situation, too late. Arguing with the Boss did no good, so we settled on a refund of $100.00 to me. I would not hire this company at all nor trust them alone in my home. I am now getting texts from the owner threatening to sue me for slander. This guy Brad is a bit too much if you write a bad review on his company. I've had about 7 texts in the last few minutes and two phone calls. If you hire them be prepared to deal with the wrath of his anger in the aftermath. I am not sabotaging the company nor trying to, I am simply stating my opinion of what transpired. Both of the items mentioned in their response was done on the second day so the matter that she references is MOOT. I understand that they are upset but so am I, numerous texts after this review was posted and two phone calls.

After receiving an employment opportunity on the mainland, I knew I'd need to hop on Yelp to inquire about cleaning services available for move out on the island of Oahu. I wanted to ensure I could hire a reputable cleaning service that would make my move a bit easier. After searching for "move out cleaning", Yelp had an assessment form for me to fill out in a bit more detail. Being able to put how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and the actual square footage of the space in question was helpful so that an accurate quote could be given by potential businesses. Asking questions such as if there's carpet to be cleaned, or indicating the type of flooring, was handy to the over all price quote. I got several automated responses from Big Box accounts pretty quickly. Standing out, KR Services, a locally owned and operated business reached out to my inquiry and gave a straight forward quote based on the size of the space, bed and bathroom count. Carpet had an additional cost, which was very, very suitable given how much carpet there was. After several exchanges of messages, I spoke to KR, who confirmed availability for the date I needed. Conveniently, I didn't even need to be on island when the cleaning service actually happened. KR service accepts multiple forms of payment and I had a dear friend drop by to facilitate the rest of the transaction. Report back from the aforementioned friend was nothing short of an accolade, confirming the job had been done & done well. KR Services relieved so much pressure and stress of a big move. I am so grateful that if I had to do it again, I would definitely use KR Services, without question.
