Whimsical theming makes this a good spot for the 'gram. They also have a good flare for the dramatic with their dishes (see the BT Mocha pic). A bit of a Sunday brunch rush, but the wait was only 20 minutes. The service was friendly, but distracted. We had to remind twice to get a high chair and ask as many times for silverware and napkins. The chia seed bowl was tasty but lacking what First Watch offers. Maybe add some vanilla to the chia to sweeten without adding sugar or some compote on the bottom of the bowl as a nice surprise. But at $9.99, it's a good option. The BT Mocha was over the top in the best ways but also the stack coma inducing sweetness left little room for the actual coffee stuff. Biggest drawback with such a popular and tasty spot is the single stall bathrooms. With mimosas and a full bar, and coffee to push things along, there of course is a multi-person line. Being a new and independent venue, they can't do much to expand the options. But maybe consider automating the bathrooms to speed things along: self-flushing toilet, automatic soap, sink and towel dispensers. Also, with the volume of folks, the bathroom needs constant attention.

We loved our experience on a busy Sunday brunch!! Three hungry patrons loved every bite. Two companions voted 4 stars, and I voted 5 stars so that would be just over 4 stars for this visit. We had no wait at 10:15am so lucky! And it was hopping. And then a line formed behind us so you know ppl live this place. So many delicious food and beverage options and we tried it all. My chilequilas were to die for!! The pancakes are the best ever and so thicke. The service is good, the ambiance is so fun and unique. They did great with all the little details to be on theme without violating any licensing. Well thought out. I will mods def be back!!

I searched for the perfect mother daughter brunch location. Brunch Time popped up. So we headed there and I drove around the building and parked around the back. There was access in the back of the restaurant from the back parking lot. From the time we walked in, we were in a whimsical Alice in Wonderland rabbit hole so adorable with the clocks ticking in the books on the shelf. Picture perfect.! It definitely is brunch time. Oh did I mention how tentative the staff was? We didn't have to wait longer than 60 seconds before we were seated. Ok and what we came here for... the food! Goodness gracious... it was so delicious. I got the special and my girls got a grilled cheese and a garden omelette.

Visited this location on a Saturday so you know to was busy. We had about a 20 mins wait. There's a small sitting area and a bar once you walk in. Everything we tried was delicious. The drinks were also good as well. I would definitely recommend and return to try a different food item.

You know why I have to give this place 5 stars? Because I usually hate paying for breakfast/brunch anywhere (I always do it homemade) but my mom and I came here twice a month for the last year (year and a half?) and everything I've had is so good I don't mind! What we've had: -Brunch Time Traditional with fried eggs, chicken apple sausage, and wheat toast -Banana strawberry nutella crepes -Chorizo biscuits -Bacado omelet -Tex Mex omelet/Tex Mex skillet -Garden omelet/garden skillet -Avocado toast -Chilaquiles -Breakfast burrito -Migas -Steak and eggs Have to give a specific shout out to the chorizo biscuits. I was blown away by this the first time I had it. Service is always spot on. Love the staff here. And the prices are on par with most breakfast places, often lower. Atmosphere is lively, bright, and fun. Highly recommend.

Y'all know Dallas folks love a good brunch spot and Brunch Time is now one of my faves! For starters, it has the cutest Alice in Wonderland theme with paintings of the white rabbit and pocket watches all around. Be sure to snag some photos at the obligatory grass wall/neon sign area in the back of the restaurant. The food is generous and tasty. Thick slices of bacon, fluffy omelettes, and yummy benedicts. There really are no wrong choices! Service is friendly and very fast. Expect a crowd on weekends but the move folks in and out pretty quickly.

A brunch place who has a storybook presence - count me in! The storybook theme for Brunch time is Alice in Wonderland, and they capture it perfectly. There's a wall of old books neatly displayed close to the kitchen, a wall of unusual (in both looks and size) of clocks - and none of them have the right time. And pictures though out the restaurant of Alice and characters hanging on the walls. They're not of the Disney Alice, but ones that you appreciate and relate to older times. Older stories. You feel what they were going for with their decor and it's whimsical. I appreciate all the effort they out into their storybook decor. Truly I do! The food is really good. And there's always a line to eat here. That's a good sign. We were lucky today, the couple we were meeting there came early so when we arrived in time, we sat right down. I have had many breakfast items with them, and have enjoyed each one. Today it was breakfast tacos and hash browns. I have to say the hash browns were the winner this morning. I like my hash browns crispy and they were. The tacos were good, but not anything super special. The manager of this restaurant stopped by our table to check on our satisfaction with our breakfast - and I always find that to be a nice personal touch.

