Scramble me softly-- 9/10 I really like the caramelized onions because they're really soft so you don't get that stringy onion texture but it adds so much depth of flavor. The only thing I would say is, because the egg is really soft, I wish the bun was a bit crispier to have a greater variety in textures. Sausage egg and cheese--6/10 this one was alright. The sausage and egg were good but I think the roasted pepper chimichurri didn't really complement the other flavors that well and was a bit overpowering.
