    caesar salad with fried chicken
    Mariel G.

Very nice people! We enjoyed the chicken caesar salad with fried chicken and a side of fries. I think this is a good family restaurant because the menu has some good basics along with more complex meals as well. We sat inside because it was july and their interior is clean and cool. Lastly we liked the quotes on the walls!

GREAT place, but...if you have "brunch" in the name, you should sell mimosas, bloody's, screwdrivers, etc....

No we do not. Our turn over rate is fast so if there is a wait it shouldn't be longer than 15 mins

I had been into the spice store many times and been the superstition Meadery downstairs, but had never gone upstairs for dinner. They are open Wednesday through Sunday with varying hours. The vibe is very modern and chic. Some tables look out over the courthouse plaza. They have a very cool U-shaped bar in the center of the restaurant. The service was great, and the food was fantastic! Our friends had the Maine lobster and I had a cold water lobster tail. Also, the lobster bisque was to die for!!! They're running a lobster fest into early September. Both of our lobsters were fantastic. My husband enjoyed the voodoo pasta, and my girlfriend had a filet mignon, which was very tasty per her review. It is a bit pricey, but it's a fantastic place for a special occasion dinner, or anytime dinner for that matter. We would love to come back again and try a couple more dishes!

During that time, several walk-in parties without reservations were seated ahead of us. When we were finally seated, we asked to move to an empty booth instead of a four-top in the middle of the dining room. We were told the booth had to be saved for larger parties. Thirty minutes later, three people were seated there. On the positive side, it was Lobster Fest, and our waiter was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and apologized twice for the unusually slow kitchen. Unfortunately, after waiting about 90 minutes for our food (plus the 20 minutes in the lobby), my lobster tail was slightly overcooked, although the claw meat was excellent. My son's 16-ounce ribeye, ordered medium rare, arrived medium well with excessive fat around the edges. This would have been a two-star experience were it not for our exceptional waiter. For a lobster and ribeye dinner at these prices, it simply wasn't worth the money, and we won't be back.

Two of us ordered drinks, and our food order wasn't taken until those drinks arrived, leaving the rest of our group waiting longer than expected. I had the chicken lettuce wraps. They tasted good but were a little dry, and the lettuce was wilted. The rest of our group ordered the biscuits and gravy and the brisket Benedict, and everyone finished their meals. The service was friendly but slow, with delayed refills and napkins. Overall, it's a cute spot with good food--just expect a slower pace if you visit during a busy holiday weekend.

Traveling back to Arizona, we knew we had to return, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of quality and consistency twice, let alone make you want to keep coming back. Without a doubt, one of the greatest dining experiences in the USA. We'll absolutely be back again.