Came for brunch recently and only have great things to say about this spot! Had a 20 min wait but it flew by. The staff were all super nice and our waiter took our orders and brought everything out quickly. The ambiance was super busy, lively, whimsical and a fun spot to check out! As for food, I got the brunch time traditional with hashbrowns (which are huge!) which was a classic and tasted great. Also I got the morning enchiladas which was perfection. It came with a side of beans and chorizo gravy. I've never had this combination before but it all was perfect together. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also one of the best juices I've had at a restaurant. I also ordered the banana strawberry Nutella pancakes- so good! We didn't even need syrup, it truly just tasted that good on its own. Loved this spot so much and will definitely be back soon. It's no wonder there's always a huge line out the door!

We went at 10am on a Sunday. No wait. We ordered chilaquiles, migas, berry French toast, and chicken and waffles. Chilaquiles - 5 stars! Lots of great flavor, chips are thick and not soggy. Migas - 3 stars. Didn't have a ton of flavor, but they're good Chicken & waffles - 2 stars. Waffle was bland and not cooked enough. Chicken was also bland. French toast - 4 stars. Hmmm, this was an interesting experience. I think a lot of things went wrong, at no specific fault to our waitress! I'd never been here before and was very impressed by the decor. However, our wait to sit, coupled with our wait for food was more than we cared for...the food was okay, they ran out of something that 3 people ordered, so it took a while to get everyone's food. Not sure I'd come back, maybe on a less busy day!

I've been going to this restaurant every sat/sun lately and I guess the last time was a bad day. Our waiter doesn't really seem to be that great in the first place but then they gave him a table of 10 right next to ours and it was like we disappeared. As if that wasn't bad enough the older lady that looks like a co-owner or manager passed our table at 5-10 times and didn't check how everything was when our drinks were empty most of the visit. I hope they figure out a better system cause the food is good but bad service can ruin a restaurant experience! read more

The decor is super cute and nice space. However, everything was crazy under seasoned!!! Unseasoned eggs taste gross. The biscuits just tasted like butter, no salt. Homemade charred salsa would have been good...if it was salted at all. We had to send our food back and with no assurances anything would be different we did not ask for a refire. Hoping they get the feedback as others have referenced the same seasoning problems...but literally not worth the calories when it tastes so bland. read more

The food was good. I went for lunch and had a turkey Panini that was more like a turkey sandwich than a Panini, but it was quite large, so I boxed half and ate the second half later. The service was excellent and the ambiance pleasant and relaxing. The sandwich was served with fries that were hot and not too greasy. Warm and comfortable ambiance and the food quality is high. Husband got the Tex Mex omelet (spicy like he likes it) and I ordered the Popeye omelet. Both had great flavor and were large. We both got mixed berries on the side which were fresh and sweet. We got a cappuccino and Cafe Americano which were very good. Service was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon. read more

i was met with a very unfortunate experience this weekend at brunch time. I really wanted to love this quick breakfast spot but unfortunately i don't think i will be returning due to poor service and fear of an unsanitary kitchen. I ordered a side of mixed berries and when it arrived i had noticed many of the fruit pieces had been molded.I kindly asked my waitress to bring me another bowl because this one seemed to have mold, only for her to arrive back with yet ANOTHER bowl of molded fruit. read more

Hello fellow Yelpers! My partner and I found this brunch spot from Apple Maps and I saw that it didn't have any reviews on Yelp yet. We went around 11:30am and only had around a 15 minute wait, but keep in mind it was only for a party of 2 people. The service was excellent at this spot! Great menu, great ambiance, then it all goes downhill from there quickly. Food quality is poor even bad, staff very inexperienced but not rude, cannot handle a busy shift. With so much competition for breakfast I don't see how this place will make unless they tap into a specific market i.e. UTD students. I've been wanting to try this place out since it opened and was met with disappointment, the staff was friendly but the quality of food and the amount you pay didn't match each other, I ordered steak and eggs, hash browns and pancakes. The steak was tough and chewy for a medium rare, I ordered sunny side up and the egg whites were uncooked, pancakes were dry. Over all I could've went to ihop for the same quality of food. read more

