I didn't even know Bruxie sold coffee but today I noticed the small right bottom corner offering cold brew with housemade cold foam so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu says that it's brewed for 24 hours and I would say it's not that bad for a place that specializes in waffles and chicken. I opted for the vanilla flavor and they added the perfect amount. The foam is different from typical coffee shops in that instead of being thick and creamy, it's more airy and foamy. It's not my preferred texture but it still gave the cold brew the sweetness it needed. I was happy that it wasn't acidic because that's my least favorite type of cold brew. read more

Don't get me started on the chicken.... Seasoned and cooked perfectly!! Better than Popeyes and other places that pride themselves on their chicken. I would 1000% go back just for the chicken. We also were served with mini syrup bottles on the side that we got to take home which is a cute touch. The service was friendly and also extremely quick. We got to pick our table after ordering and the food came to us in under 10 minutes. Overall: the chicken is amazing, the waffles are super tasty too, and the service and ambiance are above average. Worst of all the Bruxie's I've visited. I've been to the one in Long Beach and in Orange. However, this has been the most disappointing experience. The service was slow and yet we were the only ones at their establishment. Employees would rather converse with themselves while we waited at the register. I always order their Original Fried Chicken and Loaded Waffle Fries. Their chicken portion was so small and the fries had a shamefully small amount of bacon on them. The cheese was barely melted and the fries were cold. The employees don't maintain the tables clean and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. If you're visiting a Bruxie I recommend any other one. I love Bruxie but, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of their employees service and food. read more
