I must also add in that I am a perfectionist, crazy OCD, neat/clean freak and I vacuum everyday, but there is no amount of vacuuming that could've been done in order to do what Stephen and his crew did for my place! My appointment was easy to make and Stephen was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it was almost exact after the cleaning was done (which made me happy). I scheduled the cleaning to be completed when I was out of town, which worked out really well. I left a key for them to get in my place and clean and came home to (what felt like) a brand new couch and carpet! Take note that they do not move furniture, but they clean around it, so I moved a lot of my stuff into my kitchen so they could clean areas that normally wouldn't get cleaned (under my ottoman, my peloton, barstools, etc.) It also was cheaper to have my whole place done rather than just one couch or upholstery because they have to carry all the equipment into your place regardless, so minds well get more than one piece of furniture cleaned. Another carpet company I used in the past did a better job getting out stains. Before he left, I asked him about a wood stain that he wasn't able to get out. Our rugs are delicate and easily damaged, but the cleaner was clearly experienced and paid close attention to detail throughout -- handled everything with real care. He also cleaned all the upholstered furniture in the unit, and even caught a few things I'd forgotten to mention, like the pillows, and pointed it out to me rather than just skipping them. He noticed how dirty they were, understood this is a business we run, and made sure everything got properly cleaned without me having to ask. That kind of attention to detail and initiative is hard to find. We'll absolutely be using them again.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning in preparation for putting my apartment on the market. I had used…read morethis company previously through my husband and had a very different experience, which is why I felt comfortable booking them again. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I was proactive and arrived at 1:20 p.m. so I would have enough time to meet her, inspect the apartment. I reminded her that I needed to be somewhere and she reassured me she would be done. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.