Disappointed in the food. This place could have potential if their food is better they are the worst food I have had. The steak is super chewy and dry and I has to switch to chicken fried steak but their chicken fried steak is not even cooked correctly. I won't go to a branded restaurant because usualy the looks just to bring people their but the food doesn't make people wanna come back. read more

First time here was great; but it was almost empty early on a Monday morning. Second time again early but on Labor Day was terrible. Eggs requested Sunny side up but came out with the whites still raw. Avocado on the avocado toast was so unripe and hard it was difficult to cut with a knife; bacon requested not crispy brought out extra crispy and then on second attempt not much better so I gave up. My friend enjoyed his French toast but I won't be back. read more

My husband's favorite meal is breakfast . We have eaten at most breakfast establishments in Plano and this one is top tier. Fresh , new dining room with an Alice in Wonderland theme. It's fun but not overdone. Comprehensive menu for both breakfast and lunch, well priced entrees with plenty of non meat options. We had French toast and an omelet- both were well executed and tasty. The most noteworthy aspect to me is when we hit a few minor glitches- under ripe honeydew and burnt toast- they were addressed quickly and politely. Our drinks were always full and we were offered to go cups. All around good experience, we will be back. read more

Although the restaurant has only been open a month, Service is terrific! The food was good, although the portions are larger than one person should eat. The ambiance is very pleasant the design and layout is very up to date. No stuffy like the old style breakfast lunch cafes. read more

I admit they were busy but it shouldn't take that long for two eggs and chia pudding.after waiting 40 minutes I was toldby the manager it would be another 20 minutes. If I didn't like it I could leave. First of all they need a manager that runs the restaurant instead of the restaurant running the manager. Worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. read more

I'm not usually a fan of off brand cola but this one was great, if not a little watery for my taste. My pasta dish overall was $15.50, which was a great price for the amount I received. So flavorful, not too spicy and the bulgogi added the perfect sweetness. To add the bulgogi was +$6 which I thought was a little steep and I wasn't given a lot. But even for that high price tag, I'd order again. The breakfast hash had a very flavorful brown sauce that was addicting. But wouldn't order again. Service is minimal but good. And the girl helping us at the register was sweet and patient. There were enough tables and it was cute and relaxed inside. Would come again for that kimchi rice but I do feel like overall, a pretty expensive experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We put our name on the waitlist and were left standing while we waited. A group came in after us, and the hostess immediately informed them that there was a waiting area in the back. We were never given that same courtesy. To make matters worse, that same group, who arrived after us, was seated before us. What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled. The hostess was rude and dismissive, and the owner witnessed the interaction, heard the way we were spoken to, and chose to justify her behavior rather than address it. When I walk into an establishment, I am there to spend my hard-earned money, and I expect to be treated with the same basic respect and courtesy as every other paying customer. It is difficult to ignore or accept noticeably different treatment when you watch people who do not look like you receive a level of consideration and courtesy that was not extended to you. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. I will not spend my money in a business where I feel that I am treated differently or where disrespectful behavior toward customers is defended rather than corrected. I cannot recommend Brunch Time based on my experience. At this point, no apology would be accepted, even IF the owner cared enough to offer one. The time to apologize, take accountability, and rectify the situation was when it happened. Instead, the owner witnessed the behavior, heard the disrespect, and chose to justify it. That decision spoke louder than any apology ever could. I sincerely hope that people of color understand that, based on my experience, this did NOT feel like a space where we are equally welcomed, valued, or respected. I have no way of knowing how many other people have experienced similar treatment at this establishment, whether they recognized it in the moment or simply walked away wondering why something didn't feel right. But I do know this: if this type of treatment can happen to one person and be dismissed and defended by ownership, there is absolutely no reason to believe it couldn't happen or hasn't happened to someone else. I will not be returning. I will not accept a performative apology after the fact. And I will not quietly support an establishment where I was made to feel that my presence, my dignity, and my HARD-EARNED money were somehow less valuable than someone else's. read more

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. However, the overwhelming fragrance in the dining area made the experience unpleasant. It felt like eating in a candle shop or a bingo hall with overpowering scents. When I brought it up with the manager, they admitted I wasn't the first to complain and explained that the fragrance is linked to the central ventilation system.
